We got an update every single day about how she was doing and pictures which reassured us since we were nervous about being so far away from her for such an extended time. Tashi got to hang out with her dogs in her backyard, got her daily walks, got lots of couch and bed time, and was super well looked after and cared for. We are so grateful to have found Kara and know that we can leave and Tashi will be happy and in a home where she feels so comfortable and is in such good hands. About: Hello! My name is Audrey, and I'm 29 years old. I've spent over five years working at a doggy daycare, a passion that began long before I was officially hired. My parents opened this daycare in the mid 2000s, so I was fortunate enough to be able to come around and help out, or just spend time with the dogs throughout my teen years. From this I was able to gain invaluable hands-on experience with a variety of dogs. My lifelong experience with both dogs and cats ensures that I can provide top-notch care for your furry friends. During my time at the daycare, I encountered dogs of all energy levels, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. From puppies to senior dogs, and from calm to highly anxious pets. I'm skilled in administering medication, feeding, and monitoring for any unusual behavior. Having cared for hundreds of pets, each with their unique personalities and needs, I am dedicated to meeting and exceeding your expectations. I am currently working remotely which allows me the the flexibility to go wherever needed as well as be home with the animals for a majority of the day. This means I am able to give potty breaks or food/medication any time of day. However, some week days I play sports in the afternoons. This would only be for an hour or 2 at most, generally between 6-9. I feel very confident in my ability to make sure your pets are safe during my visits! Working with dogs for many years, I have a good sense of what to watch for and how to make sure your animals are happy and healthy. I am constantly aware of mine and your animals surroundings when I am doing a job and I try to be very cautious and attentive in order to make sure they don't get hurt, escape, etc.
“Erin was a wonderful, empathetic dogsitter! She watched our girl, Zuki, for six days, and she texted us updates and a few photos until we felt reassured that Zuki was adjusting to a new environment well. Our dog is a rescue, and she has some strange behaviors such as being reluctant to drink water in the house (maybe because an alpha dog “claimed” the water dish at the rescue). Erin made sure that Zuki ate enough, drank, and she took her plenty of walks. What’s more, she cuddled Zuki to make her feel more at ease. Erin even ended up sleeping on the couch near Zuki to keep her company. I could tell that Erin was monitoring Zuki’s behavior bc she knew that Zuki has “fears,” and I was glad that Zuki had the opportunity to meet Erin with us present (so that our dog would be more comfortable and know that Erin was a friend). My dog, Milo, is a pup who is the chillest pup I’ve ever met but also loves to play with other dogs and say hi to strangers. About: I try to provide training for your dog using simple commands and treats. I have a corgy. He likes eating poop, so I am firm with him but lovely. I believe I take my time to rub his belly or play with my dog before feeding him or going for a walk. I always keep treats and bags. I currently have a job from home, with a flexible schedule. I always go outside for walk 10 to 20 minutes o play with tennis ball. I used to go outside 2 or 3 times a day. In the morning the firts walk is longer. I have many different toys and a medium-sized blanket if he needs to rest. They can also go on my couch. If he needs more privacy, I have a big cage with blankets and pillows. I live in an apartment with 2 beds to a bath.

As a petsitter, I would to ensure their animal's life doesn't change or I could make it better in some small way especially since their parent(s) is gone I stay at the animal's home to care for them so their life isn't different than what it usually is for them. “Ronalisa did wonderfully! Floyd is high energy and can be pushy- so at first I was worried as we had never boarded through Rover before. But it was quickly apparent than Rona was confident and capable even with young and crazy dogs like Floyd. She always got back to me quickly and sent the cutest videos of them playing fetch, swimming, and hiking around. Her dogs are also great too! They helped Floyd play appropriately but still have fun. I would love to board with Rona again”

“Kara is one of a kind! My dog Tashi spent nine days with Kara at her home with her animals and was cared for as one of her own. We got an update every single day about how she was doing and pictures which reassured us since we were nervous about being so far away from her for such an extended time. Tashi got to hang out with her dogs in her backyard, got her daily walks, got lots of couch and bed time, and was super well looked after and cared for. We are so grateful to have found Kara and know that we can leave and Tashi will be happy and in a home where she feels so comfortable and is in such good hands. Kara even allowed us to pickup at 10:45 pm after a late night flight home! Thanks a million!”
“Erin was a wonderful, empathetic dogsitter! She watched our girl, Zuki, for six days, and she texted us updates and a few photos until we felt reassured that Zuki was adjusting to a new environment well. Our dog is a rescue, and she has some strange behaviors such as being reluctant to drink water in the house (maybe because an alpha dog “claimed” the water dish at the rescue). Erin made sure that Zuki ate enough, drank, and she took her plenty of walks. What’s more, she cuddled Zuki to make her feel more at ease. Erin even ended up sleeping on the couch near Zuki to keep her company. I could tell that Erin was monitoring Zuki’s behavior bc she knew that Zuki has “fears,” and I was glad that Zuki had the opportunity to meet Erin with us present (so that our dog would be more comfortable and know that Erin was a friend). Thank you, Erin, for taking care of our fur baby!”
“Jesse was great! He provided boarding for our dog. He responded quickly to my request for booking, we met the next morning at a dog park so my dog could get to know his dog, and he was very flexible with scheduling drop off and pick up. He sent us a bunch of pictures and videos of our dog while we were away. I would certainly recommend Jesse if you're looking for help taking care of your dog.”
“Ben & his dogs are wonderful- my 2 year old Bernedoodle fit in perfectly and had a great time romping with Ben’s dogs. Ben was a great communicator and shared helpful videos and photos. Cosmo can’t wait to stay with Ben again!”
“We are so happy to have had Jen care for our dog for a long weekend out of town. It was our dogs first time staying with a non-family member so we were a little nervous but it was clear she loved staying with Jen and had so much fun.
