About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of dogs since I was young. My family has a 14 year old Great Dane who I consider my baby. We have also had other smaller dogs such as a mini Aussie doodle and an Italian greyhound. I have been pet sitting dogs since I was in middle school and I always enjoyed spending time with every dog I met. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and I have experience with lifting and carrying very large senior dogs with difficulty jumping, as well as caring for dogs with sundowners. I’m also pretty good at getting most dogs to take their meds. I’m a college student so I mostly have evenings and weekends free. Getting a few hours in outside of my regular schedule is really helpful to me. I am very respectful of your space and I want to make sure the dog feels comfortable most of all. I will carefully read the list of tasks I’m left and make sure that everything gets done so that you can come back home with no concerns about your house or your pet.

About: They say to do what you love and make a career out of it. I’m just grateful my career gets to be with dogs. I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding facility in the area, so I am certified with dog and cat behaviors and have seen the ups and downs of our fur babies, and I am still standing here happy to tell you all about their stay/session. I have also grown up with working farm dogs and have gone on to own a Great Pyrenees who isn’t quite a working dog but sure does “work” like one. Thank you for reading through my short history and I am super excited to update this with my accomplishments to come! Pet care for me starts at dawn lol My pups come for cuddles and a potty break first sight of my eyes opening. Most of the time this does align with my work schedule in the 6 am timeframe. I do work part time and in those morning shifts end roughly at 12-3 however my partner is typically home before me to let the pups outside. While I personally do not have a yard, my family does own large pasture fields and hills that we will typically walk daily. These colder seasons do affect how often we go out due to the snow and unplowed hills. However in that safe weather we make it a main priority to keep active with our pups to maintain a healthy and long life for them. Safety is priority number one. Thankfully my family is pretty much set up for success here. We are knowledgeable for food, behavior, and play safety with dogs and cats. Signs and symptoms of common issues with dogs and cats, based off personal experiences, and possible fears of what ifs, urinary cat blockages and bloat, or bloody stools. And while I understand dog body language and know how to avoid those tense situations dogs can create, I am incredibly quick to say when we are going to the emergency vet, gosh forbid.
About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, and cattle. Hundeflokk LLC is also licensed and insured. Additionally, I have completed Pet First Aid Training via the Red Cross. ***Dog Walking*** Dog walking is offered Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm. If you have a dog who can not handle walks, please contact me to arrange special care. I utilize an E-Bike with Pet Trailer during the summer, a solution that works great for senior and disabled dogs, as well as dogs who are unable to go for walks due to medical restriction (70 Lbs Max Weight for Trailer). ***Pet Sitting*** I offer pet sitting in your home beginning Friday evening until Sunday evening. This is great for weekend getaways and short trips. We spend the entire time with your pets except for a 4 hour allotment for running personal errands. The majority of the pet sitting will be at your home. We keep any keys and codes secured, offer daily pictures and updates, as well as a final report upon your return. If there are any emergencies you will be contacted right away, less the time it takes to stabilize the situation. Safety is the main priority and we understand the importance you place in your your pets care, as do I. As part of my supplies, I have a leash with couplers, waste bags, and first aid supplies. I operate under both Rover and my own LLC, which carries commercial pet care insurance.
About: At any point growing up, we never had less than two dogs, one cat, and one bird (Umbrella Cockatoos). My mother has volunteered at local animal shelters for years while continuing to do so today. Her genuine passion for caring for animals was passed onto my siblings and I from the moment we came home as newborns. She is on quite a few medications for various health problems and I felt she was in very good hands with Jenna, who gave me daily updates on how she was eating and her litter box use status. My cat unfortunately developed a UTI while I was gone and Jenna took her to the emergency vet for me and was willing to go above and beyond and come super early the next morning to give her the antibiotic she needed. She was also super helpful in checking my mail daily as I live in an apartment and quite a few packages delivered while I was gone. I can’t recommend her enough!”

About: Hi there! I’m Destiny & have owned an array of furry friends over the years. I have never NOT had a pup and have owned many different breeds. Currently I own cattle dogs- an Aussie named Marley and Heeler/Collie mix named Sadie. They are 4, I trained them myself & they are extremely well behaved and socialized. I offer boarding, day care, dog walking, and can bathe your pup before returning them home to you. I can also pick up and drop off when needed. I can also house sit and pup sit if that is your need/comfortability as well. I am up for & encourage meet & greets before bookings if you would like to meet myself, the pups and/or see the house and our setup before hand! I work during the normal school year as a nursing instructor. I am off during the summer and am home FULL TIME to dedicate ALL of my time & attention to the fur babies! I promise your baby will be tuckered out, loved on and well fed (to your instructions of course!) Boarding at my home: safety is my top priority with animal to animal interaction and human to animal interaction. If pups need more alone time/privacy, they can be housed separately from my dogs at all times as we have multiple access points from our home to our fenced in yard and gate sectioning in our house. I do walks daily with them and am outside with them as well for the majority of the day. Our fenced in yard has a dog pool and I have BUCKETS of toys for them to play with! If your pup leans toward the spicier side & is more protective when it comes to their toys, food, or water please let me know and separation accommodations can be made, no problem. All breeds are different and each pup is different. I can also give medications topically, orally, injections etc. I can provide hourly updates through text, video call, phone calls, whatever you would like! At minimum I send a daily update. In your home: as a nurse, safety is always my top priority. I am also extremely clean and organized. I can maintain your daily routine with your pup so they don’t miss much while you are away. Again, meet and greets I encourage so you and especially your pup are comfortable meeting me and being in your home. I’ll be their make-shift auntie while you are away! Whatever update/care you want them to have, you got it- even FaceTime dates so you don’t have to miss them much.
About: Hey there! I am an animal lover to the core. Let me be your pet's new best friend while you are away! I recently moved back to the Midwest to be closer to family, about two years ago. I was traveling constantly for work, but am now full time work from home. When I lived in another state for work, I did pet care as a part time job with private clients weekly. I am open to care of all animals, all sizes, and all ages. If wanted, I visit my family farm quite often where we have extensive yard and land to run on. It is 100% an option for me to take your pet there if you want them to have some extra smells, especially if they stay long term with me. I’m extremely flexible and want you to not have to worry! While I traveled full time for work in the past, constant updates on my animals back home was crucial to me. I will provide as much or little communication you’d like. About: I've been around animals my whole life. I have a cat and have had several different dogs. I even fostered dogs for a summer. I'm now divorced and have my kids half the time. My work is flexible and I can add in dog care as needed throughout the day. I homeschool my boys when I have them and work delivery jobs when I don't. About: Dogs, cats and birds have always been a part of my life. As a child, we even had a pet crow named Butch! I work from home so your fur or feather baby won’t be left alone. My last two dogs passed away after months of battling cancer. My siberian husky had nasal cancer and my papillion had lymphoma. I have experience providing palliative care for dogs that are not feeling well and probably need extra love and attention. Currently, my resident dog is a foster failure named Peppy. Occasionally, I will have a foster dog in addition to my resident dog. I would disclose that information before booking. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible. After work, I walk my dog either around the neighborhood or we go to Red Cedar trail or to a park in town. I can easily crate your dog if you request it but it’s ok if he/she sleeps wherever. My dog freaks out in a crate (he was a breeder release) so he sleeps wherever he chooses. He is very gentle and has no teeth so I will not care for any aggressive dog.

About: Work from home virtual high school science teacher. My husband Andy and daughters Halle (22) and Wynne (17) and our furry family members will all be at our home to make your furry friend feel like part of the family. We also have two inside cats that frequently go outside. I’ve never met an animal that I don’t love or that doesn’t love me. I decided to do this on the side to allow me to have more contact with animals without owning them or paying their vet bills. I believe that dogs are pack animals and will follow the alpha (me). If I’m calm, they will be calm. I’ve watched countless dog training shows and have always had two dogs my entire adult life. I have a great vacuum cleaner and a lint brush...what more does an animal lover need? I am home almost all the time. I teach from home all day during the school year with time off between classes. Animals can be on furniture and are usually hanging out next to me all the time. We have a fenced-in, large, tree-covered back yard with a doggie door that the animals can go in and out all day. Animals eat at 7am and 5pm with special treats here and there.

My back yard is fenced in.I will not sit pitbulls or other aggressive breeds. On days where the temp is hot, I will take dogs out once an hour for just 10 minutes to avoid heat related illness. Also on hot days, water bowls will be in each room that a dog chooses to be in. During the winter I have pee pads outside for the comfort and safety of a dog's feet.
About: They say to do what you love and make a career out of it. I’m just grateful my career gets to be with dogs. I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding facility in the area, so I am certified with dog and cat behaviors and have seen the ups and downs of our fur babies, and I am still standing here happy to tell you all about their stay/session. I have also grown up with working farm dogs and have gone on to own a Great Pyrenees who isn’t quite a working dog but sure does “work” like one. Thank you for reading through my short history and I am super excited to update this with my accomplishments to come! Pet care for me starts at dawn lol My pups come for cuddles and a potty break first sight of my eyes opening. Most of the time this does align with my work schedule in the 6 am timeframe. I do work part time and in those morning shifts end roughly at 12-3 however my partner is typically home before me to let the pups outside. While I personally do not have a yard, my family does own large pasture fields and hills that we will typically walk daily. These colder seasons do affect how often we go out due to the snow and unplowed hills. However in that safe weather we make it a main priority to keep active with our pups to maintain a healthy and long life for them. Safety is priority number one. Thankfully my family is pretty much set up for success here. We are knowledgeable for food, behavior, and play safety with dogs and cats. Signs and symptoms of common issues with dogs and cats, based off personal experiences, and possible fears of what ifs, urinary cat blockages and bloat, or bloody stools. And while I understand dog body language and know how to avoid those tense situations dogs can create, I am incredibly quick to say when we are going to the emergency vet, gosh forbid.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a small girl, I grew up always having pets and I always love taking care of them. I live on a small hobby farm with goats and chickens and I love taking care of them too! I have 3 dogs and 1 cat and I would do anything for them. I have taken care of puppies a few times but not too much. I am currently going to school but I have plenty of time on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and some weekends. About: I've had a lot of dogs in my life since I was very little that I have helped watch or care for. I help watch my relatives dogs when they are out on vacation or just gone for a few days. They've always relied on me to help them out and of course I did! I was always willing to take their dogs to care for if others they asked first couldn't do so. I've bathe and fed their pets as if they were just like mine to love and care for while in my hands! I'm a part timer so I would definitely have enough time to care for other pets in my hands! I also always try to find a way to work my schedule as best as I can. I don't have a fenced yard but I always put their leashes on and walk them out to use bathrooms or small walks around the yard or sidewalks. I keep watch on them all times and play with their toys or interacting any way to ensure they're having fun great times with me!
