Winter had a lot of walks with her and he even made his way into the couch to sit with her. Plus he ate his food and treats and allowed Lauren to wipe his paws after walks. This is very unusual with Winter because he doesnt trust easily especially with someone whom he just met. But this made us think he was so comfortable with Lauren and he was happy with her. Tracy watch Dover Rocky and make sure he was OK with all the other dogs and then sent me some of the cutest pictures of him just relaxing little notes telling me he was getting along with a dog that barked at him earlier. I’m never left Rocky with any other person other than family. Tracy is not part of that family.”

“We’ve always used family members to look after our fur babies, but this time they came on vacation with us, and we were left with no one to look after Riley and Murphy. Thank goodness we found Susan – she was absolutely terrific! Right off the bat when we first met Susan, we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pets. During the time away Susan sent us text messages and photos which really put our minds at ease. Our one cat, Murphy, is very timid and doesn’t usually come out while strangers are around. Susan was concerned when he wouldn’t come out for dinner. I reassured her that he would come out when he got hungry. I ratted Murphy’s hiding spot out, and she was able to feed him there the next day. I had to laugh when I received the text that she was “quite determined to make friends with Murphy.” By the end of the week Murphy was coming out for dinner and even let Susan pet him! I knew she would win him over 😊 We would not hesitate to use Susan again to look after not only our kitties but our home. We cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Susan! I take every furry guest seriously and treat them like my own. My home is a retreat for your dog to feel comfortable, safe, relaxed all while enjoying the joys of being in a dog friendly home. I have been caring and showing dogs for over 30 years. My home has a large 6’ high fenced in area with doggie windows for potty breaks. I always go outside with them to supervise as it's just the routine that I do with my own dogs. I only cater to a few dogs at a time and that allows more attention for our furry friends. They can hang out with our resident Field Spaniel furkids, Starlet, Russell, KC and Trixie. Some dogs are quick to play and explore, while some dogs are shy and require more attention. I love all dogs and adapt my approach to your dog’s personality. If you see I am not available for certain dates, but still want service if I can rearrange I try to accommodate. In some examples of accommodation it has turned from pet sitting needs in the sitters home into me traveling to your house instead. ~~~ Check out my review stay photos to have a glimpse of the spoiling that your dog(s) will receive in my care. ~~~ In addition, I match the activities to each furry guest while they are boarding and that includes pets with special needs. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I love to walk and play with them and also have snuggle time if they like that. My schedule is flexible to accommodate their needs! I have not done injections but am willing to do if trained I’m retired so I have plenty of time to care for your pet in my home or come to your home for check-ins and walks. I have a fenced yard and am close to a local state park for long walks. I also live in a very walkable subdivision. I don’t mind a well behaved pet on furniture.

About: Hello! My family and I love animals. We've been on Rover since January 2024! We currently have 2 indor cats and have backyard chickens (in coop) that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking walks around our neighborhood. The majority of the week, my husband is working from home or I am home. The longest your pet may be left is 6 hours if staying with us during the work week. So usually someone is there to spend time with your pet! We are available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Part of our yard is fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.

“Lauren is so amazing! Winter has very bad separation anxiety and we are always nervous everytime we leave him. It’s our first time to leave winter with Lauren but she did a very good job! She is very professional, updates us about Winter and most of all she is very passionate about taking care of dogs especiallys with dogs with separation anxiety and that made Winter feel very comfortable and enjoyed his stay with her. Winter had a lot of walks with her and he even made his way into the couch to sit with her. Plus he ate his food and treats and allowed Lauren to wipe his paws after walks. This is very unusual with Winter because he doesnt trust easily especially with someone whom he just met. But this made us think he was so comfortable with Lauren and he was happy with her. We are also happy knowing that Winter was well taken care of and we had a stress free short out of town trip. Thank you Lauren and Noah. We are so grateful for your help ❤️🙏🏻 highly recommended!”
“I have a special-needs dog that is blind, and due to loss of sight struggles with other dogs only because he can’t see them coming. Tracy watch Dover Rocky and make sure he was OK with all the other dogs and then sent me some of the cutest pictures of him just relaxing little notes telling me he was getting along with a dog that barked at him earlier. I’m never left Rocky with any other person other than family. Tracy is not part of that family.”
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life and have experience caring for pets of all sizes, from small breeds to large dogs. I am comfortable feeding, walking, playing with, and providing companionship for pets, as well as following any specific care instructions. As a previous pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to make sure animals feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I am responsible, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Pet care fits well into my schedule. I am available during most weekdays for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I coach youth basketball in the evenings and occasionally have weekend tournaments, but I plan my schedule carefully and communicate availability clearly to ensure pets receive consistent, reliable care and attention. I live in a gated community with a secure, fenced dog park that provides a safe space for dogs to exercise and play. I also have two friendly cats in my home. If a pet is staying with me for boarding, I can keep them separated from my cats if needed to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. Having owned dogs and cats throughout my life, I understand the importance of creating a calm, safe, and comfortable environment. I follow owners’ instructions carefully, prioritize pet safety, and treat every pet with the same care and attention I would give my own.
