In about 30 minutes from first seeing it, to signing up, I had already booked Melissa to watch our dog Kaiser. I arranged to bring him over, and she couldn't have been any more sweet. When we got him back, he was well rested, and had none of the anxiety boarding can bring on. “We have had the same dog sitter since our 5 year old dog was born. She was unavailable for our most recent vacation, so used Rover for the first time and ended up deciding to go with Bobbi (and her family) and have our 2 doggies stay with them for our time away. We had a quick meet and greet to make sure our 2 doggies got along well with her dog, which went great. Bobbi sent reassuring messages and pictures every single day of our 12 day trip. Typically when we pick our pups up from our other sitter, particularly after a longer trip like this, they cry with joy to see us... run all over with excitement they cannot contain. This time when we picked them up, they seemed happy to see us, but not nearly as excited as usual, which to us indicated they MIGHT have preferred to just continue to hang with Bobbi and crew. About: My family and I had a dog of our own for about 13 years during my childhood, allowing me to gain experience in feeding, training, and walking dogs. Now that she has sadly passed away, I would love to give other pets the same love I am no longer able to give to my own pet. About: Cats have always been my favorite animals, despite working with just about every domestic animal. Grumpy cats (my personal favorite- I love a challenge!), playful kittens, Velcro cats, they’re all so fun to interact with. About: Please read the entire profile. I did grow up with a Dalmatian dog. My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. About: I’ve grown up with dogs, I know nothing other than dogs. Raised both boys and girls. Currently, raising a 105 lb., 3 year old red gold retriever Mowgli and loving it. He plays well with others! Until further notice, I’m open at all hours of the day. I usually start my day around 5 am to about 9 pm per my puppy’s routine. However, open to any at the time being. I am taking a short leave from my full time position. My home is a family home we’ve grown up in the last seven years or so- plush grass, friendly dog neighbors, friendly neighbors, a lot of exercise in walking (I’ve gone as far as a half marathon once, not saying that’s the plan though unless you’re looking to train for a half marathon of course… lol)

About: After being an elementary teacher for the last 15 years I have decided to stay home and join Rover while my kids are in school! I will of course be available after school and weekends too! I have a deep love for all animals so please trust me to take care of your fur babies like they were my own! I taught elementary school for 15 years and we moved to the area recently. My kids are in school and my husband works out of town. I would love to spend my week taking care of your pets and enjoying this beautiful area. I am happy to visit your pets in your own home and stop by anytime for a walk or just for a needed potty break! I also welcome pets to my own home :)
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a child, and I’ve always had them in my life! I have been relied on to give medications, board pets, and take them on walks. Dogs bring me so much joy and I will provide the best care possible! I currently work as a nurse 3x a week, and will be able to provide pet care on my other 4 days off when available. My schedule varies each week, but I am open for booking on any of my days off! I will walk into my clients home slowly and be sure to gain the pet’s trust before approaching. Your pet will be treated like part of the family in my home! I have a full, happy pack of my own—3 cats and 2 dogs—who all get along wonderfully and love to play. Because of that, I’m very experienced in managing a multi-pet household and making sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and included. My home is stocked with plenty of toys, cozy spots for relaxing, and all the pet supplies needed to keep tails wagging and whiskers happy. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they’re energetic and playful or prefer a quieter space to unwind. You can expect lots of supervised playtime, affection, and a clean, pet-friendly environment. I treat every animal as if they were my own and make sure they get the care, attention, and love they deserve while you’re away.
About: I have several years of caring for many breeds of dogs. German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Pugs, mixed breeds, Golden Doodles, Retriever mix, Chugs. I have been honored to have several dogs that have lived into their senior years. Most recently taking care of my 15 year old Retriever mix. I’m currently working as a teacher. “This was our first time leaving Osito overnight anywhere outside our home and we left him for 7 nights. Shanna was amazing making Osito feel comfortable. Osito had a chance to interact with other dogs as well (something he previously had not had much experience with) and we got pictures daily of how he was doing. It was great peace of mind knowing that even though we missed him he was having a little vacation of his own. We will definitely be booking with Shanna again when the time comes.”

“We have had the same dog sitter since our 5 year old dog was born. She was unavailable for our most recent vacation, so used Rover for the first time and ended up deciding to go with Bobbi (and her family) and have our 2 doggies stay with them for our time away. We had a quick meet and greet to make sure our 2 doggies got along well with her dog, which went great. Bobbi sent reassuring messages and pictures every single day of our 12 day trip. Typically when we pick our pups up from our other sitter, particularly after a longer trip like this, they cry with joy to see us... run all over with excitement they cannot contain. About: I have had horses and dogs along with all sorts of animals my whole life. I have assisted with litters of puppies and worked years in a veterinary clinic. My animals are my family and I will care for yours in the same way! I work Monday through Friday 8-5 and am off on the weekends I would be available after work and on the weekends. If that works let me know! I also take my small dog to work with me and my springer goes to daycare next to my work. I have a large fenced in backyard! Pets are like family in my home!! They are allowed on furniture! I have many years of experience from 6 pounds to 150 pound Great Danes.
