When he wouldn't eat his usual dog food, she prepared him special food (with our blessing). I broke my tibia and fibula back in July and it’s been hard handling an 100+ pound German Shepherd so I was nervous about leaving him with other people, but I was so wrong. “I had a mandatory business trip and my pet sitter fell through fairly last minute. My 6 year old cat, Ollie, has separation anxiety (I rescued him from abuse when he was 6 months old) and he is not used to being alone for long periods of time because I work out of the house and am home most of the time. While he's friendly, he's not super snuggly or interactive with strangers; he just needs someone to be 'present'. We had a meet-and-greet prior to booking the stay- She asked all of the pertinent questions about his personality and daily routine (Charlie, my 21 year old cockatiel, is easy- LOL). I was rest-assured things would work out so I booked the stay. Deanne was wonderful with both Ollie and Charlie. She sent me updates throughout the day and plenty of photos letting me know they both were doing well (although I could tell in a couple of the photos Ollie was a little sad... But that is completely normal- As long as he was eating and following his regular routine I knew he'd 'survive'). This also helped me not stress out or worry about my pets and be able to focus on my trip / business dealings and that's honestly also a big part of traveling for me. I arrived home, and while I know both Ollie and Charlie missed me, everything went right back to normal and that's what told me Deanne cared for them very well. She also was very respectful of my home and kept it clean during her stay. I'm very glad I found her and will be using her services again. I highly recommend Deanne to care for your pets!”

When I was first out on my own and bought my first home, I rescued a pit bull and she was with me until she passed. My husband, sons and I are all dog lovers and would love to welcome your dog into our home. My husband is home full time and I work from home and we are anxious to care for your pet! We have 2 sons - ages 6 and 10, so kid-friendly dogs are a must. We are available any day of the week at any time, unless we have something specific planned (which is not often). About: I have all kinds of experience with all different animals! Dogs, cats, rats, lizards, hedgehogs you name it. I love ‘em all!! I have been dog walking since January 2022. I am currently working part time. So I have lot of free time during the evenings and weekends! Taking care of animals is always top priority to me! I promise to always put your fur baby first when he/she is in my care! Safety is a top priority to me and I’ll always make sure to keep a close eye on your pet. “Stella and her family hosted my Nora (border collie/husky) for 27 days, and I could not be happier. Nora was clearly very happy and integrated well with the family. I received frequent text updates, and never had to worry about my dog's well-being. Stella's fenced back yard is a huge asset. There were a few bumps early on a Nora acclimated to their home, but Stella and her family were very patient with her. I appreciate that so much!”

“If I could leave 10 stars I would. Jill and her family were the best! I broke my tibia and fibula back in July and it’s been hard handling an 100+ pound German Shepherd so I was nervous about leaving him with other people, but I was so wrong. In these few days Jill has helped him calm down and just slow down in general. I was able to walk him for the first time in 6 months because of her. It’s like I have a new dog, I cried lol. I can’t believe how above and beyond she went. I’m so grateful to have come across her profile because I have been contemplating on giving him to someone who could handle him but I don’t have to do that now.
