I’ve grown up with huskies and understand their energy, intelligence, and big personalities. I had a husky growing up, and now I rescued one of my own — so I’m very used to daily walks, playtime, structure, and staying active. I’m also a foster mom, which has given me experience with dogs of different temperaments, backgrounds, and needs. Caring for foster dogs has taught me patience, adaptability, and how important it is to make every dog feel safe and comfortable. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs — from small Yorkie/Shih Tzus to big Labs. I’m comfortable with different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I also have experience administering medications, including oral medications, eye drops, ear drops, and other basic care needs. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home. 🐾 Pet care fits easily into my routine! I currently work in the service industry, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule. My usual days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays, which allows for extended availability those days. On most other days, I’m available for morning walks and check-ins if you reach out in advance. I have grown up around dogs of all sizes (from St. Bernards to Mini Yorkies), and love to give attention to all. I love walking, so why not do it with a dog!? I also am a dog poop baggie carrier and will clean up after your dog. I have volunteered with humane societys and local shelters, I have attended 2 hour dog walking safety and procedures classes for four years, and would walk shelter dogs biweekly in college. Unfortunately my life currently doesn’t have the time a dog deserves, so this is a great way to spend time with dogs and help out their owners. I currently do have three cats, a 5 year old and two 3 year olds adopted from humane society! I love furbabies of all kinds and would love to spend time with your kitty as well. I am able to work from your home as well if house sitting as long as there is WiFi/excellent cellular data for hotspotting. I bathe my dog about every other month. We have a routine in the morning with a walk before breakfast. Sometimes a walk around lunch time and another one after work is done. I could stop at someone’s place on my way home to spend time with a dog and walk them. I can also stop over after work and later in the evening. About: We live in a large two story townhouse that provides lots of indoor play space. We live in a townhouse community that has a large common area in the front and back. We also have a deck that your pet can lounge on. We live near lots of walking paths and a dog park. We also live near the edge of town and close walking distance to the river. About: I’ve had dogs consistently in my house since I was born. We have had big german shorthairs, as well as miniature schnauzers so I’m accommodating to any size dog, and can easily take care of them. About: i’ve always had such a soft spot in my heart for animals, even scaly friends too! I myself have had animals ranging from cats and dogs, to snakes to fish and rats.. and as you can imagine, they all require some very different needs! i ALWAYS make it my goal to care for each individual animal the best i can, after all they deserve it! I’d love to make taking care of your furry friends my main priority! I have open availability during the week and will be home all day with them, wether it’s your home or mine (: I do have 2 dogs of my own, so unfortunately i do not have availability for overnight stays. I always make it my biggest goal to let animals know how loved they are! I am willing to accommodate to you and your pets needs to ensure the safety of me, you, and your pet! My 2 dogs have me wrapped around their pinkies (toes? paws? 🤷🏻♀️) and i’d do anything to make sure they’re happy. I treat every dog in my care like my very own. I understand leaving your dog in the care of somebody else can be nerve-racking, especially if it’s in somebody else’s home. I had a husky growing up, and now I rescued one of my own — so I’m very used to daily walks, playtime, structure, and staying active. I’m also a foster mom, which has given me experience with dogs of different temperaments, backgrounds, and needs. Caring for foster dogs has taught me patience, adaptability, and how important it is to make every dog feel safe and comfortable. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs — from small Yorkie/Shih Tzus to big Labs. I’m comfortable with different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I also have experience administering medications, including oral medications, eye drops, ear drops, and other basic care needs. You can feel confident knowing your pet is in capable and attentive hands. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home. 🐾 Pet care fits easily into my routine! I currently work in the service industry, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule. My usual days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays, which allows for extended availability those days. On most other days, I’m available for morning walks and check-ins if you reach out in advance.
