I am currently in college and away from my dog Nalla so taking care of your pet would honestly be special for me too. One of the main reasons I am on rover is because I love to walk and hike and figured why not add a companion. Hi! I am currently on break from work and school so I can make anything work! I am available everyday of the week at any hours necessary! I sadly cannot have any pets in my home because I live in an apartment but I can take that out for walks in areas near me! About: I’ve been taking care of cats for years until I got one of my own 2-3 years ago. I used to foster cats through the shelter as well as volunteer at a nonprofit cat rescue, helping to play with kittens, feed, and clean up after them. I know that each cat is unique with its own personality and will adapt to fit the needs of each specific cat! Happy to do whatever you need in order to make sure your cat feels as comfortable as possible. About: I have been the go-to pet sitter for my large family & friends for years and just decided to see if anyone else would need the service. I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. I like hanging out with the pets like little buddies, getting some days of cuddles and then sending them home 😅. We thought pet sitting would be the best way to do so! We genuinely love pet sitting/housesitting since we just love doing new things together. I work a part-time schedule Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., which allows me to be flexible and intentional with pet care. On workdays, I build pet care into my mornings and evenings by providing meals, refreshing water, and spending quality time through walks or play before and after work. Once I’m home, I dedicate time to longer walks or more active engagement to ensure pets receive the exercise and attention they need. On my days off and weekends, I have even more availability for extended care, including longer outings, park visits, grooming, socialization, and vet appointments if needed. I stay consistent with feeding, cleaning, and routine schedules, and I always make sure pets feel loved, comfortable, and well cared for, even during busy weeks. When caring for pets in my home, I maintain a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment. I follow a consistent routine that includes regular feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and any special care based on the pet’s needs, such as medication or grooming. I also make sure the space is secure and enriched with toys, comfort items, and plenty of interaction to keep pets happy and stress-free.
About: What sets me apart is both my personal and professional experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and currently work at Dogtopia, where I care for and supervise dogs daily. This has helped me become patient, attentive, and comfortable working with different temperaments and energy levels. I also have experience with both senior dogs and puppies. My senior dog, Otis, had arthritis, so I learned how important patience, comfort, and attentive care are for older pets. I also helped raise and train our pug puppy with basic training, routines, and socialization. Because of these experiences, I understand that every pet has different needs depending on their age and personality, and I always try to make pets feel safe, active, and cared for like they’re my own.⭐️😊 Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I work at Dogtopia, where I help maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for dogs of all sizes and personalities. 🐾 My job has taught me the importance of paying close attention to dogs’ behavior, safety, and overall well-being throughout the day. When I’m home, I also spend a lot of time caring for my own dog. I enjoy taking him on long walks by the lake, staying active with him through runs and playtime, and making sure he gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care every day.🦮🏃♀️❤️ When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always prioritize safety, comfort, and keeping pets on their normal routine as much as possible. I make sure the environment is clean and secure by checking doors, gates, food, and anything that could be unsafe or easily gotten into by curious pets.🤗 I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, energy level, and individual needs to help them feel comfortable and stress-free while their owner is away. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, medication reminders, or simply giving them attention and companionship, I always try to make pets feel safe, cared for, and at home.
About: I've had pets as long as I can remember-- from dogs, to cats, to horses and reptiles! I absolutely love animals of all kinds, shapes and sizes, and the two German Shepherds back home I care for, Izzy and Vasco, are the light of my life, as well as our cat, Cupcake! I have past experience on Rover boarding dogs, as well as walking and pet-sitting. I've also volunteered at various animal clinics and adoption agencies like Big Dog Ranch Rescue. I am willing to walk at most times of the day and evening, and I have my own transportation. I am a photographer and would love the opportunity to send some great pics of your fur-babies while you're away! I'm currently working part-time, and work Friday + Saturday evenings in Walkers Point. I can be flexible with my schedule for clients throughout the week. I am also available in the early mornings and afternoons as well. My home is not currently available for boarding. About: I’m a kind and goofy gal that loves dogs with my whole being. I own a beagle named Luna that I love spending time with. Her mom needs to hustle to get more funds for our journeys and all the Trader Joe’s treats. I am constantly the friend that takes care of my friend’s dog and enjoy every moment. I hope you give me the opportunity to spend time with your pet! I’d be happy to expand on my experience and passion. My entire schedule revolves around my dog. I’m thinking about how to move things around for her and always checking if I can bring her with. I enjoy our three walks a day on our remote work from home days. I’m open to taking care of pets at my home or their own as long as you’re okay with mine being with us. I’d be happy to introduce them beforehand.
