“Diana and her wife did an amazing job taking care if our rambunctious babies! I let them know about how they like to eat things they shouldn't that are lying around the house and how our dog Lily likes to be an escape artist in the back yard. They took such great care of our babies that they informed me they swept up the floors thoroughly before we dropped them off and they watched them closely in the yard. Because of how well they were watching them, they were able to prevent our puppy Lily from succeeding in one of her escape attempts in their yard (she was digging up a hole, but they caught it, covered up the hole and kept her away from that side of the yard). I was able to enjoy our vacation so much more because I felt like I didn't have to worry about my babies being taken care of well. They communicated with me everyday and sent me lots of photos while we were gone. I will definitely come back to Diana and her wife when we need dog sitting for our upcoming trips.”

Taylor asked questions and kept in touch daily with pictures and feedback about how Lou was doing during the stay. “We’ve been taking our pup to daycare with Pam for almost two years, every single week. Aster gets SO excited for daycare days and she’s thrilled when she seems Pam (and her pup friends, of course). In fact, Aster was a bit of a rambunctious puppy when she started going to Pam’s, and daycare was critical in socializing her with other people and animals, it gave her a better way to get some energy out, and it really helped her learn proper play/behaviors. Daycare with Pam played, and continues to play, a huge roll in what a good girl Aster is! Pam puts a lot of TLC into doggy daycare and it’s obvious that she cares about not only her dogs, but the dogs enrolled in daycare, too. Daycare days are fun filled (so much play time! so many walks!) and it’s a blast to receive pictures from Pam throughout the day (she captures some real gems). You can count on Pam to make sure all of the dogs get along and mesh well with one another. It’s important to her from the get-go, and she always makes sure everyone has their vaccinations and other requirements, too. We’ve used Pam’s boarding services in the past as well, and Aster loved her little sleep over! Pam was really on top of keeping up with everyone’s needs, accommodating schedules when possible, and checking-in. Heck, Pam is always willing to work with me, period, and that’s extremely helpful. I don’t take this kind of stuff lightly; I’m a bit of a helicopter pup parent. I mean it when I say I trust and appreciate Pam so very much, and I’m really thankful for the services she offers. Aster loves Pam and daycare; I 100% recommend Pam for any and all pup-related things!”

“Brittany was great! She was warm and responsive in our initial communications, then very friendly once we arrived to drop my dog off for the holidays. We went over things, and she listened and repeated back to me. Brittany also reached out whenever she has a question so I felt she was very hands-on in taking care of Buford. He was excited to see me, but then fell asleep in the car almost immediately - which meant he'd had an active morning and was ready for a nap. I'll definitely re-book with Brittany.”
