“Maria and Nayibe took great care of my 4 month old puppy for an entire week over Christmas! They went out of their way to replace a food item I had forgot to bring along. I really appreciated the updates, pictures and communication. They went above and beyond for my little one. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others!”

“Tracy is the best dog sitter! My dog was given the attention she likes. There were other dogs that my pet met at Tracy’s that she made friends with. She got to play outside and go for walks. It was her dream come true!”

“Laura did amazing with Romeo, she updated us everyday on how he was doing and was very responsive. Romeo was in very good hands. We would definitely use her again!”

“Sarah and her family provided constant updates of my dog throughout the week. Her daughters seemed really engaged and loving on my dog, making me feel confident she was receiving all the love and affection she gets at home. When I picked her up, my dog seemed so relaxed, almost as if she hadn’t been gone all that time, helping me feel confident she was safe and loved on. Usually after boarding in a facility, my dog is highly anxious, extra agitated and disheveled. None of that here with Sarah. Her and her family were truly the best sitters. I never worried once while away.”

“Zachary was very helpful with our dog Otis. He was responsive and asked questions when needed. We felt Otis was in great hands with Zachary. Will use him again!”

About: Primarily had two wonderful cats. The first is Ghost who I raised from when she was abandoned and the size of my hand until she passed away at age 19-1/2. The second is Harmony which we adopted and raised from age 3-ish to 18-ish. From time to time I have checked in on friends cats while they are out for basic feeding/kitty litter things, along with some socialization/cuddle time. We have two+ dogs at any time and haven't had cats in a few years, so care would only be at your home just to keep things good for my household.

About: I love dogs and animals - they really are the best! I have owned three for many years, raising two from being puppies, and addressing challenging behavior with an older doggo, in addition to fostering multiple rescue dogs. I recently moved to WI, and my pets stayed home with my partner for now, and miss my furry companions and want to provide love and care for yours while I’m here! I am happy to work with you on what’s best, whether that is house sitting, boarding, or simply letting your animals out on walks or to go potty. Let’s chat! I currently work from home and have a remote job, so can provide your dog with any needs or attention that makes sense based on their schedule. I have some in-person meetings that occur throughout the week, and am generally around on the weekends regularly. If planning on boarding or daycare, I now live in a home with a nice backyard. I can easily crate, take out for potty breaks, etc. I am also mindful of dog reactivity regardless of my own or neighbor’s dogs.

“I will always bring my fur kiddo to Dan and holly if they’re available! The made me feel so comfortable! This was my 2nd time using them and I never felt more relaxed with them having my boy!”

About: I have had dogs of my own since I was 9 years old. I LOVE dogs--especially small ones! I have trained all of my dogs. I board friends' dogs in my home all the time, and am now excited to move into boarding strangers' dogs here on Rover! I work full-time, a mix of in-office and at home. I work from home on Thursdays and have flexibility on Fridays, so it works best for me to be able to provide boarding on long weekends (Thursday-Sunday). I am happy to provide your pet with seamless care and match what they are used to in your home. I have a large yard and a quiet neighborhood. My home has many rooms and I have some gates so that I can separate pets if needed. I also have a puppy play pen for smaller/younger pups who need their own space.
“Yshonda was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were a bit nervous because we have two fur babies with two different personalities and unique needs and Yshonda was very accommodating and flexible and was able to set our minds at ease. The babies are comfortable with her and seem to really enjoy her company. She’s friendly, personable and obviously loves dogs. She’s an amazing sitter and I would recommend her to anyone especially people who have never tried a dog sitter before. Check her out!”

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs and cats going back to childhood. I have been actively pet sitting for 5+ years and have experience with puppies and kittens, seniors, and pets with special needs. I have also cared for rabbits and am very flexible and willing to learn! I am a teacher, so I am free most of the summer to watch your pet and give them some love! September -May I am still available but with less flexibility I enjoy drop ins and walks so I can give pets attention and care while in their own comfortable environment. I can also watch dogs at my home for those who need overnight visits, but dogs MUST be cat friendly/neutral without history of chasing cats
“Maria & Nayibe are awesome, highly recommended! We weren’t sure how our puppy would do all day with other dogs the first time. They went out of their way to introduce slowly and everything worked out great. Appreciate the flexibility on early hours and that you treated Rory like your own. The pictures show she thought it was her house as well! She is a picky annd light eater and the fact she was eating there both days tells me all I need to know. Thank you! Look forward to having her with you again!”

“Jill was able to accommodate our request rather last minute and was communicative throughout. She gave our senior dog a wonderful day of companionship; we know she was well cared for and left very happy.”
“Ashley was great! She communicated with me the entire time Asher was with her! She sent pictures and he loved playing with her wonderful furry babies! I definitely recommend if you guys are looking for a sitter who loves your pet as much as you do!”

“Amazing communication and pictures throughout. Soba had such a great time hanging out with Tracie and Penny! She was totally pooped from all the fun we had by the time we got home. Would definitely bring soba back without hesitation.”

About: I have always had dogs and they have always been treated like a family member. I do not currently have any pets so your pet will be my priority. I am retired but work part time - mostly from home- so I will be with your pet full time. I will follow any instructions you provide about caring for your pet. I have a fenced yard and a very clean environment for your pet. Your pet will get all the attention it needs and I will treat your pet like he/she were my own.
About: I have been the go-to pet sitter for my large family & friends for years and just decided to see if anyone else would need the service. I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. I like hanging out with the pets like little buddies, getting some days of cuddles and then sending them home 😅. It’s the perfect way to get some fur baby time until I’m ready for my next dog or cat in the future. This is not a business for me, it’s something I have enjoyed doing for my family and friends, and if you want your beloved pet to be in a calm but fun, comfortable environment while you’re away, I can extend my service to you. I recently started doing home stays/drop ins for the pet sitting too and enjoyed it. I currently have a really flexible schedule with a lot of availability. I live with my dad that occasionally says hi if the dog or cat is friendly but mostly the house is big enough that they never cross paths. I have a fenced in yard and a big house with a lot of space that I can also section off by closing doors. I typically take the animals out several times a day, feed them, and let them roam around the house or snuggle with me. I like when pet owners bring a bed for their pets so I can make them their own space but they’re welcome to chill with me in whatever I’m doing. I’m youthful, active, and responsible. I have a naturally friendly, calm demeanor that animals and people respond well to. I have no pets right now but used to have a pit/black lab mix that I loved dearly so I love pits and other breeds with historically bad reputations. I frequently sit my aunt’s beagle mix who’s just a little old pup that sparked my interest for pet sitting cuz it was so fun to have visits from him. He and my old dog are in a bunch of my pics. With all animals I just try to make them comfortable and let them feel at home.
“My partner and I wanted to spend a couple of hours on my birthday at some places that don't allow pups - after quick and easy communication with Michelle, we booked daycare with her. Our pup is very social with dogs and people but is always super cautious at first. When we dropped Navi off, she was a bit skittish and didn't really want to go in the house. This left us feeling a bit worried. However, Michelle immediately sent us an update with pictures after we drove away showing Navi explore the house and the backyard. Throughout the day I received so many pictures and videos of Navi playing in the pool and with other pups. It genuinely was the best birthday present I could have asked for. It made us so happy to receive so many updates showing Navi living her best life with her new friends. It was clear Michelle loves doing what she does and cares for every pup like they are her own. If we are ever in the Milwaukee area again, we would love to have you watch after our girl again! Thank you again, Michelle!”

“Our dog had an awesome day with Louise! She was great with little Stuart and so easy to work with for us. She accommodated a long day with our schedules and is so kind. She gave our dog personal care and very loving for our needy little puppy. We plan to book with Louise again, can’t recommend her enough!”

About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

“Stajia is a fantastic dog sitter who took wonderful care of my energetic dog, Lulu. She is great with dogs and very friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

I’m patient, dependable, and pay attention to each pet’s routine and personality. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure your pet gets the love and care they deserve like they’re my own. I work from home full-time, so I have a flexible schedule and can give your pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I don’t go out often, but I enjoy taking walks, going on jogs, and spending time in my backyard with my own pets. Since I’m home most of the time, your fur baby won’t be left alone for long and will get lots of love, care, and attention. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. “Kathy is great, She has been taking such good care of Sophie and spending so much time with her letting her get adjusted to evening walks, my girl is very shy with strangers and very appreciated!”

“I really appreciated Elizabeth's willingness to do a meet and greet before the first walk. She was super patient and understanding with my anxious pup. Would recommend!”

About: I've had multiple dogs over the last 30 years. Mainly Bull Mastiffs, Border Collie Mix, and multiple Pitties. We lately have been adopting older dogs to give them the best end of life possible. For friends I've watched many smaller to larger dogs, comfortable with all. I have experience with all sorts of meds and care, although I prefer to stay away from anything with needles when possible. We've been to the vet more times than I can count, and have gotten good at understanding/reading dog behavior and signs of distress. I have experience with all soft of personalities...shy or alpha, lazy or rambunctious, etc. I like to understand them and work with them where they are at so they enjoy themselves and are happy. I'm a pretty calm presence and in general dogs trust me right away. My wife will joke that I am a dog whisperer as dogs tend to follow my lead easily, but I think it is simply being confident and projecting that you are there to take care of them. I have a very flexible work schedule and am home most of the time. I only have 1 dog right now (Oscar, 82 lb Pitty who loves everything and everyone...he walks around with soft toys like they are his dolls), but will likely be back to 2 in the near future. I walk my pup(s) pretty much every day. We live near Hart Park and the Oak Leaf Trail so getting out to walk along the river/parks is very easy. New to doing this formally rather than just for friends. Normally watch friends dogs at their place. If we take care of your pup in our home, we will always have 1+ pups that will be other-dog friendly. My wife and I have a small Tosa home but fully fenced-in yard to be able to let them out at any time day or night without worry. We have a small main floor but it has 3-4 dog beds and multiple toys (prefer dogs who are ok with soft toys, as our pup(s) don't rip those up. Will likely prefer caring for your pup in your home, it simply mitigates the crowding in the house and any potential conflicts. If I look after any cats, those would be at your house. We no longer have cats and aren't prepped for that in any way.
“Olivia is absolutely amazing! She walked our dog Rumi for a week and made us feel completely at ease. She’s incredibly reliable, prompt and communicative, sending lots of updates and pictures. She went above and beyond, taking him on great long walks (rain or shine!) and even wiping his paws after it rained. Rumi loved his midday sniffing breaks and we loved how trustworthy she is. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely use her again!”

“Mary is great with our 10 month old Brittany! I’m impressed with her enthusiasm and she is a quick learner of his routines! She is helping us work on training which is so helpful. I would highly recommend Mary!”

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs my whole life and have had the honor of caring for others pets as well! I have cared for a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, horses, and birds! I am currently in school and find myself with a lot of free time! I enjoy going for walks and playing with my cat that lives with me! I live in a gated community with a fenced in dog yard! I know lots of great walking areas to bring your dogs too for a little fun adventure!

“Amy was such a pleasure to work with! She came over to meet Punky a few days ahead of time and he really liked her! She sent me some picture of their walk and gave me details about his behaviors while they were together. I really enjoy working with Amy and can't wait to do it again!”

About: I have extensive experience in pet sitting, having raised my own dogs from puppies to adulthood. I have a 10 year old small Cockapoo and an 8 year old big Golden Doodle, both of whom I've cared for since they were born. My skills include basic training for puppies, ensuring they learn good behaviors early on, and providing gentle, attentive care for senior dogs. I absolutely love dogs and will make sure they revive the love and attention that they very much deserve. Pet care is a big part of my daily life. I make sure to spend quality time with my dogs every day, whether it's walking, feeding, or playing with them. About: I do part time senior Care and some of my clients have animals I find it very important that they are well taken care of and happy as they bring a lot of comfort to my clients when I'm away This means plenty of walks up and down hills going out and sitting on the grass at live music shows and tons of interactions with other dogs while we shop for groceries downtown Food schedules almost go hand in hand when Im meal prepping for my human clients We've invented a few new games with my one clients and her lab misty Her favorite being the wagon tire I attacted to a bind of cordage and a spring up in a tree limb misty loves to jump and snatch the tire while it bounces around Well I love to work out throughout the week and on weekends I would normally go for small hikes woth my friend but she has developed a respiratory issue and can no longer do so I find it would be amazing to get some energy out with so eager to run and play dogs I monitor a lot of potential puppy problems as I call them after all big dogs share a lot in common with toddlers you have to make sure that they arnt biting scratching chewing or marking any beloved items or areas in the house Getting sufficient exercise helps stimulate the dog's and corner these bad behaviors Plenty of treats and positive reinforcement goes a long way as well
“Liz is the BEST!! Maggie is a very anxious dog, so usually it takes her awhile to warm up to people. Liz immediately recognized this and brought all the right treats to win over Maggie. She usually isn’t food motivated, but for Liz she is! Liz is very responsive and I’ve had no problem (or even worries) about a no show. The report cards I get of Maggie make me so happy and help get me through my day. If you need someone to take care of your dog, reach out to Liz!”

I am able to connect with pets of any age and experience. In a clients home and on walks I can meet the pet with what they need whether it be short potty break walks, cuddles, and/or extended long walks. I provide a loving, enriching time while pawrents are away.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always had a deep love and appreciation for animals. I understand that pets are family and deserve the same care, attention, and affection they receive from their owners. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, from playful puppies to senior pets who need extra patience and attention. I’m comfortable with daily routines, walks, feeding, playtime, and administering medications when needed. I’m reliable, responsible, and committed to providing a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where your pets feel happy and cared for. I will treat your pets as if they were my own and provide the peace of mind you deserve while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I enjoy spending time with animals and prioritize creating a consistent, comfortable environment for them. I am used to building my schedule around pets’ needs, including walks, feeding, playtime, companionship, and making sure they feel safe and cared for throughout the day. I have a flexible routine that allows me to give pets the attention they deserve, whether that means active play, relaxing company, administering medication, or providing extra care for senior pets. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy and consider a rewarding part of my day. Creating a safe and trusting environment for pets and their owners is my top priority. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pets in someone else’s care. I provide a calm, clean, and comfortable environment while following each pet’s routine, needs, and personality. I focus on clear communication, reliability, and attention to detail so owners have peace of mind knowing their pets are being treated with love, patience, and respect. Whether it’s a daily walk, playtime, medication, or extra care, I take the responsibility seriously and treat every pet like they are my own.
About: I’ve had animals, mostly dogs and cats since I was A child. Let me know what your fur baby needs! I’m happy to accommodate. I had a beagle with me for 15 years and he was on various medications as he aged so I know how to administer medications if needed. I work full time Monday through Friday from 8-4:30 but am happy to walk your pet before or after those hours! I am happy to provide whatever care they might need while you are away. I see pets as members of the family. I have 2 dogs...a terrier and a mini poodle. I love them to pieces and they run the house! Lol. They are well behaved and allowed on the furniture and the bed. Your fur babies would be too! I want them to be comfortable in my home. If I’m dropping in to take care of your fur baby in their home just let me know what I need to do for them and consider it done! I take my pups out every morning for a short walk, after work, and just before bed time. I feed them twice a day with occasional treats that they love mixed in :) I'm in an apartment so they will be leashed when we go outside. I live close to 3 different parks as well as the Menomonee River Parkway....lots of space to walk with them and let them sniff away!

“Scott and his dog Lucy were a great match for Roo! I received multiple picture updates and he was great at communicating. We met up beforehand to ensure a good match, and it was clear Scott has a natural way with dogs. Would gladly rebook!”

“Tracy is the best dog sitter! My dog was given the attention she likes. There were other dogs that my pet met at Tracy’s that she made friends with. She got to play outside and go for walks. It was her dream come true!”

“Ashlee is absolutely amazing! She provided us with adorable pictures and updates during Boscos stay; we will definitely be requesting future sittings and sending friends her way!”

“Marilynn is such an amazing dog sitter! She was so welcoming and loving to my Maizey. Maizey can be anxious and Marilynn made her feel so comfortable in her home, especially around other dogs. It was a great experience for me and the dog! We will definitely use her again in the future.”

“Laura did amazing with Romeo, she updated us everyday on how he was doing and was very responsive. Romeo was in very good hands. We would definitely use her again!”

“Stella stayed with Dawn and her family for a few days. Overall, the stay sounds like it went well. She has a nice fenced yard for her to run and play ball. They communicated and sent pictures and were quick to respond to messages.”

“Brooke was amazing with my sweet girl Tinsel! She sent updates and was quick to respond when I messaged her. We will definitely be making her and her family our regular dog sitters!”

“Yolanda took very good care of both of our babies. As we were dropping them off one of our dogs was bleeding from biting their lip and Yolanda quickly took care of it and healed the injury. We received photos of our babies and we also had a very detailed conversation about how our babies were while in their care which made us feel more comfortable as we do have pit bulls and they have a bad stigma on them but the understanding that Yolanda and her husband have with this breed was very important and reassuring to know that we are able to trust them with our dogs.”

“Our dog Carter stayed with Sarah for 2 weeks, she was great about sending us updates and pictures. Before that, he did some daycares at her place and walks around our neighborhood. She truly loves animals and have experience dealing with energetic dogs. Carter is always happy to see her and was a happy boy when we went to pick him up. Thank you, Sarah! Carter will definetely be coming back when we need boarding or daycare.”

“Elizabeth took great care of my dog Hank! Communication was great and prompt. She provided plenty of exercise and play time with her dog, and even gave Hank a bath when he got muddy.”
