“Andrea was wonderful. My dog Gracie has severe anxiety and it wasn’t going to work, unfortunately. I ended up having to leave work and take her home. I felt bad for Andrea, but she reassured me she was fine with everything. Some dogs just don’t do well in other people’s homes. Anita”

“I highly recommend Ashley, she took excellent care of our two kitties showing her experience, knowledge, and love for animals. She took the time to meet us, making sure she understood all my instructions while also getting to know our kitties and what makes them feel comfortable. She is a great communicator and gave us consistent updates with lots of pics. The level of care she showed became obvious when we were met by two calm, happy kitties.”

“Nicole is a wonderful pet sitter. My cat is elderly, requires medication and space to just be an old lady. Nicole successfully cared for her while I was away. She even managed to find her way to the house during unforseen road and waterline construction that started immediately in front of my home! Nicole is personable and professional and provided great photos each day. Would absolutely book again!”

“Cali did amazing with our 3 cats and us being out of the country. She did great with our 1 very difficult cat. Kept 2 separate from one, so no fighting. They warmed up to her better than expected. Cali gave wonderful daily updates, pictures. This was our first time using this app and our first time leaving our babies. I felt very comfortable! Cali was respectful to our home as well! We are extremely satisfied!!”

“Julia did a great job! She showed up at the agreed upon times and did exactly what was asked of her. Very grateful to have someone reliable to take care of my kitties when I am out of town.”

“Jesika went above and beyond for our Abby Lou. In the past, if someone struggled to give Abby her medicine, they would give up and say sorry there’s nothing I can do and we’d be struggling to find a last minute sitter while already out of town but not Jesika! She went home and literally cooked a meal to mix her meds in with. 😊 Your pets are in good hands here. 🐾”

“Kirsten goes above and beyond when caring for our pets. She plays with them. She sometimes treats them to catnip and toys too. During Kirsten's most recent visit, we received a Chewy delivery. Kirsten brought all four boxes from outside into the garage. We know that we can rely on Kirsten and our pets love her.”

“Thank you for coming to check on Walle on a short notice! It helps to give him some time while we are gone for a few days to have some human exposure. He's SO used to me being home ALL THE TIME, since I work from home. I didn't want him to get too depressed while his dog brother gets to hang with us in St.Louis. Thank you again for stopping by to check on my handsome barn cat prince!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life! I love animals and I have a deep passion for them! My family always had me walk the dogs and feed them! I am a Student at UWSP-Wausau. Durning the summer months I will only be available weekends! I am a student so my schedule varies! During the week I can do drop ins at lunch time or anytime after 5! Or we can see what you need and maybe I can make it work! I live in a dorm so I can not bring your pet into my home. If need be I can come to your home. Thank you!
About: We've been taking care of select dogs for many years for friends and family, knowing that dog owners tend to worry about their pets when they're away and want someone who understands that and will care for their pets as they would. we've always had dogs until recently, I also photograph dogs for fun. We often board a dog who has seizures and requires medication and have watched other unusual dogs including puppies and dogs still healing from surgery. For many years we volunteered at the local humane society. We have a fenced in yard that our late beagle mix of 18 years regularly tried to escape and repeatedly failed. Dogs in our home are considered guests and are treated as such. I currently work from home, so letting dogs out regularly and giving regular attention is no problem at all. I'm done with work in the afternoon which leaves me plenty of time to get dogs out for exercise and socializing. Dorothy, my wife, also has plenty of daytime open for play time and extra loving. I work from home and regularly take play breaks, Dorothy, my wife is home most days and offers lots of love. We try to get to the dog park now and then on the weekends. We have a modest fenced in back yard with a wooded lot behind us, I walk dogs regularly in several areas. We keep also keep a toybox full of dog toys :-)
“Lindsey was awesome once again! Our dog Ellie was being a little shy/timid this time but Lindsey sent us updates along the way and seemed to have won Ellie over by the end of the stay.”

“Cassidy was amazing with our 2 kitties! This was our first week away since we adopted them 2 years ago, and I was very nervous as I didn’t know how they would react. Cassidy was wonderful with keeping us updated with their care. Everything I requested, she took care of. She really put my mind at ease. We will definitely request her help again in the future :)”

“Jennifer is great! She took great care of my cat and kept me in the loop on everything going on at home while I was away. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good pet sitter while they are away.”

About: I have extensive experience caring for cats with a wide range of personalities. My cat sitting experience includes feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime and medications when needed. I will ensure your cat feels safe and well cared for while their owners are away.
“Becky did an incredible job for our cat Suna. It was our first time leaving him alone for a weekend, but Becky made us feel at ease by going above and beyond and letting us know about the slightest changes in mood or behavior. She also spent a lot of time cuddling and playing with Suna and even washed his food containers. We could not be more happy. Becky, thank you so much and please come again!”

“It was our first time ever using Rover. We needed to find someone to watch Gunner in a pinch when we found out we weren’t allowed to leave him alone in the hotel room that was ‘dog friendly’ 2 nights before a wedding. Hannah was available to watch him and she was only 10 minutes away from the venue. She was amazing and sent us pictures and was very accommodating for the pickup time. We would definitely recommend. Thank you!”

I will not be able to care for animals in my home. I take my job caring for your animals very seriously and will be responsible and thorough.
About: I’ve been around dogs since I was five years old. My family has owned a Dalmatian, Black Lab, and a German Shepherd mix. Always was the go to “dog sitter” for friends/family growing up! Since moving out and living on my own, I welcomed a mini Dachshund named Bentley. He is the best addition and just the sweetest little guy. I have huge heart and have always cared immensely about animals. I currently work full time, but my weekends are usually always open! I’d love to care for your pet while you’re away! I’ll also accept Venmo/Paypal as well as cash if that option works better for you. I live in a condo that isn’t the most spacious and I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have walking paths around my complex as well as a dog park half a mile away. Exercise is a must, so your dog will definitely have plenty of play time!
“Erik has been wonderful. He is available during my last minute lunch meetings, or pop up events, to let my puppy out and stretch her legs during a walk. She was shy on the leash when I first adopted her but he has improved her tolerance for walking and is showing improvements. He is so patient and updates me with pictures which is so sweet to see her enjoying each other's company! I am so grateful and happy I found Erik on Rover. You will not be disappointed in booking with him for your pups next walk!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs my whole life. I have always had a dog in my home, and this previous year I raised a puppy so I have experience with that as well. I am also good with senior dogs, as well as, dogs who are blind and/or deaf. At home, I walk my dogs daily as well as let them outside as often as they needed. I spent a lot of time playing with them and giving them lots of love. I often cat sit, and I love to spend extra time at the house playing with the cats, whether they are interested in me or couldn’t care less. I miss my dogs like crazy so I am super excited to meet your furry friends! I am a full time college student, so I have classes throughout the week. Monday’s and Tuesday’s are my busiest days, so I probably will not take jobs that land on either of those. The rest of my weekdays are pretty open, as long as your dog can go a couple hours home alone. As for the weekends, I do not have any specific time commitments. I most likely will not be able to spend all day Saturday and Sunday in your home, but if you communicate how much time your pets need I can do my best. I am happy to spend Friday and Saturday nights in your home, but I will sleep in the dorms on any school night. At home, we did not have any fence to keep our dogs in the yard. I supervise at all times when a dog is outside, and I am open to taking them out on a leash if that is what you prefer.
