Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

I am currently doing consulting work from home in a part time basis and have a very flexible schedule. I can do doggy daycare during the week as well as some weekends. The house have a fenced backyard that is very safe for our dogs and our house is doggy proof. I have crates too if that is your preference, otherwise your pup will be inside the house with us.

About: Finishing up my Navy career as a Military Working Dog Handler. I did this for 5 years and loved training the dogs. I currently work from home which allows me more time for taking care of your pets! I have experience with all types of dogs along with emergency care training and basic medical needs. Any questions or special requests don’t hesitate to ask! I currently work from home so my schedule has become quite flexible. I am available most days and times. If you ever need to make changes I am almost always able to accommodate. On nice days I like to sit outside with the dog(s) while they run around and enjoy some sun. About: Although new to Rover as a sitter, we've used Rover frequently for our boys. I've had pets (cats, dogs, fish) ever since I was 14. I don't have special certs but have done puppy classes and have successfully trained our dogs since! One being a Shiba Inu if you know how stubborn they are 😉. I currently have two bernese mountain dogs and love furry friends from small to extra large! I've done drop ins and in home in the past. Im currently mostly a SAHM! I am a RN but only work 16hrs a month. I will have ample time to be at home with all pets. I have a fenced yard (6ft chain linked) and two neutered boys to keep your pets company. I can also always go for walks, fill a small kiddie pool for the dogs to play in, and whatever else your pup enjoys! I can crate as well if need be and tons of pictures can and will always be sent.
About: Hello I have been taking care of all sorts of pets since I was very young! I have experience with potty training, crate training, walking, and lots of play time. I also can give any puppers bath if need be. I also have experience with cats and many other small animals. I am free all week as I stay home with my 4 kiddos. I have 2 young kids that are 2 and 3 years old and my other 2 are 9 and 12. I always make sure that my pets and anyone else's pets are fed at a certain time, made sure they get their walks and exercise, but also make sure they get their cuddle time as well. I also make sure that they have water on hand at all times.

The pups were comfortable to walk away from us with her which says a lot. She cleared the hike in advance and kept in touch with us. The boys were happy and mellow when we met to pick them and she was very understanding about their sometimes car sickness. We’d definitely recommend her as she was great with our pups and they can sometimes be a handful.”

About: Hi I'm Matt. I'm a big animal lover, and have been in the animal field for 15yrs working with all different types of wildlife. Have experience in giving vaccines(IM or SQ), oral meds, and basic care. I have since moved onto a new adventure in lawncare. I have been around dogs my entire life. About: I'm currently in a pet-free home with my kiddos and have lived with dogs for much of my adult life. I'm a massage therapist and love giving pups a little TLC with energy therapy and light massage. They love it! The dog you see in my thumbnail photo is KC. She was a rescue dog who was with us for six years and needed lots of training, support and care. Please note I take 3 walking clients per day but only 1 boarder at a time. I teach at a technical college and am a personal trainer, working part-time from home and part-time out of the home. I'm often home for long hours during the day. My three kids are in public school, so dogs may have 1 to 4 dog-lovers in the home after 4pm. About: I’ve taken care of puppies to senior dogs since I was a little girl. My dad owned a doggy daycare and it was a great experience learning how to care for animals. I currently work full time and I go to school. Pet care will fit into my schedule because I do work night shift. I will have plenty of time to properly care for your pets. I will be there to watch your home and make sure your pet is safe. I will follow all of your instructions to assure that I keep everyone safe.

About: Finishing up my Navy career as a Military Working Dog Handler. I did this for 5 years and loved training the dogs. I currently work from home which allows me more time for taking care of your pets! I have experience with all types of dogs along with emergency care training and basic medical needs. Any questions or special requests don’t hesitate to ask! I currently work from home so my schedule has become quite flexible. I am available most days and times. If you ever need to make changes I am almost always able to accommodate. On nice days I like to sit outside with the dog(s) while they run around and enjoy some sun. We have a 5 acre lot but live on a 20 acre lot that we have total access to.

She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: Hey everyone I’m Emma! I grew up on a farm and have worked with so many different animals species. I love working with dogs and can do lots of different training exercises with your dogs. I have worked with both large and small dogs, and dogs of all ages. I used to foster dogs, and train them up for their forever homes! I work on my family farm currently from 8am-4pm M-F. But am able to stop by around noon during my lunch break if your pet requires an extra let out and I work about 2 minutes away from my house as well. I live out on a farm, so there is a large yard for you pets to run around. I have a kennel for smaller dogs and a puppy play pen already from fostering as well as basic food dishes, toys, treats, etc.
“Tonisha treated my dog Sophie with care. Sophie is a very anxious pup, so I was nervous about leaving her. Tonisha took pictures and gave me updates throughout the three days stay. Sophie did just fine and I would recommend Tonisha to take care of your fur baby.”

About: I’ve been an animal lover and care taker as long as I can remember. I grew up in the country and was always finding stray animals that needed nursed back to health. I have a very flexible schedule right now. Can do any time of day, any day of the week. I am extremely active and love playing and walking with animals. I will follow instructions to a tee no matter how specific. There will never be judgment. I will remain extremely cautious and present in my interactions.
