“Heather and her family welcomed Darcy back to their home with open arms. She sent photos of Darcy throughout her stay so we could see how she was doing. She looked so happy and comfortable in their home. This was her second stay and we’ve already booked another. We are so grateful to have found this home away from home for Darcy!”

“Christine to great care of my dog! She has a lot of experience and knowledge about dog training as well, and was very flexible and went out of her way to make sure that Pretzel was going to be a good fit with her other dogs. She took him to the dog park a bunch of times over the week, and sent a lot of photos!”

“Emily was great with our big, young and very energetic dog! She has a great fenced in yard and our dog had a blast! He was very tired when he got home! We would definitely use her again!”

“Ryan and Martha took wonderful care of my dog. They treated her as a member of their family. They took her for walks and sent daily pictures. I will certainly ask them to care for Ella again when needed.”

“We had a wonderful experience leaving our dog Starla with Ryan and his family. Great communication and always friendly, they truly love dogs and took amazing care of ours over our 12 day vacation. We got frequent picture and video updates and it put our minds at great ease to know she was in such good hands. We can back home to a very happy pupper! Highly recommend and will definitely be boarding her here again when we need to go out of town.”

“We left our dog Toffee with Jenny and her family for 5 days while we attended a work conference, and we could not have asked for a better experience! This was our first time using Rover and leaving Toffee with someone we didn’t know, so we were definitely nervous at first. Jenny immediately made us feel comfortable with constant updates, pictures, and videos throughout the entire stay. Toffee had the absolute best time running around in her huge backyard, playing with her kids and her two dogs, and getting so much love and attention. It truly felt like he was treated as part of their family. You can tell Jenny genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. We were able to fully enjoy our trip knowing Toffee was happy, safe, and so well cared for. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely be booking with Jenny and her lovely family again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Super nice family and home with fenced yard. We needed someone on short notice due to a family emergency. Katie and Samuel offered to be flexible with our return date which we greatly appreciated. Juneau seemed to have done fine.”

“Lindsey was great with my dog! She made sure to update us with photos and activities throughout the days. Thank you Lindsey for showering my fur baby with love and lots of walks!💕”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog Winnie received. It was her very first time staying at someone else’s home for several days in a row, and she was welcomed with so much warmth and kindness. I felt completely at ease while being out of state, knowing she was in such good hands. Winnie was treated like family, and I could tell she was comfortable, happy, and well loved the entire time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. I will absolutely be booking again!”

“Jessica was phenomenal! She watched our 2 dogs over our wedding weekend. We wanted one of them to join us for a bit and she was so helpful, even came and picked her up. She sent lots of photos and updates. We had a meet and greet on her yard so our dogs could meet hers. We will absolutely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Stefanie and her family were so loving to my little dog Dolly! I cant say enough about how accommodating they were while I was away in Arizona for the week. I highly recommend them for your pups dog sitting needs! Will be using them again in the future for sure. Dolly sure does miss them all!”

“I could not be more thankful for Maggie! She and her family took incredible care of Lincoln while we were out of the country. It was our first time leaving him with someone other than family so I was nervous. But Maggie patiently listened and I never once worried about him after dropping him off. She sent the most detailed videos and photos with updates every day and treated him like their own. He enjoyed walks, playing with Nova, treats, chilling, and lots of snuggles. In fact he didn’t even want to leave their house when getting picked up. So nice knowing he was loved and happy!! Thank you Maggie, Seth, Tanner, and Nova!! We appreciate you SO much! Lincoln looks forward to his next visit!”

About: I have been around a variety of animals my entire life. I grew up on a farmette with sheep, pigs, bunnies, cats, and dogs. I have always been and continue to be a huge animal lover. I am a child-less millennial and I wish I could be my own pet, ha. I adopted my golden retriever when she was 8 weeks old and spent a lot of time training her. We began doing therapy dog work, visiting our local nursing home once a week until Covid hit. We did this for 3 years. I also adopted my senior cat when Covid hit. I then started volunteering with an organization that trains service dogs to guide. My role started as a ‘puppy raiser’. The dog lives with me in my house and comes everywhere with me-work, appointments, errands, etc. and my job is to expose it to as many experiences as possible to better prepare it to be a guide dog. I ended up adopting my second dog, a failed guide dog, through this organization and he continues to come into my elementary classroom with my everyday as a therapy dog. After adopting him I pivoted and began teaching inmates how to train guide dogs. My organization partners with a prison where we have about 20 inmate handlers and 10 guide dogs in training the inmates are working with. In the summer I go to the prison 1x/week and help teach the inmates how to train the dogs. I also go to one training class (at least) a month on dog training as part of the organization I volunteer for. I’m comfortable and experienced around dogs of all ages. I’m a teacher and I have a really flexible summer schedule. Now we’re back to school my availability will shift to nights and weekends. I’m a very flexible person though and I’ll work with you! Your dog will always be leashed when outside unless you have a fenced in yard. I want your absence to be as minimally stressful as possible for both you and your pet. Any routines you have I’m happy to do my best to recreate them. You never have to feel like you’re bugging me if you forget to mention something initially or have any questions or concerns. Im excellent at communicating and I’ll take your lead. If you want me to spam you with photos of your pet, say less. If you want to be left alone and just get a brief check-in we can do that too!

“We had Kate do several drop in visits while we were out of town. She was very responsive, took great care of our 2 cats, and even brought some Christmas treats for them after confirming they were allowed to have them. We would definitely book with Kate in the future!”

“Laura is definitely the sitter you need if your pets have medical issues. She is able to give my one cat his pills and the other cat, an insulin shot. She also sends very cute pictures which gives you a peace of mind that they are in good hands.”

“Whitney was great! She came in for a drop-in visit while we were away for a day trip. Silly Millie got into things she wasn't supposed to and Whitney gladly put things away. She was also super prompt with responding and it was easy setting up times to pick up and drop off keys. She also offered to come again later in the day in the case that we were coming back later than expected.”

“Emily responded quickly to my request for daycare and we did a meet & greet the day before to make sure my dog Wolfie and her two dogs Gus & Bailey got along. It was perfect, all was good. Highly recommend. Thanks Emily!!”

We are a homeschooling family that have capacity to learn responsibility being supervised and give so much attention to puppies who need a place to stay while you travel! The intention of hosting your family pet is that they will be apart of our family while they stay with us and be loved and taken care of well instead of being kenneled.
“Absolutely amazing experience with our dog sitters! 🐾 They took such incredible care of my mini dachshunds, Nugget and Muffin, and treated them like their own. I got updates, photos, and total peace of mind while I was away. It’s obvious how much they truly love animals, and my pups came home happy, relaxed, and so well cared for. Nugget and Muffin can be a little spoiled and needy at times, but they were so patient, attentive, and loving with them. I honestly couldn’t ask for better people to trust with my dogs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitters! 💕”

“Sarah and her pack did awesome!!! Can't thank her enough for taking in Winnie on such short notice. When I picked up Winnie I was taken back at how much Winnie had bonded with Sarah in such a short period of time. Sarah was aware of Winnie's IBD issues and updated me on how she did. I really appreciated her for that!!!! This family definitely loves dogs!!!”

“Kristin and Bruce provided exceptional daycare services. My senior dog initially had anxiety being in a different home. Kristen and Bruce were very attentive and made her feel comfortable.”

I have a part time job but I am available throughout the week to drop in and either let your pups out/play with them, or to give them needed exercise! I’m also a student so afternoon/evening or AM works best for my schedule. I am open to interacting with your dog(s) based on what they need and are used to. I can easily let them run around in a fenced in area or crate them when I leave if need be. I am very comfortable walking dogs outdoors or just playing with them inside if preferred.

About: I love dogs! Let me cuddle and love your dog while you’re away! I love to stay active outside and take walks/jogs outdoors. Before committing to a dog myself, I want to experience some of the restrictions that come with having a dog (being home immediately after work/during the day to let the dog out in normal non-Covid times, not staying out too late on the weekends, etc). Hopefully I can use Rover to get my dog fix until I’m able to make the decision to get my own dog. I have severe cat allergies and am allergic to some large dogs, which is why I favor small dogs. I prefer non-shedding dogs to keep my allergies in check. Reach out if you have questions!
“This was Lauren's first time walking Cara. She did a wonderful job, arriving on time and taking Cara for a walk and feeding her. Cara also got a great belly rub. Thanks Lauren.”
About: I have had experience with both cats and dogs since I was a toddler. In my teens, I became active on surrounding farms so I also bonded with horses and cows. I have experience in dog walking and house sitting for pets. I'm currently a college student, so my summers are very open to fit most times and schedules. I likely will be working a second shift part-time job during the week days. I have a fenced-in yard and two cats. I'm comfortable taking care of all sizes of pets, and I love walking dogs. I have experience in multiple different types of walking environments and weather as well.
About: I've had dogs my entire life. I absolutely love them and took care of our family pets as a child. I have a very large dog of my own and am extremely confident in my ability to control the largest of dogs. So size is no problem for me! I also have experience taking care of other animals as well, so don't hesitate to ask! I would be glad to help you with any and all your pets. I have taken some dog training classes and am still seeking more knowledge, so rest assured that I am receiving all the tools I need to be the best care provider for your pet. I am currently between jobs and have lots of time to spend on pet care. My Saturday mornings and early afternoons can be a little taken up, but I can work around that. I personally have a fenced in yard for my dogs. They get three meals a day and outside access whenever they please. Someone is always home with them. The cats are indoor only and free feed. I take my dogs for walks regularly and we like to play often throughout the day.
About: My name is Gina. I have pet sat and worked in doggy daycares for several years. I enjoy the reprieve of being around and interacting with animals. I have lived with cats growing up and currently reside with dogs. I try to cater to their specific needs as I know each animal is different. I provide affection, exercise and care with walks, play toy/fetch, cuddle/pet, feedings, and I make sure to leave the area as clean as when I arrived. I am playful and will get down and silly with them on their level. I am also respectful of coming into their home/domain. They get to check me out first for approval and allow me into their space. I also specialize in pet photography and love bringing my camera along to capture sweet and special moments.
“Does a great job with my dog. Will be calling again for future needs. But my pup is ready to be on his own for the work day. Thank you very much for all your help and expertise!”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals my whole life, including my own, friends, and family’s pets. Through high school and college I volunteered at a rescue that specialized in cats. Most recently I worked at a county animal shelter as an animal caretaker. Through the shelter I have had training in handling and care of almost every pet imaginable, as well as extra training in dog behavior. I also have training in foster of special needs / challenging behavior dogs, as well as neonate kitten care. I have experience giving many types of medications as well as iv fluids. I am currently solely focusing on providing pet care, so it is very easy for me to adjust my schedule to accommodate whatever needs your pet may have. I will care for your babies in whichever way you want. In my home, my dog kids are allowed inside or outside whenever they want and are not kenneled. But I will do my best to be consistent with whatever schedule they are used to. I also enjoy jogging if your pup would prefer a faster paced walk.
About: I'm a genuine animal lover who treats every home and pet as if they were my own. Whether you have an energetic puppy, a senior dog needing extra care, a shy pup who takes time to warm up, or a small apartment with a feisty terrier — I show up prepared, patient, and attentive. My priority is making sure your pets are happy and your home is respected, so you can travel with real peace of mind. I welcome meet-and-greets beforehand, communicate throughout the stay, and always leave your home just as I found it. Pet sitting is my primary focus when I take a sit — I'm not squeezing it in around a busy schedule. Your pets get my full attention, not leftover time. I stay in your home for the full sit, keeping your pets in their own space with their familiar routines, smells, and comfort. No disruption, no transport — just consistent care in the environment they already trust.

“Mary did an amazing job caring for my dog for 2 weeks. I was concerned leaving her for such a long time, but Mary treated her as if she was her own dog. I received at least one photo from her every day. Right from the start I could see that my dog was healthy and happy.”

“My dog practically darted inside his house before I could say goodbye, always a good sign. Happy that he has other dogs of his own. At least my sweet boy has other friends around. Brad sent me a couple pics & kept me up to date about his behavior.”

“Robert was wonderful. I felt really good leaving my fur baby with him. He sent updates and pictures which I really appreciated. I would definitely book with Robert again.”

“Michelle was wonderful. She is super kind and so is her husband, Kevin. They handled my dog and his anxiety perfectly, couldn’t have asked for a better spot to board my dog :) he will definitely be my new go to when I need to go out of town!”

“Christina and Jeremy did great with our dog. She hadn't spent a ton of time with other dogs or cats before her stay, but C and J were so confident that it would work out and it did! They were super-responsive while we were gone and sent many sweet photos :) We would absolutely have our pup stay with them again.”
