She was willing to both pickup and dropoff, which made the whole process so much easier for our vacation. Erica sent frequent pictures and videos and kept us updated to our dog's situation. She was also open about how her pet sitting style was approached in her home and property. In addition, it was quite apparent that the dogs they sat would have plenty of outside exercise, love and attention, as well as freedom to be a dog. Lydia loved romping around in the snow, lying in front of their fire place, and interacting with their dogs. We also learned that our dog is pretty corteous to cats, but very interested. Their four acres of land and stream are a definite amenity to an active dog's lifestyle. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! About: Love all fur babies. Have been taken care of all sorts of critters since I was little. Love all shapes and sizes. Excited to start babysitting. I worksl from home full time and we are home most days. Walks and plenty of play time in our back yard would hapen all day. About: I have always been an avid animal-lover. From childhood into adulthood, I have owned and cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds & fish. My family & I currently share our home with two dogs, a bearded dragon, a Russian tortoise, & a ball python. I have several years of professional work experience in animal care (zoo, kennel care, walking, basic grooming) and wildlife / parks & recreation—both of which are relevant. I enjoy the outdoors and keeping all of our furry (& scaly) friends happy. I will board dogs, small mammals, reptiles & birds in my home! Upon request, I can do drop-in visits for cats or exotic animals within a 15 mile radius. I am currently a stay-at-home mom & so my schedule allows me to be at home majority of the time. If I need to leave the house, it’s never for more than a couple of hours. I have a large four-story home, which provides amble space for pets to play or to be separated if need be. I utilize crates for dogs who need or prefer it. Our yard is unfenced, so I use slip leads and tie-out cables for potty time.
About: I used to work at a doggy daycare and I worked with horses for about a year, so nothing scares me. I fostered a dog for a year until she found her forever home and now I have my own rescue. She is my whole world. I will treat your furbabies like my own because I know they are your whole world too. I work 2 part-time jobs with a lot of availibility/flexibilty. I typically work either midday or evening, but it changes daily. I would work well with a flexible schedule. We would go for many walks during the day. My dog loves to play so they can tire each other out. If comfortable with other dogs, we could visit the dog park.

About: I have 4 cats of my own. I've had 2 since 2017, 1 as a kitten since 2020, and the newest rescue I saved after he was thrown from a car. I've seen a wide gamut of cat personalities, and I am very accepting of cat boundaries. A nervous cat doesn't deserve less love.
About: The thing that I was most excited about turned 18 for was finally being able to join Rover. I have been dog sitting for 5 years and have owned a dog for 11 years. I have always had the biggest love for dogs. One thing I love to do in my free time is frequently visit a shelter to go and give each one of them a little extra love. 😊 My goal is to give my clients a worry free experience and to always make sure they know there animal is in good care. I would be more than happy to send frequent pictures and updates :) Pet care fits into my routine so naturally because I truly love it! I’m already used to dog sitting often, and planning my days around feeding, walks, and lots of playtime, so adding in new furry friends is honestly the best part of my week. The highlight of my weeks will be getting to meet all sorts of new dogs and see each one of their personalities. I’m a full time college student, but my mornings from 6am-10am and afternoons after 3pm are typically open. By doing rover, this will allow me to get my dog fix while being away from home. ☺️ To start, I typically will require a meet up before the service. My home: I make sure that they have a safe space to go to and I always slowly introduce the dog to my dogs to ensure that it’s not overwhelming, given that they are already in a completely new environment. Another thing that I do, no matter what the dog is, is when everyone is gone I put my dogs downstairs, and the clients dog upstairs, just to ensure that they get there alone time. 😊

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.

We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog that is very playful and happy around pretty much everyone. We met in a park near AJ’s home and he was promptly on time and communicated well. I asked several questions about the plan for the day and everything seemed reasonable to me. For me personally I just wanted someone that would keep my dog active and happy for the afternoon, also sneak in the occasional nap is okay too. About: I love animals of all kinds! I’m a nurse looking to hang out with your pets on my days off. I have experience with every care need from early puppy socialization to end of life care. I haven’t met a dog yet I didn’t immediately become besties with, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest pittie or Dane. I will never turn a dog down because of their breed! I’m also happy to look after any other animals you might have, from reptiles to birds to horses. Just ask and we’ll make it work! I am very flexible with my time. I do have a cat allergy but that won’t stop me from that either! I’m always here to help you’re best friend 😊 Im very flexible with my schedule for a couple months! I can do early mornings to late nights. I’m always able to help with anything! I’m very detail oriented and need straightforward instructions in order to properly care for a pet. About: I have over 13 years of hands on experience caring for dogs, from raising puppies into adulthood to understanding how their needs change throughout different stages of life. I’ve learned how important it is for dogs to have healthy outlets for their energy, plenty of attention, patience, exercise, and a routine that helps them feel happy and cared for. I currently have a dog of my own, Reese, who I love taking on walks and runs, as well as three cats with their own unique personalities. Having both dogs and cats has given me experience understanding the very different ways animals communicate, build trust, and show what they need. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, adult dogs, high-energy dogs, and pets who may still be learning their manners or training. I believe every animal deserves patience and the opportunity to feel safe, appreciated, and understood. “Erica K. was a wonderful choice for boarding Lydia, a terrier mix, over a long weekend. She was kind and patient, and really took the time to get to know our dog and family. She was willing to both pickup and dropoff, which made the whole process so much easier for our vacation. Erica sent frequent pictures and videos and kept us updated to our dog's situation. She was also open about how her pet sitting style was approached in her home and property. In addition, it was quite apparent that the dogs they sat would have plenty of outside exercise, love and attention, as well as freedom to be a dog. Lydia loved romping around in the snow, lying in front of their fire place, and interacting with their dogs. We also learned that our dog is pretty corteous to cats, but very interested. Their four acres of land and stream are a definite amenity to an active dog's lifestyle. About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! I am also a nanny in the summer which means I have can have very flexible hours ! I am also very active, walks, runs etc. I have a fenced in yard and a pool ! But also I have a dog and my mom has a dog they are both loving and will keep your animal company!

About: Love all fur babies. Have been taken care of all sorts of critters since I was little. Love all shapes and sizes. Excited to start babysitting. I worksl from home full time and we are home most days. Walks and plenty of play time in our back yard would hapen all day. We have a nice big fenced in back yard and theee dogs and two cats that love to play. We love playing fetch and have lots of toys.

About: I have always been an avid animal-lover. From childhood into adulthood, I have owned and cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds & fish. My family & I currently share our home with two dogs, a bearded dragon, a Russian tortoise, & a ball python. I have several years of professional work experience in animal care (zoo, kennel care, walking, basic grooming) and wildlife / parks & recreation—both of which are relevant. I enjoy the outdoors and keeping all of our furry (& scaly) friends happy. I will board dogs, small mammals, reptiles & birds in my home! Upon request, I can do drop-in visits for cats or exotic animals within a 15 mile radius. I am currently a stay-at-home mom & so my schedule allows me to be at home majority of the time. If I need to leave the house, it’s never for more than a couple of hours. I have a large four-story home, which provides amble space for pets to play or to be separated if need be. I utilize crates for dogs who need or prefer it. Our yard is unfenced, so I use slip leads and tie-out cables for potty time.
About: I used to work at a doggy daycare and I worked with horses for about a year, so nothing scares me. I fostered a dog for a year until she found her forever home and now I have my own rescue. She is my whole world. I will treat your furbabies like my own because I know they are your whole world too. I work 2 part-time jobs with a lot of availibility/flexibilty. I typically work either midday or evening, but it changes daily. I would work well with a flexible schedule. We would go for many walks during the day. My dog loves to play so they can tire each other out. If comfortable with other dogs, we could visit the dog park.
