About: I’ve grown up in a household that has always had at least two dogs, usually 3. We also have 3 indoor-outdoor cats. I am now a student at UW Madison, and I have a 5yr old heeler shepherd mix. Throughout her life I have trained her for obedience and herding, and have dealt with low confidence and reactivity with her daily. I am experienced with dogs who are shy and tend to be reactive. I have a part time internship at UW Madison, so I have partially and completely free days every week. That being said, I will have plenty of time to make house visits around this schedule. About: I love all animals! At home, I currently have a feisty tabby cat, and the sweetest Akita around❤️ Both require lots of love, time, and attention, but life wouldn’t be the same without them. Prior to starting on this app, I have gained experience, in the past, when I was employed as a dog sitter at a local daycare in Wisconsin Dells. I also have done yearly sitting jobs up to a week for various neighbors around town for foster dogs of all ages, and breeds, and cats! I currently have a part-time job. I consistently work on the weekends from 8:00am to 2pm on Saturdays, and Sundays. Occasionally I pick up extra shifts during the weekdays, but shifts are consistent to 5 hour increments. If I have any extra shifts scheduled, I will be sure to inform you prior to my stay. I am more than willing to come in between those times. I do not currently open my own home as I have a large Akita that requires to be the spotlight. But when stating client homes, I am open to the majority of situations. I ask that if your pet requires special instructions, or precautions, list them clearly, and I will work around them!
About: I use to work at a vet clinic with boarding and daycare for a year. I know how to take care of dogs and entertain them. And of course cats aswell. I’m available most of the time. I have another job but in the morning and mid-afternoon. I am on summer break but once school starts, I might be limited. I will make sure they feel comfortable and let me smell me before I pet them. “Michelle and her family are the greatest. I screwed up the schedule and literally dropped my dog off at her house at 7 am ON THE WRONG DAY, and she was so accommodating, flexible, and kind about it. She took such good care of my dog Luna and provided daily updates and pictures. 100% recommend and will use her again!!”
“This was Baylee's first boarding experience since I adopted her and she seems very happy and healthy. She loves walks and Erika provided multiple daily walks. Baylee's medication and feed requirements were met. I couldn't expect more than a happy dog!”
