We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. “Erika is an angel! First of all she agreed to care for our puppy 2 days after being spayed. Then our puppy did not do well and became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. She kept in close contact with us and continued to care for her. She had to make special food for our pup because of her diarrhea. About: I have helped care for animals since I was four-years-old. I have trained many dogs a variety of skills and tricks. I love getting outdoors with my two dogs and watching them play. I currently have a Golden Retriever and a German Shepherd so I am very used to high energy/ high drive animals. I have watched pets ranging from less than five pounds up to 165 pounds. I love all dogs and truly enjoy helping them! I do offer in your home sitting. I also offer drop-by services and can walk your pet if that is what you would like. I had found a litter of kittens in my shed, and I had taken in the responsibility of nursing them back to health and giving them loving homes. Since then, I have taken care of four cats. My mom had had a litter of kittens when I was 16 years old and I helped my mom take care of seven kittens and raise them until they were able to be adopted by loving families. Currently, I have one cat and her name is Jade. I adopted her from the Wisconsin Humane Society. She had been known to have many behavior episodes and was unfortunately an owner surrender. She needed the second chance at a loving home. I took the responsibility onto myself to ensure that she did get a chance to have that. A home where she was respected, loved and cared for. With her basic needs met along with many playtimes and cuddles, She grew into a loving and caring girl. If I were to compare her to how she was previously to how she is now, you would think it’s a different cat. I strive to ensure that all cats have a second chance of life, and have the ability to live in a loving home, be well taken care of, and have an overall satisfied life. At home, I clean my litter box a few times a week, I often deep clean my entire apartment to ensure that it is still clean and healthy for my girlfriend, myself and Jade. When I firs adopted Jade, She was on many medications to ease her anxiety and her depression while in shelter. Every day I would administer her medication’s along with her food and she never had a problem taking it. Today she is medication free and is living her life to the fullest as a happy and carefree cat.

We do have XL crates available to keep them safe if they have a short time alone due to an emergency. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). I’m available before work, in the afternoon/evenings, and on weekends for dog walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I’ll always make sure your pets receive the attention and care they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll respect your space, carefully follow your instructions, and keep your pet’s normal routine to help reduce stress while you’re away. I’m attentive during walks, make sure pets have fresh food and water, provide plenty of playtime and affection, and will always keep doors, gates, and leashes secure. About: I was born into a dog family and have been exposed to animals of all sorts starting at a very young age. I have had five dogs in my life. The one that meant the most to me was the one I raised myself. Her name was angel and I started raising her when I was only eight years old. My aunt had a litter of puppies and was giving them away to family and friends, I had gotten an Angel and since then she had been my best friend. Unfortunately, she passed away when I was 19 years old due to breast cancer, but she was my responsibility throughout her lifetime. I had only gotten her when she was a few weeks old, and I had the patience and caring heart to take care of her until the day that she passed. I also had a German Shepherd, a black lab, a pitbull /basset hound mix, and a pitbull who only had three legs. Each one of these animals has had a big impact on my life. I have also had many experiences taken care of other animals besides dogs and cats, including, not limited to snakes, wildlife, fish, hamsters, gerbils, birds, etc. I take special care to each animal that is in my responsibility because I believe that each animal should have their own individual cares met, as well as their own happiness and satisfaction met in life. I work full time as a Team Lead at Paragon Community Services. I work 8am-4pm Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays. I am available on weekends and holidays unless I am scheduled as unavailable. I am also open to evening services after work :) I will always follow the owners instructions as that is my main priority. Any directions given to me will be well followed! I know crate training, walking on leashes, how to operate bark collars, really anything you will use for your pet and if I don’t I am always able to learn!

About: I have been around animals my entire life. From the family dog, to my own dog, and pet sitting for family and friends. I have experience with all sizes and breeds! I absolutely adore animals in general and am working towards having my own daycare/boarding center one day. I work from home and can watch your furbabies here anytime! I have some days of the week where I am off for the full day and can drop in at your place as well. My pupper is my baby and treated just like my son! I view dogs as part of the family which means snuggles on the couch and in bed. Time outside walking or playing fetch is a must! I also enjoy being able to go to pet friendly places such as the dog park, Bark & Brew, as well as pet friendly patios.
