“Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: I have had animals all my life. We currently have our own little 10 acre hobby farm type deal going on and it’s a blast. We have walking trails through out our land to go on walks. My daughter and I love all animals and she would love to join me for walks-check in- or over nights when allowed. I’m a stay at home mom with a fairly open schedule. Most of the time my 5 year old would be with me unless it’s her 2 school days this fall. I have a good care and feeding routine at my house with all of our animals. About: I have taken care of dogs since I have been 8 years old. I have had dogs all of my life and am experienced with puppies and elderly dogs as well. I would love to play, walk, or even just provide companionship for your dog. I work full time but I am currently available part time Tuesday through Thursday to care for your pet. PMs are better for me but I can be flexible as well. My dogs are crate trained but only while I am away from home. They walk well on leashesand also have a nice fenced in area to play in my yard. About: Although new to Rover as a sitter, we've used Rover frequently for our boys. I've had pets (cats, dogs, fish) ever since I was 14. I don't have special certs but have done puppy classes and have successfully trained our dogs since! One being a Shiba Inu if you know how stubborn they are 😉. I currently have two bernese mountain dogs and love furry friends from small to extra large! I've done drop ins and in home in the past. Im currently mostly a SAHM! I am a RN but only work 16hrs a month. I will have ample time to be at home with all pets. I have a fenced yard (6ft chain linked) and two neutered boys to keep your pets company. I also can give any puppers bath if need be. I also have experience with cats and many other small animals. I am free all week as I stay home with my 4 kiddos. With no kids and no pets in our home, your dog will get 100% of our attention. We live on 37 acres in the country, so there’s plenty of room for your dog to explore. We have trails where we can walk your dog on a leash and a fully fenced 1-acre yard for safe, supervised play or a snooze in the yard. Whether your dog is active or more laid back, they’ll have what they need in our home. Your dog will be included in whatever we’re doing inside, outside or around the property. Throughout the day and evening they get a mix of supervised indoor and outdoor time, leashed walks on our wooded trails and play sessions with toys, balls and frisbees. We also make sure they have plenty of quiet time to rest and relax.
