About: Hi I'm Matt. I'm a big animal lover, and have been in the animal field for 15yrs working with all different types of wildlife. Have experience in giving vaccines(IM or SQ), oral meds, and basic care. I have since moved onto a new adventure in lawncare. I have been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with a German Shepherd, a purebred Samoyed, and a tabby cat. Currently, I have 2 beagle-shepherd mixes, Hunter and Holmes, who are 2 of the sweetest boys you will meet. We are often outdoors taking our daily walk, hiking local state parks, camping, or just working in the yard. I have always loved being around animals, especially dogs, and find that having them brings such happiness to life. The boys and I are together daily. I currently work typically Mondays thru Fridays sometimes varied or longer hours. However, we always make time to go for a walk daily, and on the weekends typically are out exploring. Hunter gets meds twice a day in a pill supplement as well as I trim their nails and baths occasionally. I currently rent a duplex that has a fenced backyard, and also have a spare bedroom and wire kennel if needed. Typically my dogs free roam during the day, and are good to be alone overnight or up to 10hrs which can allow me to spend time with your furry friend.

About: I have experience caring for animals of all kinds, though I can currently only offer in-my-home care to dogs. I have always had family pets growing up. I got my own dog when I was in high school. I currently own 2 well-mannered dogs, a hunting labrador and a scent detection pit-mix. I have more than 2 years of professional gun dog training experience, and have trained over 50 puppies/dogs. I currently work from home, so I will be able to accommodate any schedule your pet may need. My own dogs recieve 2 feedings per day (5am and 5pm). We often take a morning walk (typically no less than 1-2 miles, less if I am walking a young puppy or senior dog with mobility issues). Also evening walks if weather is appropriate. I do not allow my dogs to do strenuous activity or rough play right after a meal. The yard is not fenced, so dogs will be on leash or long-line and fully supervised when outside the home. For off-lead outdoor fun we will take trips to the local dog park (not a very heavily trafficed dog park, usually empty). I have experience providing oral and subcutaneous medication to pets, should your pet need medication while in my care.

About: I have grown up with dogs all of my life. I have most experience with medium large to giant breeds. I currently have a lab (8 years old) and a Newfoundland mix puppy (1 year). I have foster dogs in the past, and watched others dogs for an extended period of time and I love all types of breeds. But Big dogs have my heart. Your dogs will be pampered and can be on the couch, bed, or dog bed. We have an enclosed deck perfect for sun bathing pooches or those who love to sit in the cold (like my Newfoundland). Potty breaks will be leashed to ensure the safety of your beloved dog. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible on how to care for a dog. Unlimited potty breaks if needed. Live in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. I can provide a pick up and drop off service if you need it. Any dog in my home will be treated as if they were my own. Dog safety and comfortability is my number one priority. They can play all day while you’re away. Your dogs will be pampered and can be on the couch, bed, or dog bed. About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and I've had my first (adult life) dog for three and a half year. Wila Rose is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. Wila and Buckley are a huge part of my life. We enjoy hiking, being outdoor, and traveling as much as possible. We do quite a but of training included but not limited to: agility, scent training, shed training, and just some fun party tricks. I am new to Rover so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I have an acre of land (not fenced in). We love to go on walks and sniffaris at our local parks. Buckley loved to play with other dogs and Wila is more of a people dog. They even loves to go backpacking and hiking which often include 10+ miles a day.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old and have a passion for giving them the best life! I will treat your pet as my own, making sure they are well taken care of and happy. I'm always ready and willing to go for walks, give them approved treats, lots of play time and willing to give them medicines if needed as well! I am available most of the time!! About: As far as experience goes there isn’t a time in my life I remember that I wasn’t caring for an animal. From reptiles, to rodents, to cats and dogs, I’ve had them all. From a young age I was taught responsibility and discipline when it came to caring for tiny creatures. Additionally for over two years I volunteered weekly at a local animal shelter. During this time I gained knowledge as to how animals interacted with one another, how to properly administer medication, warning signs to look out for, what to do in emergencies, and deeply studied animal behavior. To add on to that I am currently employed at a doggie daycare. During my time here not only have I gotten to widen my horizons when it came to taking care of animals but I have learned hands on how to bandage a wound, what to do in animal confrontations as well as how to handle the unexpected such as sickness or seizures. Additionally over the last 3 years I have volunteered at different animal welfare programs across the globe. These include Portugal, Puerto Rico, Tanzania and soon Hawaii. During this time I have not only seen hands on other cultures way of taking care of animals but also gained knowledge as to how to better the animal care I provide to clients. As I previously stated I currently am employed at a doggie daycare. Additionally I work at a bakery as well. My schedule changes weekly so it can be hard to give an exact time frame when booking. Typically I work up to 8 hour shifts. I typically prefer to stay in clients homes to keep their pets safe and happy in their own environment. I will be there in the morning before work, and will immediately come back when I get off as well as being there at night. I try to spend as much time as possible with the pets while you are away I typically only offer staying in the clients home and I am comfortable crating animals while gone. I always keep things like medications safely out of reach and secured. Additionally upon booking I typically ask about any health notes, allergies, or special needs as well as a good contact number for your vet in case of emergency.

About: I currently work at Hightest kennels part time. I’ve also fostered 14 dogs/puppies for Hightest kennels. I am very good at taking care of dogs at all ages. I also follow your instructions very well. I have taken care of puppies, dogs with disabilities and, senior dogs. I have potted trained many dogs and have been successful every time. I am very patient with animals. I am also going to school to become a veterinary assistant. I am currently working part-time at Hightest kennels I would be able to work after Hightest and on my days off. I usually work 2-3 days a week. I will fit pet care in whenever I am not at work. At my home I have two labs that love being around other animals. I have a fenced in area for my dogs to give them time outside. In a client’s home I want to know if your dog has a routine and keep your pet on their routine. I take my pets out many times a day if they are not in their fenced in area. I can also create my dogs if wanted.
About: My family has had a dog since I was younger and I currently have a mini goldendoodle. I understand how keeping dogs happy and cared for is vital to ‘owners.’ I have a very flexible and open schedule! I like to take my own dog for longer walks to get energy out and relax our minds together. I love playing with them so they’re not just sitting around unhappy. It’s important to me to make sure all of their needs are met as I believe this affects longevity and overall well-being.

However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.

About: I’ve worked with variety of species, specializing with dogs! I have skills with grooming and training. I have 4 of my own dogs and do dog sports as well! I work from home so I have extra time to care for your pets and am able to move around my schedule. Saturdays are the only days I may not be able to take same day bookings! I understand crate and gate management and will make sure your animals are happy and healthy! All animals will be fed and cared for by owners guidelines. For boarding in my home, I will safely introduce my dogs and if needed they can be totally separated! Whatever works best for your pet!
About: I have been around dogs my whole life and am now a proud owner for the past 1.5 years! I’m around 1-2 times throughout a typical work day to let my puppy out. She rules this house so no furniture or beds are off limits, which is extended to all the dogs that come into my home (I’ve recently become the extended family dog sitter due to my work schedule). Monday’s-Thursdays I am home 1-2 times during the typical work day for about a half hour each time. Fridays and weekends I’m typically home most of the day, maybe running errands here and there. Allie rules the house here! She is allowed on furniture and beds and this would extend to your baby too. We spend a lot of time outside with water always available and I’m always out with her. We have tons of toys and she doesn’t mind sharing them.
About: I’ve grown up raising 2 toy poodles from my childhood. Now as an adult I adopted my first dog of my own, Mabel, who is an 5yr old lab! I also have horses, so have been around all sorts of animals my whole life. Love any and all sizes and breeds of pups! I work from home so my schedule is very flexible and can do last minute/short notice requests no problem! If you need me to spend a little more time with your pet, I can easily bring my work computer with me. I would treat your home as my own. Follow any/all rules you may have as well as rules for your pet. My dog is crate trained when away so I am comfortable having anything to do around crating.

About: I've cared for puppies and senior dogs alike. I've been taking care of dogs my entire life and I am familiar with all breeds. From Daschund to German Shepherd I have been with them all. I currently even own a very well trained Dachshund and shes almost 2 I'm available most everyday rain or shine. I am very attentive and capable of taking care of most any dog. About: Large yard and house, work from home and dog owner. He’s great with dogs, let me know if you need help. Plenty of attention to give. I work from home so I am attentive and able to be interactive at all times. I have a large yard but prefer to keep my dog leashed I have a 3 year old dog lab mix. He’s a baby but big. Great at dog parks and with other dogs, plenty of space.
