“Lydia provided above and beyond care while dropping in on our two kitties during our vacation. My usually shy and skittish cat warmed up to her almost instantly. When my typically social cat decided to play hide and seek, Lydia didn't just move on. She made sure to lure him out, even having me record my voice to help call him, although a good old bowl of food is what finally did the trick lol. To top it off, when our AC went out due to a tripped breaker, she noticed right away and fixed it so our cats wouldn't get overheated!! About: Dog care certified in Argentina, as an animal lover I want to pursue career caring for them. Since young, I used to spend a lot of time in dog walks and parks with them. I believe now, I can provide them the perfect environment of a fenced backyard of 10.000 sqf. I love to exercise and pamper pups and we're easy to reach, even for a last-minute need. With some dog training experience and a lot of love for dogs, I look forward to taking care of your family member like one of our own. Depending on your pup's needs, I will take long playtime or jogs with your dog. If your furry family member just needs companionship and loving attention, I am happy to provide that kind of care, too. Photos of your dog will be shared with you throughout their visit. I love to send lots of pictures of my guests. My house is generally a cage-free environment, but will use your crates if that is what your pup is used to at home. I have a couple of gates to use as necessary to separate dogs during meals and to give them a large, safe play area in our home.

“Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. If you read this Linda, I am interested in that food you had there for your fosters. Please shoot me a message, I may look at ordering it to try next time. Thanks again!”
About: For years, I've walked the fields and trails along the Potomac River with a furry companion - most recently with Flannery, my family's Great Pyrenees who loved romping in Virginia Bluebell flowers and sinking her paws into mud. Animals have always been a part of my life. I've mucked stalls, herded ewes and lambs, evaded headbutting rams, cuddled pigs, milked goats, trimmed hooves, and named a farm dynasty of cats and kittens names like "Nefertiti" and "Isosceles" (after Egyptian royalty and geometry terms). About: I have 7 dogs at my house and been around animals my whole life we have 3 cats as well and chickens! I love taking cares of any time of animal you just need teach me! I am available anytime in the afternoons ranging from 12:30pm-9pm. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed I usually am taking care of my animals but I can always fit in time for yours too! I will offer to feed your pets, buy treats, little bit of exercise and playing, I will make sure they have everything they need and make sure they don’t get into any trouble the best of my ability. And I always make sure my dogs play nice at home we do have two boys who fight but they are separated and live happily in their own worlds lol.

My Cavalier Louie lives here full time, so any boarding dog will be introduced to him gradually and supervised until I'm confident they're comfortable together. I do a meet and greet with Louie before confirming any boarding stay. For house sitting, I follow the owner's routine as closely as possible so the dog's environment feels as normal as it can while they're away. Photo updates are sent throughout any service.

About: I've owned and watched dogs since I was 10 years old. From small puppies, elderly dogs, to dogs huge as a mastiff and small as a chihuahua. Whether they be my own, friends, or families I held dear, being around and caring for dogs have always been a huge part of my life! I do work mornings at a horse barn, and have a contract gig working occasional weekends with a D&D-styled Bed & Breakfast. Thankfully those shifts are scheduled months in advance and, for barn work, typically wrap up around 11-Noon. :) I'm always willing to give dogs the ample affections and pets they need! I'm super attentive to when they need to go outside/take a walk, have their food right on schedule, have some playtime, or whenever they just geniunely need attention and love. I honestly do it everyday for my own dogs. So I'll have no trouble giving them the same needs I give my precious wee babies.
