“We loved working with Kimberly. She watched our dog for the first time and suggested a meet and greet to make sure she was a good fit with her own dog. We loved that and it made us trust her from the start. When we met her, Kimberly asked us many questions about our dog that made us feel like she would take very good care of her. Also, Kimberly’s home is quite literally the perfect set up for dogs. We know that our dog loved staying there and we enjoyed the updates Kimberly sent us throughout her stay. “This was the first time using Rover and had a great experience with Holly and her family. We had 11 days reserved that turned into 12 due to a flight cancellation which Holly was able to accommodate. Once we came home, Max, my pup, went right to bed which means he was one tired pup. I’m sure the 3 dogs Holly has kept him going 24/7. Holly sent daily touch bases with pics throughout our trip which is all we were basically looking for. We hope to start to traveling more and Holly will be first on the Rover list.”
