About: We grew up with pets and we have a pet loving family. We have a German wirehair pointer dog, cat and raise rabbits for showing. We also volunteer at a local goat farm and help take care of goats. I work full time out of the home, Monday-Friday, so your dog will be kenneled while we are at work. Unless it’s summer or holiday then my schedule may be different. I will do morning walks and night walks and playtime outside after and before work. We have an unfenced large yard so your pet will be leashed for playtime. We have a nice larger private backyard so plenty of space for exercise.

I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I lost my 14 yr. old lab to old age 2 years ago, and just recently got a new yellow lab puppy here in March. I really missed having a travel companion! I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile in the Western AZ / Southeastern CA area. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. I can only provide mobile pet/house sitting. I am unable to pet sit in the home I live in. I am a recently retired nurse. I am trained not only in human CPR, but I also have dog and cat CPR training. I have given pets medication, induced vomiting -per instructions while on the phone with a vet tech (after dog ate 1 1/2 lbs of bing cherries - pits and all. Happy ending! :). When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

When married and had kids, we’ve always had dogs and have cared for our dogs in every aspect, walking, bathing, grooming, vet care, etc. Currently we don’t have a pet, but our house is a perfect set up to take care of yours. Currently we are retired. We would have plenty of time to go for walks, play and relax. Our dogs in the past have used our very convenient doggy door into a fenced area for potty breaks. Your dog will be treated like one of our own, getting lots of love and attention during the day and can sleep overnight in a doggy bed or crate whichever is preferred.

About: Since I was 6 years old my family had dogs and cats as pets. All the dogs we had we got as puppies so I handled the potty training, taught tricks and the main obedience training like sit and stay. I've watched family and friends dogs which also included days/nights at a time like when they were out of town working. I have watched and been with tiny dogs to giant dogs. I'm a stay at home mom at the moment so I have plenty of time to care for your pet pretty much at anytime day or night. I have a fenced yard so easy to let in and out as needed, big area take out or let out to play. My house is pretty open with area for them to roam or find good spot to just relax. I have never crated any of my animals but if needed or wanted obviously I could do that. If you have a special diet for your dog I would follow that for you also. My kids and I also love to go on walks and would love your dog to join. I do have three very young kids so your dog must get along with children. My kids love animals, they were very sad after losing our last dog so they'd be very excited to play with others. I am home daily with my kids, I only leave when I need to go to the store or take kids to an activity. So they won't be left alone for long if at all while in my care. I have a fenced in yard for a safe place to run and play while outside. My house is decent size so plenty of area and all open to them so they feel at home. You can bring whatever you think your animal needs to be comfortable.

Overall, pet care fits very naturally into our household rhythm and is already an important part of our daily family routine. We start the day with feeding, potty breaks, and a walk, and we typically do at least one longer walk each day to make sure our dog gets enough exercise and mental stimulation. Since we have an 8-year-old Siberian Husky, we’re very familiar with meeting the needs of high-energy dogs and making sure they stay active and engaged. Throughout the day, pets are part of our home environment. About: I have owned 2 dogs, one that was a bigger rescue dog and that delt with arthritis and a few other health issues. Then currently I have a 1 year old mini dachshund who is fully of life and a little hyper. I have also dog sat for many family and friends over the years. So I have experience working with many types of dogs and am comfortable around all types. When it comes to taking care of your baby, I will dedicate my time to focus on them and their needs. I love playing with dogs, bringing them for walks, if allowed I would love to bring them to a dog park for some social time, or just to get some more exercise! I have also trained my mini dachshund how to do some fun tricks like shake, roll over, spin, and weave between my legs, so if your wanting some fun tricks for your dog I can definitely show/train your dog how to do some! I am usually pretty open after 10:30am Mon-Thur. Then Fri-Sun I am open most of the day. I just need a few days notice so that I am not double scheduling your walk or drop in with my work schedule! About: I have loved and cared for animals my whole life and get a deep sense of joy when I am able to care for them! I have been a Certified Veterinary Technician for 15 years which has provided me experience with all kinds of animals with all types of personalities. I have an animal medical background which helps me provide safe and sound handling techniques and animal care skills. I have owned an array of animals: dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks, rabbits, rats, and mice. I also have cared for other farm animals such as cows, goats, and sheep. I have fostered puppies through Ruff Start Rescue for 7 years which has given me extensive experience with potty training and leash training. I work at a school which gives me summers and weekends available for animal care. I am often available in the evenings year-round also. I have a quiet neighborhood and a large yard. My dog is young, playful, and very friendly. I am familiar and comfortable with crate training and dog-safe practices within the home. I am aware of pet toxicity and safety concerns with pets.

About: I just recently had to put my 14.5 year old Yorkie Poo to rest. I miss having a buddy at my house but not ready to take on another animal full time yet. I supported my dog through pancreatitis, congestive heart failure and other health considerations. We had him since he was a couple months old until his golden years. I have watched family members, friends, Rover friend's and neighbor’s dogs and always treat them like my own! Additionally, I have stopped into cat owner's homes to check in on them, clean the litter box, feed/water them, and spend time with them! I currently work from home as a Master’s level Social Worker and have very flexible hours. My children are very comfortable and respectful to animals. My children are at school during the day and will be home during the summer months. The pet would be with me with most of the time, outside of errands, etc. *Please reach out in a message regarding availability! My availability changes and I would like to give you the most up to date information! Thank you!* I currently do not have any animals in the house. I can take the dog on walks and out to use the restroom throughout the day as I do not have a fenced in yard. I have a large yard if your dog can be trusted off leash with supervision. I love to have dogs snuggle, so they are just like any other family member, allowed on the furniture. I will be home to either schedule feed, have them graze eat or kennel as requested.
About: We grew up with pets and we have a pet loving family. We have a German wirehair pointer dog, cat and raise rabbits for showing. We also volunteer at a local goat farm and help take care of goats. I work full time out of the home, Monday-Friday, so your dog will be kenneled while we are at work. Unless it’s summer or holiday then my schedule may be different. I will do morning walks and night walks and playtime outside after and before work. We have an unfenced large yard so your pet will be leashed for playtime. We have a nice larger private backyard so plenty of space for exercise.

About: I’ve fostered dogs since I was in fourth grade, sometimes multiple at a time. Varying in size and age, sometimes cats as well as dogs. I am currently a junior at UWL and work an on campus job. I am going to school full time and my job does block off some of my time but I am willing to work my schedule around the fur babies. I live in the dorms so I will not be able to take the dogs into my home but I can easily take care of them in your home and easily crate if necessary. They will be provided with plenty of love and attention.
About: I had my first dog when I was 7 years old, I was helping my dad to train my dog. I was responsible for his walks, food, etc. After my first dog experience, I’ve decided that animals make me so happy. I had 8-10 senior/young dogs that I took care of. I also had four cats that I was taking care of. Some birds, fish, turtles, horses… I genuinely love spending time with animals I am currently in college full time, we can always schedule a week ahead to make sure if I have enough time for your dog!
