“Yolanda and her family did a wonderful job with Gizmo. It was our first time leaving him for a week and with someone through Rover. Yolanda's patience, kindness, and experience brought me relief knowing that my dog was in great hands. She did everything possible to calm my anxiety-ridden fur baby and made him comfortable; kept me updated and was responsive; sent me photos; and was very easy/flexible to work with. By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! He's been home for almost 24 hours and I can tell he misses Yolanda, but mostly, he's been sleeping like a baby. LOL. I couldn't thank Yolanda and her family enough. I finally found someone who was willing to take in my dog and refused to give up on him even when times were hard. I highly recommend her services! About: I've had dogs ever since I can remember. I was brought up to love, respect and care for animals and that's why I got into vetmed back in my home country. I had to stop my studies to come here but I haven't stopped wanting to help. As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to support you and help you care for your furry babies. I have pet and house sitted for friends and family in the past. I have pet sitted cats and dogs but I'm open to help with small species and exotic pets. “Danny was so great with our cat while we were away, and was helpful in taking care of a few house sitting things as well (mail, thermostat, etc). He was flexible and was able to do a few unplanned visits for us when our plans changed and also just to check more frequently on our cat as well. I had pretty specific instructions laid out as my cat is a little needy, and Danny was very receptive and understanding - didn’t seem phased by it at all! My cat has had issues when we are gone in the past and after working from home during COVID we were nervous but we had no issues and clearly the time Danny spent with him was just what our little guy needed. About: I have watched friends and neighbor's pets for years and decided to sign up with Rover. I love all animals. I have 1 dog and 1 cat, and they are family. I will walk, love and play with all pets staying with me and follow instructions given by their owners. I can watch puppies that are really like toddlers or older wiser members of your families. I am comfortable giving medications if needed. Most will sleep on my bed and yes, they are allowed on my furniture, but they are welcome to sleep or nap wherever they would like. I want you to go on vacation knowing they are happy and having a vacation of their own. I have a morning routine which includes a long walk, depending on temperature, playing in the yard with my dog and another walk usually late afternoon. Walks include walks around my neighborhood and also at parks. While your dog is in my care, I will not be going to any dog parks with them. I will have our dogs meet prior to accepting a job. They can play in my yard and once we are both comfortable with their meeting, we can schedule a time for drop off or pick up. While in my home they will be treated with love and respect. Walks and playtime throughout the day. They are allowed to sleep or hang out wherever they would like.

I've had lots of dog sitting experience between all those pups as well as being on Rover for 9 years now. My favorite pup is my border collie/aussie mix, Piper. She’s a rescue, almost 8 years old and all energy all the time. She’s keeps me active and taught me how to keep dogs physically and mentally exercised. About: Hey there! I’m a new Rover sitter who truly enjoys being around dogs. I’m dependable, easygoing, and always focused on keeping dogs safe and comfortable. I’m happy to stick to your dog’s usual routine and I’ll keep you posted with updates and pictures. Your pup will get lots of attention, care, and love while you’re away! Currently, I am working in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays until about 230/3pm and work at home on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Weekends are very open and only tend to leave for short periods of time to run errands I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors, as well as one Corgi at home. I do live in a two story house with the primary bedroom upstairs. Depending on the preference, dogs are usually allowed to roam free whether I am home or not but I do have gates to keep them from going upstairs if necessary.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and have years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. About: I’ve been pet sitting for many years for family and friends - young dogs, senior dogs, and cats all included! My senior dog recently passed away and I am looking forward to spending time with animals again. By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! About: I've had dogs ever since I can remember. I was brought up to love, respect and care for animals and that's why I got into vetmed back in my home country. I had to stop my studies to come here but I haven't stopped wanting to help. As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to support you and help you care for your furry babies. I have pet and house sitted for friends and family in the past. I have pet sitted cats and dogs but I'm open to help with small species and exotic pets.
