She cared for our Golden Retriever, Winston, for four days and kept me updated with plenty of photos, videos, and thoughtful messages throughout his stay. Winston is only a year old and still has plenty of puppy energy, so I especially appreciated all the walks, playtime, and engagement she provided. She was patient when he got a little testy and took her time introducing him to the other pups in her home so he could settle in comfortably. I also loved seeing her reinforce training in the videos she sent. It was clear she was putting real time and care into him, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in her hands. About: I have always had animals around in my life. Overall, I have had the pleasure of having 8 dogs, 2 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs, 1 hamster, and lots of fish (both freshwater and saltwater). I have learned so much in the last decade about training dogs. I’ve taken puppy training class and still use a lot of that knowledge till this day. Daycare/Boarding is convenient for nonstop snuggles, chit chats, fetch, walks, treats, and a watchful eye on your fur babies. 10 acres with a pond/river wooded backyard. I have one dog who is high energy, but independent enough to do her own thing. She loves to play fetch, walk the trails in the woods, and car rides. I will always introduce my dog to yours through a baby gate, once they get smells/intro’s over with I like to have them meet outside for a potty break, this method takes the protective instincts away. Guards come down. A little trick I learned from working at the Vet Clinic that hasn’t let me down yet. I can keep them separate from one another also if you wish/request. Though my dog is a fixed/spayed female. I have a split level 4 bedroom house that allows a lot of space in the two living room areas in case your pet prefers their own space to eat/protective. I live 8 min from the Shawano dog park and less than 5 min from the dog beach.
About: I've taken care of cats since I was a little girl, a long time ago. We had kittens, tom cats, and even a very large cat named Casey. I loved them all. My daughter's cat sleeps with me when I am there. My son's cats will lie on my computer. My family and clients' cats love to be brushed, pet, and given treats. Litter boxes are kept clean, and water dishes are cleaned daily. I would love to come sit with your cat. Most important is that they stay in their home environment without any disruption. I got my own dog when I was in high school. I currently own 2 well-mannered dogs, a hunting labrador and a scent detection pit-mix. I have more than 2 years of professional gun dog training experience, and have trained over 50 puppies/dogs. I currently work from home, so I will be able to accommodate any schedule your pet may need. My own dogs recieve 2 feedings per day (5am and 5pm). We often take a morning walk (typically no less than 1-2 miles, less if I am walking a young puppy or senior dog with mobility issues). Also evening walks if weather is appropriate. I do not allow my dogs to do strenuous activity or rough play right after a meal. The yard is not fenced, so dogs will be on leash or long-line and fully supervised when outside the home. For off-lead outdoor fun we will take trips to the local dog park (not a very heavily trafficed dog park, usually empty). I have experience providing oral and subcutaneous medication to pets, should your pet need medication while in my care.

I work from home, so your pet will get lots of attention, frequent visits to the backyard, and a walk at lunchtime. I work from home full time, so I'm here to interact with your pet and provide frequent breaks for play and potty. My boyfriend gets home from work in the late afternoon and will shower your pet with affection as well! I have a small, unfenced yard and will let your dog outside on a long lead to keep him/her safe and under my supervision. Your dog will have access to kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and up to 3 bedrooms. Basement will not be accessible.

About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. About: My husband and I have been watching dogs in our home for over 10 years. Our busy lives of work and family have always held us back from owning our own dog. To satisfy our love for dogs we started watching our friends and families dogs and over the years thru word of mouth we have started getting phone calls asking if we would take on more dogs and then joined Rover. We have experience with small to large dogs, dogs with special dietary needs, dogs that need to be able to run, dogs that want to sit on your lap, to dogs that have medical needs. We believe that dogs should be treated as part of the family. We allow them to sit on furniture, sleep in bed etc.. Our jobs have afford us the ability to be able to adjust our schedules to be flexible and have the option to work from home when we have a dog staying with us. This allows us to be home with your dog to ensure they are getting plenty of play time, outside time and lots of attention. It is very rare that your dog will be home alone for a period of time. Our home is your dogs home... we give the dogs full access to the house. We are non smokers and do not have any pets of our own or small children. We walk the dogs twice a day and have an acre of land that dogs are free to roam, run and play -we like to play ball and tug a rope. We do provide a ground stake with a leash for those that like to run "free". We have ability to work from home and have very flexible schedules when needed. Which in turn allows us to very rarely leave your dog home alone We treat the dogs just as if they were our very own pet.. as part of the family. They have free range of the house .. on the furniture and beds.

I’m CPR trained and if needed, with calling you first, take your dog to my home town ER hospital (hope we never need to use that). Your dog must be potty trained for outside. My grandchildren all love dogs, they visit sometimes. I have been with dogs all my life. So rest assured I’ll take care of your dog while I take care of mine and my grandchildren. I took care of the dogs of the owner of the house where he lived for 6 years, giving him all the love, patience and daily attention he needed. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. She cared for our Golden Retriever, Winston, for four days and kept me updated with plenty of photos, videos, and thoughtful messages throughout his stay. Winston is only a year old and still has plenty of puppy energy, so I especially appreciated all the walks, playtime, and engagement she provided. She was patient when he got a little testy and took her time introducing him to the other pups in her home so he could settle in comfortably. I also loved seeing her reinforce training in the videos she sent. It was clear she was putting real time and care into him, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in her hands. We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride!
