“Walt kept our boy, Teddi, for four days. Teddi is a 3 yo intact English Shepherd who has never spent a night away from us. Teddi is a very well behaved and friendly boy but we were a bit anxious how this would go. Walt kept us well informed on how Teddi was doing. Walt gave Teddi great care and a lot of attention. When we returned to pick up Teddi, it was obvious that he and Teddy had bonded very well. We are very pleased with the care that Walt provided and will certainly use him again.”

About: Previous volunteer at a humane society in Dublin, Virginia before moving to Roanoke, VA. Previous foster volunteer at the Roanoke, VA SPCA. This helps if I care for an animal that has health problems. Work Monday - Friday 8-5 away from home. Check on my dog at lunch and can let yours out to walk as well if they are crate trained and can stay in the crate while I am not home. Maeve is a spoiled dog. She is turned three in Oct. She loves being around other animals. Currently Maeve is an only pet but does well with other dogs.

About: I have had dogs all my life. Dogs are my favorite thing and I spend a lot of time caring for my friends and families animals. I'd love to do the same for you. I am a dog groomer. Certified in cpr and first aid. I also have a cat safety certification. I have fostered many I am a dog groomer for the local pet shop. I have a pet cpr and first aid certification. I work 8:30-5 pm. Monday - Saturday. My boyfriend does get off at 4:30 every day. I am committed to making sure your pet has a great time while they are with me. I exercise my animals in the morning and when I get home from work. Your dogs will have the same schedule. They will enjoy lots of treats and snuggles while in my care. I work full time Monday-Saturday 9am - 5pm. I have a fully fenced yard for morning potty and play time. In the evening, we have play time before dinner when I get home at about 6pm. Your dog will need to be able to be left alone or crated for up to 9 hrs. When your dog is at my home and under my supervision safety is my first priority. I prefer if you bring a kennel so I am able to crate them if needed. My time before and after work will be spent with your animal making sure they get enough exercise and fun to keep them happy.
About: I’ve had pets since I was 5 years old from dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, turkeys, you name it. Lots of my family members, friends, and even coworkers of mine have entrusted their homes and pets to me to take care of. I even do long stays if needed. I’ve done a whole month of house/dog sitting before. I am very neat, clean, friendly, caring, and punctual. My work ethic is outstanding and I take pride in knowing I can take excellent care of your home and beloved furry family members. I do work full time from 7:00 am until 3:30 pm, but I am available majority of the evening time and weekends. Most people book me for a week or long weekend, so either is fine!
