“Yolanda is our family’s go-to sitter and we wouldn’t want it any other way. We get plenty of pictures and updates, while also given our space to enjoy a trip away and know our pup is happy and safe.”

“I hate leaving my doggies. I worry that they are happy and well cared for when I'm away. This was my first experience leaving them somewhere and not having a house sitter. After our initial meeting with Monique I felt somewhat reassured as her place is well set up to care for dogs and Monique has a natural bond with them. During the two weeks I was away, Monique keep me informed with pics and text how my guys were doing. All went well and pleased with the outcome. I plan to engage Moniique in the future to care for my doggies. I would recommend Monique without hesitation.”
“Working with Julia and Colin was our first Rover experience and we could not be happier with how it went! Julia is extremely communicative and made the process easy. Our dog took to them very quickly and we could tell she was made comfortable in their home. We look forward to booking with them again!”

“Kim took great care of our dog and provided lots of updates! She sent us photos and videos which we appreciated very much. Kim is always so responsive , communicative, and kind.”

“Siena had the best time and came home very happy and relaxed. Angela was so kind, responsive and professional. She sent multiple photos and updates. I highly recommend her and her delightful dog Zoey.”

“Dani & Aiden were great with our dogs and very accommodating. They are extremely flexible with timing and sent us plenty of pictures through out our dogs stay.”

About: I grew up taking care of my neighbors dogs and pets of friends and family. I have experience with small and medium sized dogs and can watch multiple dogs at a time. I have a dog named snoop. I’m available weekdays, as early as 6am until 5pm. Weekends I would need 3 days notice. I have a very flexible schedule, if you have any questions feel free to contact me! When I’m in someone else’s home my mentality is to leave no trace and to prioritize the pets. I know I love my pets more than anything and always strive to make sure pet parents are kept in the loop while away. If I have any questions not previously answered, I will always reach out to communicate. Whether I’m boarding a pet or stopping by, I always respect the animals in my care and the environment I’m in. I always hope to give the best care possible and am always learning in the process.

“Ashley was an amazing dog sitter for our pup! She communicated throughout the stay, sent pictures, and made him feel at home! I highly recommend! Thank you for the experience!”

“Sherry was so fantastic!! She took such great care of our girl Mona for the weekend, and provided lots of photos and updates. :) we would absolutely book with her again.”

“Katie was a wonderful sitter! Ziggy came back seeming happy, healthy, and even a little worn out which we were happy to see :) Katie sent us some adorable pictures of our dog while we were gone which we were very happy to receive. Also, she was flexible with our drop off and pick up times. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better first experience with Rover.”

“Angie was amazing! My dog had so much fun that I’m pretty sure he didn’t want to come home! She sent great updates and pictures and treated Cosmo like her own. I definitely will be using her again!!”

“Auria took excellent care of our 4 month old puppy for his first overnights away from home! He got along well with her dog and I appreciated the updates she gave me. I’ll definitely use her again for dog care!”

“Scott was very accommodating and communicative, we got several pictures and even a short video of our dog out playing in the fresh snow. Our dog has a fear of smooth floors and Scott was able to layout enough rugs and beds that Barley was comfortable. Will book again.”

“Angela was absolutely amazing! I received multiple pictures a day of my dog enjoying spending time with her pups and family. She was treated her as if she was a part of the family. In fact, when I went to pick her up she didn’t want to leave ha! I would most definitely book Angela again in a heart beat. -Allie”

“Our pup was perfectly exhausted in the best way! Loved hanging with Candace and her pups. She even went above and beyond and gave him the nail clipping we hadn’t had a chance to get scheduled due to a busy schedule. Thank you!!! ❤️”

“Jacquelin and her husband have been a wonderful find and we could not be more grateful for her and her husband’s incredible care for our guy, Teddy. We were gone for 10 days for our spring break and were a little nervous being gone that long. Teddy comes from a one dog household and normally stays at home with a family member or friend; however this trip was too long for an arrangement like that and could not have been more pleased with the care, concern, consistent communication and love given to our sweet guy! We would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks so much 💛”

“Gabriel treated our dog like his own. He took him out for many walks per day and my dog loved playing with his cute little one! He was super communicative and sent us updates every day. We won't hesitate to book with Gabriel again.”

“Jennifer was wonderful with watching our Lou for over a week. Very easy to communicate with and we really appreciated receiving updates and photos. We would definitely book with her again!”

“Anna took really great care of my two cats for a whole week. She made sure to send pictures and let me know if she had any concerns about either of them. Would definitely recommend her to others!”

“Jan was great!! Super friendly- sent me pictures of Milo. I will definitely schedule again with her and recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter! Thanks:)”

“Daniel was a wonderful drop in caregiver to our cat, Chewy! My wife and I left Glendale the morning we found out about a family member’s death early that same morning. Daniel was not even in town but flying in that evening. His ability to take care of Chewy in such a caring and seamless way despite our lack of opportunity to meet was amazing. Daniel also took care of our orchids and herbs. Chewy befriended Daniel and have become fast buddies as shown in his daily photos. We have been out of Wisconsin for 20 days.”

“I can’t recommend Lenys enough! She took such great care of my floof while I was away, making sure she was well-fed, comfortable, and had plenty of company. I loved receiving daily updates and adorable photos, which really gave me peace of mind. She even went above and beyond by suggesting and installing a new cat fountain to keep my cat hydrated and happy. On top of that, she made sure any packages delivered during my trip were safely brought in and secured. Truly thoughtful, reliable, and caring, she'll get the job done and more! Definitely booking her again!”

About: I have taken care of cats of every age nearly my entire life. I currently have 3 long-haired cats with all very different personalities! I am knowledgeable in cat body language and how to respond to certain cues a cat is showing me. I am a big fan of using Fear Free tactics to gain the trust of any cat I interact with!
“Suzi was great. Jumped in at the last minute when another sitter canceled. Daily updates were personable and detailed. Bogey was a happy camper when I returned. Highly recommend!”

About: I have watched friends and neighbor's pets for years and decided to sign up with Rover. I love all animals. I have 1 dog and 1 cat, and they are family. I will walk, love and play with all pets staying with me and follow instructions given by their owners. I can watch puppies that are really like toddlers or older wiser members of your families. I am comfortable giving medications if needed. Most will sleep on my bed and yes, they are allowed on my furniture, but they are welcome to sleep or nap wherever they would like. I want you to go on vacation knowing they are happy and having a vacation of their own. I have a morning routine which includes a long walk, depending on temperature, playing in the yard with my dog and another walk usually late afternoon. Walks include walks around my neighborhood and also at parks. While your dog is in my care, I will not be going to any dog parks with them. I will have our dogs meet prior to accepting a job. They can play in my yard and once we are both comfortable with their meeting, we can schedule a time for drop off or pick up. While in my home they will be treated with love and respect. Walks and playtime throughout the day. They are allowed to sleep or hang out wherever they would like.

About: I’ve grown up around cats and have plenty of experience caring for them through friends, family, and people close to me. My best friends and girlfriend all have cats, so I’m constantly helping out with feeding, playtime, litter boxes, overnight care, and keeping them comfortable while their owners are away. I’m very patient with shy and affectionate cats alike and understand that every cat has a different personality and routine. I genuinely love being around animals and recently joined this app to connect with more pet owners and continue doing something I already do all the time!

“This was our first time having Becky check in on our shy cat. Becky came when promised, followed all of my (overly obsessive) directions to a "T", and managed to cajole Sophie into coming out and interacting with her. Sophie and our home were in great hands, and we would definitely use Becky again.”

“We had a little hiccup on communication for times but it all worked out. Marie sent pictures and videos of Charlotte and she’s very happy and well taken care of. House was clean and well kept. Would be glad to have Marie come again”

I have experience caring for cats with different personalities, from energetic kittens to shy senior cats who need extra patience and gentle care. I’m comfortable administering oral medications, monitoring eating and litter box habits, and making sure pets feel safe and stress-free in their environment.

“Auria is so great with dogs! Our 6 mo old French bulldog has a great time with her and her dog Dallas. She was great giving him special attention today as he is healing a fractured leg, she understood his restrictions and made us feel assured that he was safely able to have fun at her house. This was Tucker’s second stay by Auria and he hates to leave!”

About: I've had dogs ever since I can remember. I was brought up to love, respect and care for animals and that's why I got into vetmed back in my home country. I had to stop my studies to come here but I haven't stopped wanting to help. As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to support you and help you care for your furry babies. I have pet and house sitted for friends and family in the past. I have pet sitted cats and dogs but I'm open to help with small species and exotic pets. Rest assured I'll do everything exactly like instructed by you, always with lots of love and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I'm currently staying at home so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups, take them on walks and snuggle with them. I have two small dogs that can keep your puppy company and we also have a very walkable neighborhood with some green areas we could explore together.

About: I helped raise my own two family dogs and ensured that they were always walked, bathed, fed, and happy. It's also a habit of mine to go take the extra step like wiping my dogs and make sure they are clean after they've been outside. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dogs alongside our own family dogs, so I have experience handling multiple pets at once. I work full-time, Monday through Friday, while working from home 2-3 days a week. I also go to workout classes in the evening. Normally, if working from home, I take the dogs out for a walk in the morning. On other days, I take them for a walk in the evening. I normally take pets out 3 times a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and night. I make sure the dogs have a dedicated spot for food and bed. I have both a park and a dog park, 5-10 minutes away from my apartment, which I can take the pets to for a walk or some dog play time. There are also multiple yard-like grass areas where the dogs are meant to do their business. If pets stay with me for longer than two weeks, I bathe them every other week.
About: Hey there! I’m a new Rover sitter who truly enjoys being around dogs. I’m dependable, easygoing, and always focused on keeping dogs safe and comfortable. I’m happy to stick to your dog’s usual routine and I’ll keep you posted with updates and pictures. Your pup will get lots of attention, care, and love while you’re away! Currently, I am working in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays until about 230/3pm and work at home on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Weekends are very open and only tend to leave for short periods of time to run errands I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors, as well as one Corgi at home. I do live in a two story house with the primary bedroom upstairs. Depending on the preference, dogs are usually allowed to roam free whether I am home or not but I do have gates to keep them from going upstairs if necessary.
“Monique was great! She was very straightforward about the process and how she has dogs in her home, which I appreciate greatly! Tatum has separation anxiety and finding an option that he feels comfortable and safe is really important! She communicated during the day on how he was doing and even got a report card and treats for his first day! This was amazing and I will be working with Monique again!”

About: Hi there! We are lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience and two sweet pit bulls of my own. Our home is shared with my playful and loving 3-year-old boy and my silly, affectionate 1-year-old girl, who both love making new friends. We've spent many years in responsible dog breeding, which has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior, health, socialization, and individual needs. Whether your pup is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, We are confident and comfortable caring for all personalities, ages, and breeds. With me, your pets will be treated like part of the family — plenty of love, attention, structure, and fun. I’m committed to creating a safe, positive environment where every dog feels at home. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! --- If you want, I can also tailor it to a specific service (boarding, drop-ins, walks, etc.) or adjust the tone to be more professional, playful, or concise. I offer flexible scheduling for pet boarding thanks to my role with a property management company, which allows me to be home often and adjust my availability as needed. This flexibility helps me give your pet plenty of attention, supervision, and consistent care throughout their stay. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly require all pets to have their own crate during their stay. Crates provide a secure, familiar space for your dog to rest and relax, especially during downtime or when we briefly step out. Their safety and well-being are always our top priority. Also provide your pet with their favorite food/treats for their stay. We are also able to provide that for an additional fee.
“Mickey loved his afternoon with Jessica! She took him for walks and made him feel at home. He was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Jessica is such a kind soul, we feel extemely fortunate to have found her!”

About: Hi! I’m Andrew, and I provide dependable, attentive, one-on-one care for dogs. My goal is simple: to help your dog feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I’ve cared for dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities over the years, including family dogs, regular clients, and dogs I’ve walked and cared for in home settings. I enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and adapting my approach to what helps them feel most secure. I’m especially attentive on walks. I pay close attention to body language, keep dogs safely managed around distractions, and believe that calm, consistent handling helps dogs build confidence. I enjoy providing both physical exercise and mental engagement while making sure each walk is a positive experience. Reliability and communication are important to me. I’ll send thoughtful updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing, and I’ll always treat your home and your pet with respect. Whether your dog loves long walks, quiet companionship, or simply keeping their normal routine, I’m happy to meet their individual needs. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! My Experience * Experience caring for family dogs over many years. * Regular dog walking and pet care for private clients. * Comfortable with dogs of different sizes and temperaments. * Patient with shy or cautious dogs. * Committed to safe leash handling and positive interactions. * Happy to follow your dog’s established routines, feeding schedules, medications (if needed), and any special instructions. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I am currently available to book most days of the week as dog care is my passion. Please feel free to reach out to set up a meet and greet. I am currently available to take care of pets in client’s home. I am flexible with needs, dates, and times. Let me know how I can help 🙂
“Miranda took care of my dog like nobody would. She was flexible and patient, and I will absolutely take my dear Galleta with her again. Miranda is super reliable and clearly loves animals. Galleta had lots of fun with her dog, Bandit. Thanks a lot for an amazing daycare experience for my dog!”

About: I have been the go-to pet sitter for my large family & friends for years and just decided to see if anyone else would need the service. I have no pets or kids but I am a pet lover in a nice home with a big fenced in yard. I like hanging out with the pets like little buddies, getting some days of cuddles and then sending them home 😅. It’s the perfect way to get some fur baby time until I’m ready for my next dog or cat in the future. This is not a business for me, it’s something I have enjoyed doing for my family and friends, and if you want your beloved pet to be in a calm but fun, comfortable environment while you’re away, I can extend my service to you. I recently started doing home stays/drop ins for the pet sitting too and enjoyed it. I currently have a really flexible schedule with a lot of availability. I live with my dad that occasionally says hi if the dog or cat is friendly but mostly the house is big enough that they never cross paths. I have a fenced in yard and a big house with a lot of space that I can also section off by closing doors. I typically take the animals out several times a day, feed them, and let them roam around the house or snuggle with me. I like when pet owners bring a bed for their pets so I can make them their own space but they’re welcome to chill with me in whatever I’m doing. I’m youthful, active, and responsible. I have a naturally friendly, calm demeanor that animals and people respond well to. I have no pets right now but used to have a pit/black lab mix that I loved dearly so I love pits and other breeds with historically bad reputations. I frequently sit my aunt’s beagle mix who’s just a little old pup that sparked my interest for pet sitting cuz it was so fun to have visits from him. He and my old dog are in a bunch of my pics. With all animals I just try to make them comfortable and let them feel at home.

“I could not recommend Mike and his wife Heather more! My dog has been consistently going going there for a year and as a young doctor working up to 28 hours in a row, I would not be able to have managed without them! They are very flexible and truly do love working with dogs. Recently, my dog got very mambas colitis and needed to go to the vet twice. Initially I wasn’t able to take too much time off but thankfully Mike was there. He offered to even cook Whiskey boiled chicken and rice and even offered to come to the vet with us the second time because he was genuinely concerned as well. I have a very anxious dog, but have been able to leave him while on vacation and not worry because I was getting constant updates- both good and bad about how he was doing, how much he was barking, how he was pooping, etc. it helped me enjoy my vacation more. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has a dog that is anxious and needs more one on one attention or with a chaotic schedule like myself.”

“Small had an amazing few days with Madison, Joseph and Knox! Went on walks and adventures, and was so well cared for. Came home exhausted every evening from a full day of playing with his new friends. Thank you!”

About: I pet it all of my phones and families dogs whether it’s from short visits to letting the dogs outside to go potty or overnight stays. I have been doing this for over two years now, but it’s been a lot more frequent over the past two years. I have always loved dogs. In fact I have two big dogs one purebred German Shepherd and the other dog is a great Pyrenees mix. I am working with Rover now because I’m trying to be able to afford an apartment for myself and just take care of my basic necessities. I know how well I will want my dogs taken care of if I needed a sitter so I try to provide that same care to my clients! I can usually make any time work as best for you. I don’t have a full-time job. It should be my primary job right now. I can do anything you need me to do. Feeding the dogs, letting them out to go potty, taking them to play, taking them on a walk, etc.

About: As someone who grew up on a small farm, I have been around a variety of animals since birth. I have experience caring for a variety of species and am comfortable handling any animal. I have volunteered with local animal shelters for over a decade, so I also have extensive experience caring for pets with behavioral issues and medical needs. I am a part-time sitter who is providing pet care services in addition to my full-time work. However, as a professor at a local university, I have a very flexible daily schedule and can easily provide pet care during typical business hours. Additionally, I do not work in the summer, which increases my availability from mid-May to September. I am very intentional about the number of clients I take at a time to ensure that I can provide comprehensive care to booked clients. I believe open communication is most important to be able to provide safe and reliable care for your pets. During our meet and greet, I will ask many questions to ensure that I have a full picture of what caring for your pet requires and how to meet your expectations. As someone who uses a Rover sitter to care for my pets when I am away, I personally understand the trust that is needed to leave your pets in someone else's care. I strive to build trust with clients by showing up when I say I do and following all instructions provided to me. And, it is not just about building trust with you but also your pet! If your pet has any behavioral issues or quirks, it's important for me to know this so that I can ensure safety for your pet and myself. This will help me adjust my interactions with them so I can build trust with your pet and respect their boundaries. The more information I have, the better!
About: For 5 years, I’ve cared for a foster cat I adopted, looked after 3 senior cats—including giving medication—and am experienced with home visits to feed and play. I’m looking to spend my days off walking and playing with pets! With an open schedule, I love taking frequent walks around town and would be thrilled to have a furry companion join me for some fun and exercise. I’m available most days of the week and ready to help your pet get moving! While I don’t offer pet sitting in my own home, I’m dedicated to respecting your pet’s routine and following your guidelines to provide the best care possible in your home.

“I’m so glad I found Jan on Rover! She is a great dog walker. When she came and met our puppy prior to her first walk I could tell she is a big dog lover. Her job is flexible so she is able to be flexible with coming over as well. Great at communicating about the walk/playtime. Our puppy had a stomach bug and she kindly cleaned up his accidents when she came over. I also overbooked her and unfortunately had to cancel a few walks. She was very nice about it. I will definitely be using her again! I can’t recommend her enough.”
About: I grew up with cats and dogs and have raised my own cats and dogs, including a dog with health issues. I also am a volunteer dog walker and foster for MADACC. I'm an ultra runner, so what better way to get in some miles than to run with your dog?! I work from home part-time so I have flexibility during the week. On the weekends, I just have to work around my kids' sports schedules. I have years of experience running, walking and hiking with my own dogs. I will keep your dog safely leashed/harnessed while we are getting our steps in, making sure they are comfortable and properly hydrated.
“Nick is great, my dog loves him! They go on walks at least a few times a week, and I always get a message with an update of their time together. If needed he is flexible about times for walks, making it super easy! Nick is a caring person, and I can tell he truly cares for my dog! I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog!”

About: I am a part time college student. I am going to school to get my ECE Degree. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 by volunteering at humane societies and having my own dogs. I also worked at a doggy daycares throughout Florida and Wisconsin. I love all dogs like they are my children. I would love to own my own rescue center but as of now I want to gain more experience with taking care of different breeds and just express my love of animals to the world. I hope that you choose me to be a temporary parent for your dog and that he or she is in perfect hands and will feel at home. Thank you. Hopefully we speak soon. I work third shift for Target and dog sit during the day. I make sure they are taken out three-four times and feed twice a day. I care for them like they are children. Go on walks, feed, cuddle. Run like crazy and crash from exhaustion. I also love getting to know the dogs personality.

She’s a rescue, almost 8 years old and all energy all the time. She’s keeps me active and taught me how to keep dogs physically and mentally exercised. I’m super easy going, just let me know how I can help you and your furry friends! I work mostly from home but still make time to get some extra dog time in my day. I can do morning, some lunch, and evening check-ins/walks on weekends and Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Dogs will always be kept on leash unless in a secure, fenced in area with me. Every animals needs are different, I am happy to hear every details about your pet to know how to best care for them.
“Kristina communicated very well and was very patient when dealing with some technical difficulties relating to my apartment building access. My neighbors said she was pleasant and Korbin enjoyed his walks with her!”

“Kim took great care of our dog and provided lots of updates! She sent us photos and videos which we appreciated very much. Kim is always so responsive , communicative, and kind.”

“I highly recommend Laura! Her easy-going & friendly demeanor was evident from our first meeting, making my decision to leave Rupert with her for a long weekend a no brainer. I really appreciated the updates & photos she shared throughout Rupert's stay with her. It was apparent when I picked him up, that he had enjoyed his time with Laura & her pup, Diesel. I will absolutely book with Laura again!”

“I’m so happy that I had Michael take care of my dogs my precious wonderful girl friends. He contentious, caring, and kept me informed at all times when things were going well or if there were anything to be confirmed about. The girls got home with me and I could tell they missed their time with him and the friends they made there I’m very very very pleased and if you’re looking for a good guy to take care of your dogs, your precious dogs this is the gentleman you want to call thank you!
