“For a recent week - long vacation, we left our 3 year old golden doodle with Jeff. This was our first time using Rover and leaving her in someone else's home. After an initial meet and greet, we felt very comfortable with Jeff and Ember loved his fenced in yard. We liked the photo and written updates we received while vacationing. Jeff provided daily walks and outside time. He respected Ember's schedule and tried to maintain her schedule. In addition to our toys and treats, he also provided some. She was unavailable for our most recent vacation, so used Rover for the first time and ended up deciding to go with Bobbi (and her family) and have our 2 doggies stay with them for our time away. “Erin was an absolutely AMAZING Rover sitter for our two cats while we were away on vacation. She sent picutures everyday and gave updates on how our cats were doing. Erin also went above and beyond doing extra responsibilities around our house to help out the cats i.e. cleaning out the litter boxes. About: I've been taking care of animals since I was very young. Fur babies seem to seek me out, whether it is in nature or encounters on the street; you can catch me waving at animals before humans (lol). I've had dogs, cats, a horse, and bunnies off and on throughout my life. About: Please read the entire profile. I did grow up with a Dalmatian dog. My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:45am -1:45pm Monday-Thursday. Having retired 5/1/25, I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. I will provide pictures and updates to you. No fence but can play fetch in the front/backyard or take your dog to dog park if they are ok with it. Please provide details or special needs. About: I’ve had pets my whole life and taking care of them through the years I’m reliable and caring and will treat your pets like they’re my own. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my schedule. I work full time, but I’m available before and after work on weekdays, as well as on weekends. I can provide walks, drop in visits, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention during those times. I’ll make sure your pet stays on their regular routine and receives reliable, consistent care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll carefully follow your care instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special needs.
About: I am a stay at home mom to my two (respectful) children. This means that your furbaby will never be alone and will receive my 24/7 love and attention! I have two sweet pups of my own (one of which is a senior) and two loving cats. I adore animals and am comfortable giving medications, accommodating special requests, and doing anything else to make your pet feel comfortable and at home! We are a homeschooling family with one stay at home parent and one work from home parent. Your pet quite literally will never be alone and will receive constant love, play, exercise, and supervision! I have a fenced in backyard attached to my house where your furbaby can play freely. I have two dogs and two cats that are very socialized and comfortable around other animals. Your pet truly will be treated as another family member during their stay with us.
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats my entire life, so caring for pets has always come naturally to me. While I’m not able to have any furry companions of my own right now because of my current living situation, I truly miss having them in my life. I’d love the opportunity to give your pet plenty of love, attention, playtime, walks, and, with your permission, a few well-deserved treats! I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I currently work full time at home Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm however, my schedule is flexible and I am able to take breaks throughout the day. I can make almost anything work with enough notice. I provide care in my client’s home so pets can stay in the environment where they feel happiest and most comfortable. I understand that keeping their normal routine helps reduce stress while you’re away. I’ll make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, fresh food and water, and lots of love. I’ll also follow any specific care instructions you provide to ensure your pet’s routine and needs are met every step of the way.

Slow traveling is my favorite. I can explore new neighborhoods, cities, and local attractions without being rushed. I will follow your directions for your house and loved ones. Let me know the extra duties like watering, mail, or garbage routine. The house is left cleaner than I found it.

“For a recent week - long vacation, we left our 3 year old golden doodle with Jeff. This was our first time using Rover and leaving her in someone else's home. After an initial meet and greet, we felt very comfortable with Jeff and Ember loved his fenced in yard. We liked the photo and written updates we received while vacationing. Jeff provided daily walks and outside time. He respected Ember's schedule and tried to maintain her schedule. In addition to our toys and treats, he also provided some. We will definitely use Jeff's boarding for future get aways.”

She was unavailable for our most recent vacation, so used Rover for the first time and ended up deciding to go with Bobbi (and her family) and have our 2 doggies stay with them for our time away. We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride!
