“We were first timers on Rover and Patti and Patrick were the first match that came up... and I never looked for another option. Best decision I made! Our 13-year-old AmStaff, Jackson, had surgery the Friday before his stay and by Monday night, drop-off night, we were in the doggy ER. I texted Patti from the waiting room, explained everything, and without hesitation she said bring him... we want to care for him. We showed up at 11p with a loopy, post-ER dog, a bland diet we'd just cooked up, a pile of medications, and a whole lot of apology. They took him in like he was their own. What followed was a week of daily photo updates, warm compresses on his incision, anxiety meds crushed into peanut butter, small-batch feedings, middle-of-the-night potty runs, and more love than I could have asked for. Patti was his constant and his nurse. Patrick became his cuddle buddy. They even scored him a Dairy Queen pup cup. I cried every single day from the updates they sent out of pure joy, appreciation and knowing our special Jackson was being unconditionally loved and doted on non-stop. They even checked in on him after we got home. They missed him. That's not the job... that's just who they are, and it says everything about the care and love they pour into what they do. If you have a senior dog with special needs and you're terrified to leave them — choose Patti and Patrick! We will never use anyone else.”

About: Hi there! My name is Jenna and while I’m home I would love to watch your pup. I am a foster parent for many different rescues in the area including Cocos Heart, Across America Boxer Rescue and Rejection Collection Boxer Rescue. I have fostered everything from 10 week old puppies (yes I have the chew marks on my couch to prove it) to the unforgettable seniors! My home is full of dog beds, treats and all the loving they could ever want. I have a privacy fenced in backyard and provide kennels as well for safe spaces too. I would love to cuddle your fur baby while you are away. I will be returning to the office here in January but I can offer a safe space via kennel or pen while I’m at work (no longer than 8 hours). I do have some hybrid days that I may be home to give extra cuddles. When I’m not working, I’m home. While home, treats, loves, pets, outside time are in the agenda. When I am not home safe space kennel time with soothing music until I return will play. My privacy fence covers 90% of my yard with a fenced gate covering the other 10%. Your fur baby will not be outside unattended however. I also have a boxer that if they get along they are welcomed to play together, however if they don’t get along no worries! Being a foster parent I know how to split my house and time between to babies. I also have cameras set up so I can keep an eye on the babies at all times. Your fur baby will be treated like royalty when they are staying here.

I have one cat who is quite shy and typically hides from visitors (even family members who visit regularly), but Elizabeth managed to earn his trust on the very first visit. My other cat requires an inhaler twice a day and can be quite squirmy, but Elizabeth administered the dosages without any issues. Elizabeth sent updates after every drop-in visit, complete with cute photos. She even watered my flowers outside. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my pets and my home were in good hands while I was away.”
About: Even at a young age, I am very trusted by friends, family, and my community. I have spent countless hours with all breeds, sizes, and ages. Dogs have always had a special place in my heart and I cherish each old and new relationship! I am blessed to still have my 12 year old red fox lab in my life, so I take care of her daily. About: Ive had cats and dogs my whole life. I just lost my dog last year after 14 years with him so being the home is empty, I thought I'd try this. I work during the week but I can make things work if needed. otherwise, weekends I'm always around. My daily work schedule is 7 am to 5 pm but evenings are free or if anyone needs help letting the animal out on the way home, I'm pretty flexible. I dont have close neighbors to add any intimidation to any pets and my yard is large to go on walks around it within my own property rather than walking down roads and what not.

About: I have cared for animals ever since I was a child. I am a caretaker by nature after years of working in healthcare. My significant other is a dog lover himself and has experience training labradors and helps out with animal care a lot since he works a lot from home in the garage. With that being said, my schedule is flexible and I’m almost always home! We are extremely active people who go on multiple walks a day, and I typically run a couple miles a week as well! Weather permitting, we are outside 95% of the time. My dogs are always enjoying the sun on our large deck that overlooks our woods, outside running in the woods, or playing fetch in the yard. We have 2 young and friendly labradors who love to play and meet new friends! We own 2 acres, half of it being woods with trails! This would be for the guests who have a great recall or have halo collars😊 For the ones who struggle a little more with recall, we have a 3 car garage with a doggy door to go in and out of a fenced in area (in pictures)! Also a large deck to catch some rays on, as well as plenty and plenty of walks! I want your pup(s) to feel as comfortable as possible and never want to leave😊 I am extremely flexible and want to stick to their routine as much as possible!

I’m looking for someone who would be interested in me walking their dog(s) once/twice a week and my hours are pretty flexible! The money isn’t just nice, it’s also being able to hang with your animals is what I look forward to the most! I would respect your home with entering and exiting by just going in to get your dogs ready to go. About: I have owned Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds my entire life. I can pick up/drop off from your house (20 mile radius), take them for walks, bring to vet appointments and/or Grooming appts within a 10 mile radius. My current schedule allows Monday-Friday. As a pet parent I know how much you want your pup to live his/her best life and if you are a working pet parent that can sometimes be difficult to help get their energy out. I can stop by for a drop in visit to your home to take your pet potty or play or for a walk. I have a 8 year old super friendly Golden Retriever who could come along if your pet likes a walking buddy to do laps or if they prefer by themselves.

If I am walking the dogs I make sure their leash is attached at all times! I am a very trustworthy person. I am always taking the best care of my pups. I feel that safety and trust is very important when caring for animals.
About: I’ve spent years caring for my own pets, ensuring they’re happy and healthy. I’ve looked after my grandma's cat multiple times and other puppies and kitties for friends. About: I've had pets (dogs of all sizes, cats, fish) since I was 7. I currently have a dog of my own. I've trained her. I am always happy to watch, play, feed, bathe, and walk dogs. I am a stay-at-home dog owner, which means taking care of your dog is my main priority! Doggy day care and boarding is always available. I usually accept all dogs. I only refuse service if the dog has previously bit me and/or continued aggression. I have one very friendly female dog (spayed) who loves to make new friends and spend time with old ones. I keep dogs typically in the living area, uncaged. I only cage dogs if the owner requests it, and in a different room from the other dogs. I do have another helper (my fiance), as he also enjoys dogs very much. My walking route is usually around Glen Park, I change it up as needed to boost the adventure for your dog(s). **Water will ALWAYS be available and replenished for your dog(s). Food schedule based.**

About: I have cared for animals ever since I was a child. I am a caretaker by nature after years of working in healthcare. My significant other is a dog lover himself and has experience training labradors and helps out with animal care a lot since he works a lot from home in the garage. I work part-time 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) otherwise I am home with my 2 year old and 13 year old boys. I also have a playful four- year-old yellow lab female. She has become very socialized and loves having her fur friends over. We do have a fenced in yard. I am a stay at home mom so perfect for giving your pet all the love and attention they need. I am also available most weekends. I have a fenced in yard. We have a three year-old female yellow lab who is fixed. I can also leave her home with the family if care is needed at your house, I do have a one year-old who is attached to my hip most of the time.

“We were first timers on Rover and Patti and Patrick were the first match that came up... and I never looked for another option. Best decision I made! Our 13-year-old AmStaff, Jackson, had surgery the Friday before his stay and by Monday night, drop-off night, we were in the doggy ER. I texted Patti from the waiting room, explained everything, and without hesitation she said bring him... we want to care for him. We showed up at 11p with a loopy, post-ER dog, a bland diet we'd just cooked up, a pile of medications, and a whole lot of apology. They took him in like he was their own. What followed was a week of daily photo updates, warm compresses on his incision, anxiety meds crushed into peanut butter, small-batch feedings, middle-of-the-night potty runs, and more love than I could have asked for. Patti was his constant and his nurse. Patrick became his cuddle buddy. They even scored him a Dairy Queen pup cup. I cried every single day from the updates they sent out of pure joy, appreciation and knowing our special Jackson was being unconditionally loved and doted on non-stop. They even checked in on him after we got home. They missed him. That's not the job... that's just who they are, and it says everything about the care and love they pour into what they do. If you have a senior dog with special needs and you're terrified to leave them — choose Patti and Patrick! We will never use anyone else.”
