About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs all my life. I grew up showing dogs, both my family dogs and others. My family back home currently has three dogs, each a different size, from small to large, so I have experience with all sizes. I live in a great area for casual walks, with a dog park and a small lake nearby for the pups that are allowed to swim! I work full-time, in-office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. I take daily walks around my neighborhood in the evening. On weekends, I love exploring a new coffee shop and walking trail or just a longer walk in the areas near me. I’d love to bring your pet along with me on walks and for downtime on the couch afterwards! I don’t have a fenced yard, but there is a dog park where your pup can run freely. Outside of that, we have open grass areas where we can walk. All pups are welcome on furniture at my place and are welcome to enjoy the space as their own. I do have a patio that they’re more than welcome to sit outside and enjoy with me.

About: Hello! My family and I love animals. We've been on Rover since January 2024! We currently have 2 indor cats and have backyard chickens (in coop) that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking walks around our neighborhood. The majority of the week, my husband is working from home or I am home. The longest your pet may be left is 6 hours if staying with us during the work week. So usually someone is there to spend time with your pet! We are available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Part of our yard is fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.

My dog has been consistently going going there for a year and as a young doctor working up to 28 hours in a row, I would not be able to have managed without them! They are very flexible and truly do love working with dogs. Recently, my dog got very mambas colitis and needed to go to the vet twice. Initially I wasn’t able to take too much time off but thankfully Mike was there. He offered to even cook Whiskey boiled chicken and rice and even offered to come to the vet with us the second time because he was genuinely concerned as well. I have a very anxious dog, but have been able to leave him while on vacation and not worry because I was getting constant updates- both good and bad about how he was doing, how much he was barking, how he was pooping, etc. it helped me enjoy my vacation more. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has a dog that is anxious and needs more one on one attention or with a chaotic schedule like myself.”

If visits are needed during the weekend and/or when school is off my three children will likely be joining me to help. About: First and foremost, I’m a queer yoga teacher in the area and I haven’t used this account in least two years 😬 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. At four, my family started fostering cats (mamas and kittens were my faaaav) and I would help out as much as I could. Yes, I did try to name a kitten Washcloth. No, my mom did not let it stand. This love for animals carried forward throughout my youth with four cats, a German Shepard mix, a malamute, a boxer and pit. My house was always full and as the Aries eldest daughter that I am I always was the first to help out. I got a cat as soon as I could when I moved out on my own and about seven years ago I got a rescue pup of my own. I also have a Rottweiler who I helped raise and train from 7 weeks old. I dedicated so much time to gently training both of them and just pouring love into them. I can definitely help with training and love working with dogs on walking well on leash. I also really believe in positive reinforcement for your pets - they just want to make us proud. Truly a universal desire. I love long walks with dogs and lots of coregulation calm time. Trust that your babies will be treated like they are family. I am a yoga teacher and teach about 10 classes per week. Other than that I work remotely from my computer, so I can flex my time. I really value a slow paced life, so being able to really take my time and go for walks/hikes, cooking a gourmet dinner at home for myself and cuddling up with a good book. I have always been a very regimented, schedule following pet owner. I think it helps create consistency and eases anxiety for animals. Routines help animals thrive. I think frequent bathroom breaks are important. Long walks early in the day before the world is busy and it gets too hot in the summer are a priority. “Paul did an amazing job watching our pup! He "warned' us that he would try to exceed our expectations, and no question he absolutely did. We loved all the updates with photos, and the numerous offsite visits to parks was so fun to see. So comforting while we were such a long distance away. We'd recommend Paul to anyone!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs all my life. I grew up showing dogs, both my family dogs and others. My family back home currently has three dogs, each a different size, from small to large, so I have experience with all sizes. I live in a great area for casual walks, with a dog park and a small lake nearby for the pups that are allowed to swim! I work full-time, in-office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. I take daily walks around my neighborhood in the evening. On weekends, I love exploring a new coffee shop and walking trail or just a longer walk in the areas near me. I’d love to bring your pet along with me on walks and for downtime on the couch afterwards! I don’t have a fenced yard, but there is a dog park where your pup can run freely. Outside of that, we have open grass areas where we can walk. All pups are welcome on furniture at my place and are welcome to enjoy the space as their own. I do have a patio that they’re more than welcome to sit outside and enjoy with me.

When a slight health issue arose, Sherry immediately notified me so I was aware of what she was seeing. I was able to get Nukka into the vet the following day for treatment! “What can I say about Yolanda? She is simply amazing. I call her the dog whisperer. My little Sherrie can be very shy and nervous around strangers, but she took to Yolanda right away. Yolanda sent me pictures every day and my little dog was smiling. And when I came to pick her up, I can tell she wasnt stressed. Of course, she was happy to see me but I can tell that she had a wonderful time if you're on the fence about booking Yolanda, don't be. She has wonderful energy and so does her husband. I look forward to dropping off Sherrie for playdates in the future.”

Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.”

“Mitch was very accommodating with my last minute booking request. After a quick meet and greet, I left my 4 year old pup in good hands for an overnight stay. Mitch has a nice big fenced in yard for the dogs to play, he was very responsive with his communication and provided photo updates. Would definitely recommend.”
