“Erika is an angel! First of all she agreed to care for our puppy 2 days after being spayed. Then our puppy did not do well and became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. She kept in close contact with us and continued to care for her. She had to make special food for our pup because of her diarrhea. Erika is just the sweetest person you will meet and she even washed all of the items in her kennel. We can not say enough positive things about her - if you need an angel to take care of your dog baby consider Erika!”

About: I've taken care of animals of all different species and sizes throughout my life, I've always found a deeper connection with animals, and the more I care for them, the more I see that. For Dogs, I can get along with most, although I am admittedly spooked by bigger or more aggressive dogs (Cane Corso's for reference). And as for cat's, I'm always willing to take carr of another feline friend, my closest animal companions in life have been cats! I can respect a cats boundaries very well. Notes: For dogs with Clicker training, I do own a clicker. I cannot allow other cats in my home, as one of my cats is not friendly with others. I'm typically up very early to feed my cat and spend whatever free time I have giving him attention and love while I relax. I am currently unemployed, so I can tend to pets around the clock! My yard is not fenced, I can keep a dog close if need be. I am more than willing to take pets on walks to the park, or outdoors in general. I can adapt to most any animals schedule pretty easily. My house is pretty large, so most animals will have plenty of space to roam and get comfy, and I can make accommodations for any special pet gear needed. List of tasks or care instructions would be highly appreciated, and would help me stick to a given schedule.
“Erica is brilliant! We had only had our shelter dog for four months but needed to board her when we flew to visit family. Our sweet dog is very good around the house and has learned a lot but has separation anxiety and leash reactivity. Not only did Erica do a great job with communication and adapting to our dog’s schedule, she also recommended, and went ahead with trying, a gentle leader. Also, even though Erica had just moved to an apartment, she made sure that was okay with us and made it work for our husky. We were worried that we’d lose a lot of progress on helping our shelter dog settle in, but Erica gave our dog a great boarding experience *and* helped her make a new dog friend! I can’t give a higher recommendation.”

About: I currently have a cat that I've had for about 2 years now. He only has 3 legs and I made sure to give him the extra love he needs to be a confident and silly kitty everyday. 2 weeks after adopting him, I took him to vet at the animals shelter to get his staples removed and carefully observed his arm for the next week or so to ensure no infections occur. He's been a happy and confident cat ever since.

We live in the spacious upper unit of the duplex we own. Our home is dog-proofed - everything edible is either well out of reach or, in the case of our trash can, has a child lock. Our yard is not fenced in (soon to change, stay tuned!) so we ensure our dogs are securely leashed before exiting. Currently, we max out at two dogs taken in at a time, only with explicit owner permission to overlap dogs from different households. When we expand in August '26, we will raise that to 4 with the ability to keep small dogs (30lbs and under) completely separate from large dogs, and keep all dogs separate from each other. We regularly clean and sanitize dog spaces and dishes! Emily and Bryan are experienced in dog behavior. We monitor all play very closely and keep dogs in separate rooms at meal times. Dogs are encouraged to join us on the couches and overall treated like family – minus the access to human food, of course, much to their chagrin. ;)

I have a small, unfenced yard and will let your dog outside on a long lead to keep him/her safe and under my supervision. Your dog will have access to kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and up to 3 bedrooms. Basement will not be accessible.

We walk the dogs twice a day and have an acre of land that dogs are free to roam, run and play -we like to play ball and tug a rope. We do provide a ground stake with a leash for those that like to run "free". We have ability to work from home and have very flexible schedules when needed. About: Our family loves animals. We have a comfortable home with a large yard. We have three caring boys that love pets. We are not quite ready to bring a dog into our home full-time because of traveling, but we love to have the company of a pet from time to time. Recently, our youngest has been showing allergy symptoms, so we are only able to watch hypo-allergenic dogs. The dog is treated like our own and spoiled during their stay with us. I work from home with my skincare business, so most of the day, I am home with the pets. We welcome potty trained dogs to our home that do well with children. About: Hello! I've been taking care of pets every since my professors at my university trusted me to dog-sit in their homes. I've always had a love of animals. As a child I spent most of my free time volunteering at my local animal shelter by walking dogs to give them a break and fresh air or training them to help them be more likely to be adopted. As an adult I've worked as a zookeeper (my all-time favorite animal to care for are probably lemurs) and as a high school biology teacher. I've normally utilized word of mouth to grow my pet-sitting business, but since I've recently moved to a smaller town, I decided to test out Rover. About: I've taken care of animals of all different species and sizes throughout my life, I've always found a deeper connection with animals, and the more I care for them, the more I see that. For Dogs, I can get along with most, although I am admittedly spooked by bigger or more aggressive dogs (Cane Corso's for reference). And as for cat's, I'm always willing to take carr of another feline friend, my closest animal companions in life have been cats! I can respect a cats boundaries very well. Notes: For dogs with Clicker training, I do own a clicker. I cannot allow other cats in my home, as one of my cats is not friendly with others. I'm typically up very early to feed my cat and spend whatever free time I have giving him attention and love while I relax. I am currently unemployed, so I can tend to pets around the clock! My yard is not fenced, I can keep a dog close if need be. I am more than willing to take pets on walks to the park, or outdoors in general. I can adapt to most any animals schedule pretty easily. My house is pretty large, so most animals will have plenty of space to roam and get comfy, and I can make accommodations for any special pet gear needed. List of tasks or care instructions would be highly appreciated, and would help me stick to a given schedule.
