She sent us many updates of them going on walks, enjoying her outdoor area, and (his lap dog favorite) keeping close while she worked. When he wouldn't eat his usual dog food, she prepared him special food (with our blessing). We always knew he was in excellent hands and will be back for another visit if we head to Great Wolf Lodge or Great America!”

About: I frequently pet sit for my both my sisters and parents animals. One was a siberian husky, another is a dachsund/terrier mix and the others were a mixed hound breed and a poodle/bichon frise. I also petsit and did overnight visits with a previous professors golden retriever and golden/Irish setter mix. I own a small mixed breed dog (similar to a Jack russell)Russell, and grew up with a Brittany Spaniel and a West Highland White Terrier. I also have frequent contact with my boyfriends parents dogs: a dachshund, and a cattle dog. I work part-time currently, and am scheduled Wed, Thurs, and Fri, and the occasional Saturday. Boarding is my fulltime job so I am home every day to care for the animals. Pickup and drop off hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Every day is a new adventure! From walks to pool time in the yard, snuggles on the couch or bed and fun holiday activies, your pup will be on their own little vacation while you're away. Safety is always my top concern. While your dogs are with me they will never be left unsupervised; in the case of having to leave for a doctor's appointment etc. they will be crated. I have a fenced in yard with locks on it, so there is no chance of a dog slipping through or opening the gate. I am also trained on signals and body language to prevent dog fights or injuries.

A little about me: I was a volunteer at the SPCA for a few years, back when I lived in Nevada when I was in high school. Then I worked for a 24/7 doggy day care facility for about two years in Lake Tahoe after I moved there with my husband Adam. I worked there until I started my own pet sitting/walking company. when My husband Adam owned a wooden surfboard shop there, while I started my own pet sitting/dog walking company. In 2016, we decided to travel around with our dog Myles for a bit, and converted a school bus into an RV! We both own our own companies so we’ve always been able to work remote and did the conversion on our own. Eventually we ended up in Nashville and did two house flips while still running our craft companies. In 2020 my husband and I moved back here to Illinois where Adam is from, to help his elderly parents, and the family property. We just finished converting the barn into a homestead while we are here, and just celebrated our wedding in the property in September. Sadly our dog Myles passed away peacefully last October at the age of almost 17. While my husband and I greatly miss having a dog or pet around, we’re just not quite ready to get another dog yet and we figured Rover would be perfect. I’ve had a long list of pets throughout my life, from small Pomeranians to a large PitBull lab mix and multiple cats, I haven’t met an animal I didn’t love yet haha. Adam and I live on 8 acres with plenty of room to run and play. Our home is very clean, and also very dog friendly aka we love couch snuggles! Because Adam and I both operate our own businesses, we both have separate shops built in the house so we have the luxury of getting to stay home while still working, making our schedules very open and flexible! About: e grown up with dogs my whole life and consider them part of the family. I love being around dogs and have experience house-sitting, walking, and caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’m comfortable handling different energy levels and individual needs, and I always make sure dogs feel safe, cared for, and loved while in my care. Pet care is a big part of my daily routine and something I genuinely enjoy. I have a golden retriever puppy, and since I grew up with dogs, caring for him feels very natural to me. Every day starts and ends with walks, and throughout the week I make sure he gets plenty of exercise and socialization by taking him to the dog park regularly. At home, we spend a lot of time playing tug-of-war or fetch to keep him active and engaged. Because he has a sensitive stomach, I also prepare fresh homemade meals for him twice a day, so meal prep is built into my routine as well. I also have a friendly golden retriever puppy who enjoys being around other dogs, but I can easily separate him if a pet prefers their own space or needs a calmer environment. I stick closely to each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any special care instructions. I have experience caring for dogs with sensitive stomachs, so I’m comfortable preparing fresh meals, following dietary restrictions, and administering basic care as needed. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection so they feel comfortable and cared for while away from their owners. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. I grew up with dogs and now enjoy my own dog and watching my kiddos create their own memories with our dog Jack. About: I frequently pet sit for my both my sisters and parents animals. One was a siberian husky, another is a dachsund/terrier mix and the others were a mixed hound breed and a poodle/bichon frise. I also petsit and did overnight visits with a previous professors golden retriever and golden/Irish setter mix. About: I’ve enjoyed animals my entire life. I had a dog growing up, and I fell in love with dogs and horses. I went to college for equine related activities. I’ve watched my friends pets and pets of contacts through church in the comfort of their home. I treat your pets as if they were my own. I’m able to walk your dogs, administer medicine and take note of their behavior. I always keep owners updated on how their pets are doing while they’re away unless they don’t want to be notified.
