Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 8, it started with a cat and grew to dogs and snakes and more, working with animals is my dream job. I work factory Monday through Friday but Friday night into Sunday I am available for pet care. I have 2 cats and a dog at my own home, but I am more than happy to dog sit at others homes. I make sure my cats litter boxes are kept clean, I keep their food bowls filled, and I keep their water filled. I walk my dog a lot and I take her out every couple hours to use the bathroom.

Hunter gets meds twice a day in a pill supplement as well as I trim their nails and baths occasionally. I currently rent a duplex that has a fenced backyard, and also have a spare bedroom and wire kennel if needed. Typically my dogs free roam during the day, and are good to be alone overnight or up to 10hrs which can allow me to spend time with your furry friend.

“I would highly recommend Frank And Julie as your next Dog Sitters. After being referred to them, when I reached out, I had let Frank know I was having a hard time locating them in the Rover app. He went out of his way to help me get things going. Once we were able to set up a time for an initial meet and greet, due to a really bad storm that was rolling in, they were flexible with changing the time for us. That’s when we got to see the fantastic location (their house and property), where they take care of the dogs. While we were getting to know them, they were getting to know our dogs, and asked lots of great questions to make sure they understood how we approach our pups. In addition to their fenced in yard, they have acres and acres of land and are very happy to take dogs out for walks to let them burn their energy. A couple days later, our dog spent the day with them and everything went really really well, and our dogs were so very tired out when we got them back. We even got lots of pictures while we were gone for the day which we really appreciated. Frankie and Julie really understand what it is to be a pet owner and strive to treat our dogs as their own. Again, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for day-to-day dog sitting, and we are looking forward to using them for an upcoming vacation.”

About: I have taken care of many of my friends pets since I was 12 which includes staying overnight at their homes when they are gone for weeks. I do long and short care sitting for pets. I love to spend time with pets and making sure they get the care they deserve. I am currently not working right now but will have a part time job soon. I will talk with the owners and work out a good schedule that will work best for all. Growing up we have used an invisible fence and radio collars to keep our dogs in our yard. We made sure to check in on them periodically while they were outside. Dogs evolved with humans, and I understand that relationship and how dogs meet our emotional needs. The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. We can also use FaceTime or Zoom to check in. 🐶🤩 At age 61, I’ve been a retired teacher for 3 years, and my activity level allows me to run or play with your beloved dog. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.
About: I have the most experience caring for Dogs and Cats but have also cared for Fish, Rabbits, a Tortoise, and a Bearded Dragon. I am open to caring for other types of animals. I currently provide childcare 2-3 days per week and will have to schedule around that. I can be somewhat flexible, so if you need help on a day I have marked unavailable, ask. “Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”
“We had a sudden event come up and Emma was able to watch our lil coco on short notice. Meeting Emma for the first time, she quickly put my anxiety about leaving coco at ease. Our lil coco was happy and had wonderful care while staying with Emma. She sent us daily photos and update on how Coco was doing! We are extremely happy with the care provided for the animals and will definitely bring Coco again.”
“Piper's stay with Lisa was great. Based on the photos and stories Lisa sent daily, I was doubtful that Piper would even want to come home again. Lisa's dog, Rio, was a fun playmate and they ran around her fenced in backyard all day. Lisa sent photos of Piper snuggling with her children during nap time. I have no doubt Piper was well loved and well cared for while we were away and I will definitely use Lisa again!”
About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 8, it started with a cat and grew to dogs and snakes and more, working with animals is my dream job. I work factory Monday through Friday but Friday night into Sunday I am available for pet care. I have 2 cats and a dog at my own home, but I am more than happy to dog sit at others homes. I make sure my cats litter boxes are kept clean, I keep their food bowls filled, and I keep their water filled. I walk my dog a lot and I take her out every couple hours to use the bathroom.

About: I have over 15 years of pet sitting experience with a variety of animals such as dogs, cats, birds, turtles, lizards, fish, rabbits, chickens and ducks. I have experience with temperamental or reactive animals as well. Animals are my passion and both friends and family know they can rely on me to provide exceptional care, love and respect to their fur babies while they are away. No animal is too big or too small! About: I enjoy all dogs, big, small and in between. They will get lots of attention and play time fun whether it is in the yard or the dog park if more energy needs to be burned. I’m willing to stay at your home overnight if it is between Waupaca, Appleton or Oshkosh. I’m trustworthy and dependable, we have three dogs. We fed our dogs at 6 am and 6 pm. I play or walk the dogs morning and evening. I always make sure the dogs have plenty of water and feed them per the Owners preferred schedule.
