We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! About: Growing up I’ve had dogs as long as I can remember. I have 5 dogs, a cat, bunny, & a few reptiles. I’m a stay at home mom and have vet tech experience. If you need extra care I am more then happy to do what I can to assist your pets needs and have a flexible schedule. About: I’ve walked dogs since I was 8 years olds, started house sitting at 13 for dogs, cats, and small animals. I considered my years of experience after adulthood for frosting cats and dogs. As well as my personal experience with horses, goats, chickens, rabbits, and more. I love them all and my kids do too. We are currently a single dog household with no cats, much to my kids disappointment. We are hoping that providing our children a wide range of experiences they will understand what the long term responsibilities will look like before adding another permanent furry family member. I work from home 95% of the time, only going in office once a month. My children are all young so we aren’t gone all weekend at sporting events and spend most of the time at home. While I do not have a fenced yard directly tied to the house there is lots of room on site to explore on walks and get exercise. There is also a fully enclosed fenced paddock if they enjoy playing fetch off leash. Our furniture is pet friendly but we will respect your rules. A ranch level house so only a drop down step into the living rooms and a few off the back porch making this a smooth retreat for your little legged friend or senior dog.

Huge steps for Gary, kids are still another issue which cause him to follow old patterns and hide. Nevertheless, Monica knows Gary's hiding spots. About: I started being around cats about five years ago and have really grown to enjoy taking care of them. During that time, I helped care for a senior cat who needed regular medications, which taught me a lot about being patient and attentive with older pets. I also currently have my own cat, so I’m used to the daily care that comes with feeding, playtime, and making sure they’re comfortable and happy.

Since then, our family has gotten two more dogs (another lab and a Lhasa Maltese) and two bunnies. I love animals so much I started working at a veterinary clinic. Here I dealt with a large variety of animals, from ferrets to birds, including dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, needs, and temperaments. About: It goes without saying that I have a passion for animals for a very long time. I am starting veterinary school in the fall to get my doctor of veterinary medicine. I have had experience in boarding anywhere from Bernese mountain dogs to 6 week old wiener dogs! I work at a local Pet Clinic where I also board in a professional setting as well as assisting veterinary professionals. “Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”

About: Growing up I’ve had dogs as long as I can remember. I have 5 dogs, a cat, bunny, & a few reptiles. I’m a stay at home mom and have vet tech experience. If you need extra care I am more then happy to do what I can to assist your pets needs and have a flexible schedule. If I am caring for them in my home, I have a fenced in back yard for your pup to roam around and get their zoomies out 🐾💜

About: I’ve walked dogs since I was 8 years olds, started house sitting at 13 for dogs, cats, and small animals. I considered my years of experience after adulthood for frosting cats and dogs. As well as my personal experience with horses, goats, chickens, rabbits, and more. I love them all and my kids do too. We are currently a single dog household with no cats, much to my kids disappointment. We are hoping that providing our children a wide range of experiences they will understand what the long term responsibilities will look like before adding another permanent furry family member. I work from home 95% of the time, only going in office once a month. My children are all young so we aren’t gone all weekend at sporting events and spend most of the time at home. While I do not have a fenced yard directly tied to the house there is lots of room on site to explore on walks and get exercise. There is also a fully enclosed fenced paddock if they enjoy playing fetch off leash. Our furniture is pet friendly but we will respect your rules. A ranch level house so only a drop down step into the living rooms and a few off the back porch making this a smooth retreat for your little legged friend or senior dog.

She has been very gracious navigating his tendency for separation anxiety and he has come back home both times in a great mood where other experiences we can tell he's tired from being away from us and anxious. She's very communicative, sending updates and photos through his stays and very flexible with dropoff and pickup. We hope to have him back when he needs a place to stay!”

About: I grew up with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, horses, ducks, and rabbits. I also had a great deal of time with other animals such as cows, and chickens at my Grandpa's dairy farm. One of my past jobs was being a dog sitter, to care for them, and do some training as well. I loved it! 🙂😁 I now have a German Shepard and Husky mix named Apollo, and I love teaching him new things, spending time with him, and of course taking care of him. 🥰❤️ I'm currently working as a house cleaner, and although I love the job, I would like to work some more hours. Sometimes clients cancel or reschedule cleanings resulting in less hours. I'm looking to do this hopefully full time, as I miss working with dogs. 🙂😁 I currently have a huge yard, but I can also give walks if suggested. I'm welcoming any animals except cats due to my boyfriend being allergic. I will do my very best to help any of your fur babies feel at home. 💌😁

“Daniel was fantastic! We choose him to dog sit out German shepherd for her first over night not at home. We did a meet and greet first and then she stayed over for the weekend. He made me feel very comfortable and even sent me some photos of my pup! Timber really seemed to enjoy her stay and the adventures (walks) they went on! We will definitely keep Daniel in mind when we need another dog sitter.”
