Rover is perfect because it will allow me to satisfy my love for dogs while fitting with my schedule and helping you. I am also hoping to get a dog in the near future. I enjoy running and walking so having a dog with energy is not a problem as long as they are leash trained. I’m currently working from home full time. I can be flexible on when walks occur but am fairly busy between 8-5 and need some heads up to plan around meetings. I do not have a fenced in yard but will take your dog on frequent walks or as needed if you’re booking that service. I’m careful to follow instructions on how to get into your house for walks and lock up on the way out.

About: I have always had a dog in my like and have been the sole provider for at least a year in each dogs life that I have had. My dog I have now is almost two years old and I have also dog sat for neighbors, friends, and coworkers numerous times. I am currently working and taking classes from home so I have more than enough time to watch the puppies and give them the attention and help that they need. If I pet sit at your home I will do things in whatever way you request and I will do my best to follow directions to a T. I live in an apartment complex so if they stay the night I will have to take them out on a leash. My previous dog required lots of medical care and I am a human nurse so I am very comfortable providing any care your dog needs. I do have one dog at home who loves other dogs and loves to play. My days off of work are fully open and I do not book more than 1 dog at a time, so your dog will have all my attention. Your dog will also essentially have my spare bedroom to themselves if needed which is separated by a baby gate, so if they prefer some space that is also an option, but I’m happy to give them all the love and attention they can handle. I will send lots of pictures and updates as I understand it can be anxiety provoking to leave your dog with someone you aren’t familiar with. I do work full time, but only 3 days a week. This schedule varies week to week so while I don’t have a consistent schedule, my days off work can be fully devoted to you and your pet! I have a good sized yard, but it is not fenced so dogs are never outside unsupervised or off leash. I do live by a park and a small walking trail so I there are lots of ways for us to get our exercise in! If I am walking a dog in your home, I am flexible and accommodating and am comfortable using whatever methods/tools you prefer to keep your dog safe.
