About: Hi! I’m Montse - mom of kitties Chamoy and Luka. I’ve had these cats for five years and was always a dog person until I had my own feline friends. My orange cat is exactly as you’d expect… rambunctious and incredibly cuddly. Luka the black cat however, is very stand-offish and loves her space. All that to say, I know that cats come with different personalities and I’d love to care for yours however is needed!

“I was so lucky to come across Perseus. I mainly chose him because Perseus had no other animals in the house so my 18-year-old sweet kitty could have the entire peaceful house to himself. In addition, Perseus’ home has a lot of natural light - a bay window for my kitty to curl up for a cat nap, and a large sliding patio door for my sweet boy to look out and watch all the squirrels and birds (which he loves). While I was on vacation, at least every other day (if not more), Perseus sent me pictures/videos of my cat – lounging comfortably in one of his cat beds, jumping on Perseus’ lap for a chin scratch, an action shot of my kitty playing with a new toy Perseus purchased for him, a picture of my kitty cuddling up on Perseus’ bed at night, or a video of Perseus singing my kitty a lullaby. It gave me so much comfort to know my sweet, old man was at ease. I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving my beloved cat to someone I didn’t really know (Perseus and I did do a “house visit” before I went on vacation). About: I have been the go-to pet sitter for my large family & friends for years and just decided to see if anyone else would need the service. I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. I like hanging out with the pets like little buddies, getting some days of cuddles and then sending them home 😅. I live with my dad that occasionally says hi if the dog or cat is friendly but mostly the house is big enough that they never cross paths. I typically take the animals out several times a day, feed them, and let them roam around the house or snuggle with me. About: I helped raise my own two family dogs and ensured that they were always walked, bathed, fed, and happy. It's also a habit of mine to go take the extra step like wiping my dogs and make sure they are clean after they've been outside. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dogs alongside our own family dogs, so I have experience handling multiple pets at once. I work full-time, Monday through Friday, while working from home 2-3 days a week. I also go to workout classes in the evening. Normally, if working from home, I take the dogs out for a walk in the morning. On other days, I take them for a walk in the evening. I normally take pets out 3 times a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and night. I make sure the dogs have a dedicated spot for food and bed. I have both a park and a dog park, 5-10 minutes away from my apartment, which I can take the pets to for a walk or some dog play time. There are also multiple yard-like grass areas where the dogs are meant to do their business. If pets stay with me for longer than two weeks, I bathe them every other week.

About: Hello and welcome! We take care of/have taken care of all different kinds of pets. We have our own two dogs, as well as six cats. We have experience with multiple different breeds and types of animals, as well as being able to handle many at a time. (We have had up to 9 dogs in my care at one time!) I know how hard it is to leave your pet behind, which is why I will update you with pictures as much as you would like. I have a finished basement if your loved one would prefer to be separated, and also have many open rooms for them to choose from for slumber. The cats have a gated off cat room, only accessible to humans and kitties. The crew and I can't wait to meet you! (Or if you prefer the whole crew won't meet you :)). Dani is currently home full time. At this time Dani is home for almost the entire day, with occasional errands. You can request our schedule for any amount of time to confirm your loved one will be cared for properly and on time. We deep clean all items used after a pet stays, so that they are ready for the next pet to stay. We have extra blankets, beds, crates, bowls, and more. We keep our fishtanks neat and clean, as well as my home. My dogs are extremely friendly even with cats. My backyard is fenced in with access through a back door. When it's nice out we play outside with the dogs where they have access to a kiddie pool to play in the water. I have started to add more outdoor play equipment/toys.

About: I've grown up with pets ever since I was little. I've been trusted even from young ages to walk, feed, and clean up after dogs. I've never had a bad experience and I'm always willing to encounter any and every kind of dog out there with lots of love and care! I have my own pet at home, had him for 10 years. Even after so long, it's so easy and even fun sometimes to do the little things for your pets like feeding them, walking them, and just making sure you spend some quality time with them! There's never a moment I don't want to be around my pet, or any pet for that matter! I always think the key to good pet care is real love and attention. I (Maddie) have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life and have always been hands-on with training. My grandpa has been breeding huskies since before I was born so dogs have always been a large part of my life. . Ring cameras and security system so we know our house is always watched. Maddie has trained her super well-mannered and playful 6-year-old Siberian Husky since birth who loves making new friends. We only take in 2-3 dogs at a time which is plenty of space for our house. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe with a playground, large field and lots of kids around. We follow your dog’s routine closely and send regular updates so you always feel connected—your pup will be treated like part of the family. 🐾

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and love them so much that I decided to work at a Dog and Cat daycare and boarding facility. I’ve been working there for 3 years and have worked with all breeds and ages varying from puppies to seniors and love comforting them and making them happy while also making sure their parents know they are in good hands! I’m currently working part-time and my availability is flexible. I’m willing to make adjustments as long as I am notified at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Depending on the typical routine of the pet, I will follow it as close as possible to make them feel as comfortable as I can. I will keep them busy by going on walks or by playing with them, or if they have lower energy I’ll just make sure to give them extra attention.

I provide Rover pet care full time, and am home full time outside of quick errands and hitting the gym! I maintain a calm, attentive environment where dogs are rarely alone and always have someone nearby to meet their needs. Whether it’s backyard play or a leashed walk, we ensure dogs are always in secure, pet-friendly environments. We also tailor safety measures to each dog’s personality, energy level, and needs. About: Having been surrounded by dogs and cats throughout my life, I've cultivated a profound passion for working with these wonderful companions. While growing up, my mother and I had a cat, but most of my interactions with pets occurred through my grandparents. My grandparents have always had dogs and allowed me to be actively involved in their care, including feeding and walking. This experience nurtured a deep passion and profound appreciation for animals, as they are not just our pets but integral members of our family. I embarked on my first job at McDonald's, where I gained valuable experience in providing excellent customer service. In September of my first college year, I began working at the UW Veterinary Hospital as a kennel worker. This role primarily involved cleaning and providing vet students, vet techs, and doctors with the necessary equipment for treating animals. In the following spring semester, I left the hospital and secured a position as a dog caregiver at Dog Haus University in Madison. I was already familiar with dog behavior, but this job allowed me to gain confidence in recognizing a dog's emotions through their body language. Additionally, I currently work at a doggy daycare in Milwaukee called Unifursity in the same capacity, but with the added responsibility of pottying and feeding dogs since this establishment also offers boarding services. I have experience in petsitting my grandparents' dogs in their home while they were out of town and have demonstrated my ability to maintain their routine. Being at the doggy daycare has allowed me to gain new skills such as properly administering the Bordetella and Distemper vaccination, along with solidifying my skill in maintaining a dogs daily schedule when it comes to feeding, pottying and excerise. Regarding my experience in Madison, opportunities that arose did not align with my housing situation since I did reside in the campus dorms. Patience is a quality I've developed over the years, partly due to having younger siblings who can be quite challenging. My grandma's dog, a large German Shepherd with severe separation anxiety, has given me experience in dealing with dogs who are considered "difficult." Working at the daycare, patience is crucial, as some dogs struggle to follow instructions and require consistent redirection. There have been instances of nervous dogs who were initially wary of strangers, but through careful handling, consistent communication, and positive interactions, I gained their trust while maintaining authority when necessary. I am a full-time student, but I have flexibility on times as my schedule isn’t super demanding. I do work Thursdays, Fridays & Sundays, and I’m able to be accommodating around times if needed. While I do have a full house that could be overwhelming to some pets, as a pet sitter in a client's home, I will follow their guidelines closely which may involve feeding pets according to their usual routine, administering medication if necessary, and engaging in play or exercise activities. I aim to maintain a clean and organized space, respecting the home and the pet owner's preferences. The specific services I offer may vary, so I'm adaptable to the needs of both the pet and the owner. Clear communication and a genuine love for animals guide my approach to pet care, ensuring the well-being and happiness of the pets entrusted to my care.
About: Animals have always been a part of my life. They show us so much love. Who are we not to give it back in return. Since the passing of our long time dog (Roc,15) we’ve been watching our friends and family dogs while they’re out of town. In each case the owners return with their dogs a little hesitant about wanting to return home. LOL. I work from home and I have no plans of switching to another job that would require me to go into the office. Therefore, I have plenty of time to play with your big and little babies. I also like to take walks at minimum twice a day. This is a perfect time for your fur babies to stretch their legs. After a nice long walk I clean their paws to make sure they leave the yucky stuff outside. I have a designated area where they can sleep. However, I like to keep them close to me during the day while I’m working. I think it sets them up for a positive visit. They immediately become part of the family. I also have the flexibility to take them out throughout the day. There is a highly recommended veterinarian within a two minute driving distance and maybe a ten minute walk in the event of an emergency.

About: I helped raise my own two family dogs and ensured that they were always walked, bathed, fed, and happy. It's also a habit of mine to go take the extra step like wiping my dogs and make sure they are clean after they've been outside. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dogs alongside our own family dogs, so I have experience handling multiple pets at once. I work full-time, Monday through Friday, while working from home 2-3 days a week. I also go to workout classes in the evening. Normally, if working from home, I take the dogs out for a walk in the morning. On other days, I take them for a walk in the evening. I normally take pets out 3 times a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and night. I make sure the dogs have a dedicated spot for food and bed. I have both a park and a dog park, 5-10 minutes away from my apartment, which I can take the pets to for a walk or some dog play time. There are also multiple yard-like grass areas where the dogs are meant to do their business. If pets stay with me for longer than two weeks, I bathe them every other week.
About: Hello! I come from a family of dog lovers currently with 20 doggies in just my imitated family plus close aunts/uncles and cousins. We have quite the hectic family holidays. I've had lots of dog sitting experience between all those pups as well as being on Rover for 9 years now. My favorite pup is my border collie/aussie mix, Piper. She’s a rescue, almost 8 years old and all energy all the time. She’s keeps me active and taught me how to keep dogs physically and mentally exercised. I’m super easy going, just let me know how I can help you and your furry friends! I work mostly from home but still make time to get some extra dog time in my day. I can do morning, some lunch, and evening check-ins/walks on weekends and Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Dogs will always be kept on leash unless in a secure, fenced in area with me. Every animals needs are different, I am happy to hear every details about your pet to know how to best care for them.
