“Kim and her family are simply amazing. This was my first time leaving my dog other than overnight (one whole week!) and she did very well. Joey has separation anxiety and has two different medications from the vet to calm her when she’s away from me. I was worried Joey would cry and carry on the whole time, not eat, vomit etc as this is how she experiences stress. Well, Kim knows dogs. She knows how to care for them and put them at ease. Joey did not require medication AT ALL during her stay! She had fun and seemed to bond with Kim quite a bit. When I picked her up, Kim was holding her leash while we talked and I noticed Joey leaning against Kim’s legs at times (this is what she does when she likes someone and feels secure) and, although happy to see me, barely cried. Yes, she cries for everything including joy... Kim was the pack leader and Joey seemed to integrate into Kim’s dog pack very well and the photos showed her enjoying herself. Kim’s dogs are very well-behaved as well. Joey was attacked by another dog last summer so she’s had some social interaction barriers since then, and Kim made sure to carefully and watchfully allow Joey to interact with the dogs at her own pace. I think this healed a large part of Joey’s trauma and allowed her to socialize more confidently and regain trust in her fellow canines, and I have Kim to thank for it. Joey looked so happy and healthy at the end of her stay with Kim and family (dogs tell no lies!) and I will absolutely trust Kim 100% with Joey in the future. Kim, thank you! We can’t wait to see you again!!”

About: When my mom wouldn’t let me have a cat as a kid, I knew I still had to be around them somehow. I spent my childhood catching and petting feral cats at my grandmother’s house. I found a cat shelter where I dedicated hours of each week volunteering to rehabilitate feral cats and kittens, including attending fundraisers thrown by the shelter to raise awareness and money to care for the cats. I have now fostered 13 kittens and had two cats of my own. About: I have been pet sitting dogs and cats since I was only 13 years old. When my grandparents were out of town, I would ride my bike to their house to watch over their cats and let out their dog. Now, I'm home from college and looking for a job that involves animals and I would enjoy doing. May 23rd-August 16th, I am home from college (in Racine) and taking summer bookings currently. From August 18th-December 6th, I'll be at college (in Whitewater) and taking bookings there. I'll be home (in Racine) again December 15th for winter break. Returning clients will get priority over new clients when it comes to bookings. I can walk dogs, let them out, play with both dogs and cats, feed the animals, bring in mail and packages and water any plants as needed.
About: I am a life long dog lover. I've had dogs since I was a little kid, and currently, 2 chiweenies at home. I have worked as a dog walker and a dog sitter in the past and I enjoy dogs of all shapes and sizes! I can provide a cozy home for your pet where they will get plenty of cuddles, scratches, and probably some silly songs made up for them. I work from home, so I am home all day to keep an eye on your pet and to administer any care. I take frequent breaks and have time to play, take dogs on a walk around the block, etc. I require pets to be child, and dog friendly, since I have a 4 year old daughter, and 2 chiweenies at home. I also would not be a good fit for destructive pups (chewers and scratchers) unless they are kennel trained. I have a big fenced yard but a runner or escape artist would not be a good fit as one portion of my fence is shorter than the rest. Other than that, I can accommodate many pet needs. About: I grew up with pets, I have 3 dogs my oldest one is 11. I watch over a friend's dogs as of right now. I'll be able to walk your dog however long you would need me to and make sure they have water and are fed if needed. If there's any messes I see around I'll clean them up. My friend has a cat and I love going over to his house to pet her. she's grown a liking to me and I have to her as well, I give her treats time to time and pet her a lot. I don't know how to clean a litter box. but I can definitely give your cat some quality time and play, feed the cat and make sure they have water. About: I have had dogs all my life (and cats occasionally!) They need us so much - they are innocent souls like our children that depend on care & love. I work from home so I'm available at all times with great opportunity to hold/care and insure they are feeling calm & secure, well fed, and welcome at all times. I have had my own dogs/cats for 40 years. My dog, Julia, is 2 yrs. old and extremely well trained in all aspects. I live in an apartment that is 50 feet from a back open area of trees & ponds. I also have a fenced dog play area for those who are not accustomed to being leashed and need to run. I currently work from home so I may provide constant oversight & care. My dog, Julia, is extremely friendly without any aggressive behaviors. I can crate your pet should you feel that's required per your specifications. I live in a clean & welcoming apartment with my Pomeranian, Julia. We have a dog park/run/free roam area that I use constantly. In many cases, I feel it's important to bond with your pet by spending personal attention to them upon arrival. Giving a soothing voice, providing calming energy, toys, bones, & cleanliness is incredibly important for their care.
About: I have had animals my whole life. I have experience with dogs primarily, but I have experience with fish, Guinea pigs, cats, and birds! Any time friends/family leave town, I’m the one they call. Always open to questions☺️ I currently have my kitty Sol in my home, but I always take care of my 2 pups on the weekend, and I took care of them everyday when I was a kid! Dogs are my Bestfriend☺️ I have special treats and food I feed to each of my dogs, as they are different ages and breeds. I try to stay on top of new diets I see online, and vet check them beforehand. I have always followed the rule: leave the area nicer when you found it, so if the dog has an accident, no problem!
About: I have cared for and watched my family members' dogs for years. I look after them as if they were my own and develop strong bonds from the start. I am a biomedical teacher during the school year. So I have plenty of time during the summer months to care and look after pets. I also have medical background knowledge to help make a pet's stay as comfortable as possible. No other pets or children will be in the home that might cause stress. I only take on one pet at a time to assure full attention and care for that animal.
About: Hi! Devoted animal lover here! I've taken care of animals my entire life as I grew up with dogs, cats, as well as birds. As a teenager I volunteered for training with an animal organization! More recently, I worked at a doggy daycare for an approximately 1 year. However, I decided to venture off on my own as this allows me to give every animal a customized experience. We create a permanent bond and familiarity. Animals are magnificent, they will tell you exactly how they feel without a voice. I give them the floor and listen to them. I understand boundaries and allow your fur baby to set them and I follow suit happily! ☺️ Separating from your child and putting your trust into someone else to care for your fur baby is daunting, nerve wrecking, and exhausting. I whole heartedly understand this as I’ve made people put my babies on the phone while I was away laughing but serious! I’m extremely communicative and you will ALWAYS receive real time updates and of course unlimited pictures!!! One day I hope to get into animal photography until then you may or may not see me laying on the ground to get the best angles of your fur baby with my iPhone! 📱 ALL are welcome!! My love knows no age, breed, or size!!! I’m a mother to 2 senior pets both cat and dog.🐕 In total I have 5 children. 4 cats all adopted from shelters, as well as my senior dog carrot! I realized at a very young age I wanted to run a mini rescue operation ❤️ Consultation is always free. Please let me know anything you would like me to know about your doggo prior to meeting! :) Pet care is my life. I’m a full time fur mom and a full time fur care taker. This is always something I’ve been passionate about and have finally been able to open up my availability completely! My pets are pampered! I love all fur babies as my own because it is simply impossible for me not to do so! I currently don’t offer in my house sitting because my senior dog gets stressed easily.

“Kim and her family are simply amazing. This was my first time leaving my dog other than overnight (one whole week!) and she did very well. Joey has separation anxiety and has two different medications from the vet to calm her when she’s away from me. I was worried Joey would cry and carry on the whole time, not eat, vomit etc as this is how she experiences stress. Well, Kim knows dogs. She knows how to care for them and put them at ease. Joey did not require medication AT ALL during her stay! She had fun and seemed to bond with Kim quite a bit. When I picked her up, Kim was holding her leash while we talked and I noticed Joey leaning against Kim’s legs at times (this is what she does when she likes someone and feels secure) and, although happy to see me, barely cried. Yes, she cries for everything including joy... Kim was the pack leader and Joey seemed to integrate into Kim’s dog pack very well and the photos showed her enjoying herself. Kim’s dogs are very well-behaved as well. Joey was attacked by another dog last summer so she’s had some social interaction barriers since then, and Kim made sure to carefully and watchfully allow Joey to interact with the dogs at her own pace. I think this healed a large part of Joey’s trauma and allowed her to socialize more confidently and regain trust in her fellow canines, and I have Kim to thank for it. Joey looked so happy and healthy at the end of her stay with Kim and family (dogs tell no lies!) and I will absolutely trust Kim 100% with Joey in the future. Kim, thank you! We can’t wait to see you again!!”
