About: I have taken care of my black cat, Kitty for 4 years and my other two cats, Whiskers and Oreo for 2 years. Kitty always tells me when to back off and I do because they deserve personal space too. Whiskers and Oreo are quite affectionate, so I do my best in giving them all the pets they deserve. When I met one of my friend's cat, they were skittish of me since I was a new person to them. So I took my time with them by letting them approach me first and sniff my hand. I made sure not to give direct eye contact towards them since that will make them nervous. I also talked in a soft tone so my friend's cat doesn't get scared by me. It took a bit of time, but my friend's cat let me pet them, which I was very happy to do. It made me feel special. I believe I'm adaptable to how I should approach cats when I first meet them.

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. About: Growing up with a variety of animals really gave me the compassion and love I have for animals now. Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. I have helped neighbors, friends, and family with their pets for short periods and long periods of time. I have my own 4 year old husky/akita mix who loves to play with other dogs and be in company with senior dogs who would prefer a long nap over play. My dogs eat two times a day once in the morning and at night and take 3-5 bathroom breaks throughout the day as needed. Neither of my dogs are food aggressive or aggressive towards other dogs.

I used to have a dog that was a senior and improvised ways that I helped them with, like using one of the sofa cushions as a chair my dog could use to go on the bed. Another example was putting pills on a butter knife that had a dab of peanut butter in it and gave it to my senior dog. I can help out any day after 5:30pm. I do have a flexible schedule and can try to always work something out when needed. I can stay overnight in homes any night of the week. I have a fenced in yard and 3 friendly dogs at home to keep company :) I have a small & Xlarge dog crate in case the pup needs to be in a crate whole home.

About: I love animals of all kinds! I’m a nurse looking to hang out with your pets on my days off. I have experience with every care need from early puppy socialization to end of life care. I haven’t met a dog yet I didn’t immediately become besties with, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest pittie or Dane. I will never turn a dog down because of their breed! About: I have fostered close to 50 cats ranging from 3 days old to 19 years old. I have two cats of my own and had a dog for 13 years. I have done many overnight dog sitting stays as well as a few cat sitting stays. I love the outdoors as well and going for walks with dogs is one of my favorite outdoor hobbies! I am a full time college student during the school year, but my summers are spent doing part time jobs so I have extra free time to spend time and care for lots of animals! That’s why I believe it is important to keep you in the loop for a stress-free time away, while also giving your animal plenty of enrichment and love to distract their worried mind while you are gone. I am more then willing to work through quirks your animal has in order to make their experience the best it can be! Some training skills I am well-versed in is leash training, socialization, basic manners, puppy care, senior care, and separation anxiety issues. Let me know your preferred schedule and we can make it work! I am absolutely able to leave work (distance permitting) during my break to let your animal outside and let out some energy if needed! After work I am able to give your pet some exercise whether that is a walk or playing with some toys after work. For house-sitting/ drop ins- I am a firm believer that following a similar routine to what the owner (you) follows will give your pet the least stressful experience possible. I will stick to your potty schedule for your animal as well as feeding. As for exercise, I am up to whatever your dog or cat prefers! I can go for walks, play fetch, provide enrichment with feeding time or play with toys. I am always willing to go to nearby park with your pup if preferred! Whatever your pet loves and makes them feel the safest! For dog-walking, I am willing to walk however long your animal needs! Does your pet have a favorite route? Let me know and I will follow it! Any nearby trails or parks? I am always down to visit them with your pup if wanted! I have personal experience with leash-pulling and reactivity so as long as I am made aware of these things and have met your dog, I am more then willing to work through these things on our walk! I am big on taking my dogs and shelter dogs to parks or big areas to run or explore. If this is something you would be interested in, I could totally take your dog out for an hour to exercise them!

I am home full time so your pet will have full time care. I have recently retired and I am available to care for your pet full time on week days as well as weekends!
