I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. I am open to taking care of any pet, just let me know what they require and I will do my absolute best to cater to their needs! 💗 I am currently focusing on online school to be a certified paralegal. I am not working anywhere else, so I have a lot of free time and plan on doing this full time. It's really important to me that I'm making sure I am paying a lot of attention to my kitties so their needs are being met. Not only that, but i like to make sure that they feel seen and heard. Cats can be very clear with their communication if you're willing to pay attention. When it comes to others' babies, I like to make sure I get enough information to be able to care for them the way they are used to and will make them feel the least stressed while you're away.

The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment.
