Loyal to my fellow dog loving friends sharing word of mouth recommendations, fostered a giant breed and helped find his forever home, loved my first dog for nearly 8 years, and now I would like to fill the void by helping care for your four legged family member. I have experience caring for senior dogs and puppies as well. I work fully remote, so I appreciate the screen breaks. I am able to go out for walks or outdoor time often. After losing my dog this summer, I do miss the quality time and walk routines. We joke that you better love dogs, but it is true. “Elizabeth did an excellent job caring for my two cats over a long weekend. She was punctual, kind, and quick to learn my cats' specific routines. I have one cat who is quite shy and typically hides from visitors (even family members who visit regularly), but Elizabeth managed to earn his trust on the very first visit. My other cat requires an inhaler twice a day and can be quite squirmy, but Elizabeth administered the dosages without any issues. Elizabeth sent updates after every drop-in visit, complete with cute photos. She even watered my flowers outside. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my pets and my home were in good hands while I was away.”

I currently have two pets now one is a seven month Alaskan malamute and one is a one year-old domestic short hair. I only work two days a week and my job is pretty flexible so I’ll have really any time to be able to give your dog or cat all the love and attention that they need I will do what the pet parent says to do on guidance for the pet. I have had experience with kennel training lease training all of that if you have a fenced in yard, I’ll it’ll be better.

About: I have been pet sitting for 20+ years and it might be one of my favorite ‘jobs’ because no part of it has ever felt like a job. Pets are family. I will make sure the appropriate number of scritches or pats are given per pet. I am also able to check in on cats at their home, knowing it is less stressful on the animal. About: I’ve spent years caring for my own pets, ensuring they’re happy and healthy. I’ve looked after my grandma's cat multiple times and other puppies and kitties for friends. I stand out from other sitters because of my deep passion for animals and my hands-on experience. I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats, and I take the time to understand each pet's unique needs. I love to give extensive play-times when possible, and lots of pets! Whether it’s administering medication for senior pets or providing a nurturing environment for lonely kitties, I’m committed to giving your furry friends the best care possible. I'm currently working part-time as well as attending university, so my schedule may be busy, but I am more than willing to work around it to accommodate for proper pet care. My Sundays are always open and Fridays are usually open as well. Let's work something out! I live in a safe, well-secured apartment complex beside a golf course, so plenty of room to give walks if needed. I also have two kitties with separate rooms, based on if your furry friend needs company or just some alone time! About: Something that sets me apart from others is the fact that I raised my parents dog Hildi as I was doing online school at the time! Pet care fits great into my routine as I am only going to school part time. I absolutely love spending time with dogs and/or cats! About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had a genuine love for caring for them. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to big dogs, as well as cats. Because I’ve spent my whole life around animals, I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I’m happy to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m very fortunate to have a flexible work schedule right now, which allows me to make pet care a big part of my day. I’m available most days and can be flexible with drop-ins, walks, feeding, potty breaks, and giving your pets the attention they need. The only days I have limited availability are Tuesdays and Thursdays, as I spend time with family on those days. Outside of that, my schedule is very flexible, so I’m able to work around your pet’s routine and needs. My husband also works a varied schedule, so in the rare event that I’m unexpectedly unavailable, he can usually step in to help with something simple like letting your pup outside or making sure your pet is fed. We’re a team and want to make sure your fur babies are cared for and never left without what they need! 🐾 Your pet’s safety and well-being will always be our top priority. We’re very present and attentive people, and when you choose us to care for your pets, they truly become our priority. We’ll take the time to learn your pet’s routine, personality, and individual needs so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We understand how much trust it takes to leave your fur baby with someone else, and we don’t take that trust lightly. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs over the years. We love to go on walks and to the dog park with our pup and would love to do the same with yours! Our pup loves to be with friends! I work from home full time so I am able to go on walks at any time of the day and take breaks to run them in the open green space I have to tire them out! Our townhome has a ton of open green space around that we like to take our dog to run around and play fetch. We also have a lot of walking trails around that we like to go on for long walks. Our two year old borderdoodle loves to play with friends!
About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.
About: I have spent my whole life with dogs, caring for our family dogs over the years and dog sitting for friends. I enjoy going on long walks and would love to have a buddy join me, big or small. I’m a graduate student and tend to be available either before 9am or after 5pm. I spend a good amount of time working from my apartment but sometimes have to unexpectedly run into the lab. I’m typically more free during the days on the weekend. I live in an apartment, and will not be able to host dogs here. the apartment is dog friendly so there is a chance i could bring a dog over temporarily, but not overnight. (though I wish i could!)

About: 20+ years of experience (that makes me feel old). Unofficial dog sitter for family and friends since high school. Loyal to my fellow dog loving friends sharing word of mouth recommendations, fostered a giant breed and helped find his forever home, loved my first dog for nearly 8 years, and now I would like to fill the void by helping care for your four legged family member. I have experience caring for senior dogs and puppies as well. I work fully remote, so I appreciate the screen breaks. I am able to go out for walks or outdoor time often. After losing my dog this summer, I do miss the quality time and walk routines. We joke that you better love dogs, but it is true. My home is setup to be dog friendly, maybe more rugs for traction on the vinyl plank floors. Animals are part of the family and that is how we treat guest pets as well. Living on 3 acres in the country, so a great space for outdoor activities. I am quite respectful when residing in another’s home and great at following instructions and/or preferred routines.
