We were initially concerned about leaving our fur baby for 3 weeks with someone we didn't know, but we had a "meet and greet" ahead of time and Deanne and her family put all of our worries at ease. Deanne treated Bazooka like one of her own family. She sent us updates, with pictures and kept us in the loop with how Bazooka was doing. Having Deanne take care of Bazooka made it so we could enjoy our vacation without having to worry about her. When we picked Bazooka up she was happy to see us, but it was obvious she had such a good time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it was a good and safe environment, Deanne communicated well, and we will definitely be having Bazooka stay with Deanne again!”

Being crate trained is a must for overnight stays. I do have 1 large crate here but encourage you to bring your pet's crate from home if able. About: I’ve grown up with dogs, and even bought a dog of my own 3 years ago and he’s the best ever! He’s super friendly with other dogs and plays well with others. I usually take him on walks mornings, midday, and evening time and in the summer I only give him a walk in the evening because he’s a Husky and it gets too hot for him during the day. Evenings are best time for him. I try to take him to the dog park at least a couple times a week, so you can count on your pup having some one on one time with another pup and having LOTS of fun. “Brandi was WONDERFUL. She was so welcoming and accommodating despite us intruding on a holiday weekend, and so welcoming of our Pup. Throughout our days of doggy daycare, we received updates and pictures and video of our Piper enjoying her stay and new friends, and at the end of each day, we received a very happy (and very ready-to-go-home-and-nap) dog. We used her back-to-back for two days, and Piper recognized she was going got another visit on Day 2 when we turned down Brandi's road, and immediately started crying excitedly in anticipation, all but pulling me out of the car when we opened the door! It's a shame we're not closer to Janesville for regular use of booking, but if we're ever needing to go through the area en route to our destinations, Brandi will be our first choice for daycare or boarding.”
About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I have a 7 year old golden named bode. I am familiar with medication distribution and other restrictions. Bode was diagnosed with lymphoma at 5 and has been in remission for 2 years. I grew up with labs as well as shitzus and my dad has a 9 year old golden. I would prefer to meet any candidate prior to boarding as they will be in the same space as my golden, he’s a gentle giant and gets along with all animals. He is a service animal so I have experience in training and younger dogs as well. I work from home full time and have a lot of free time to give during the week. Weekends are busy for me at the moment but will slow down come winter. I work from home so week days are great I have a lot of flexibility for walks and play time and potty breaks. Very attentive and will have my golden to play with. Big grass area to play at but no fence, live in a townhome with lots of toys. Since I work from home I’m very attentive and responsive.

“Rachel was wonderful with my two dogs. They felt right at home with her family. She's great with dogs and is very aware of tfeir behaviors. She proactively met with us prior to the stay to see how my dogs would interact with some of the other dogs she watches. Everything worked out great. I would highly recommend Rachel.”

About: I’m CPR Certifid, I have two cats and one dog. I’m unemployed with a 7 month old. I’m always home. I will walk rain or shine. I love working with special needs dogs and love bigs dogs. It is your choice if you want your dog to sleep on bed or in crate. I’m flexible and able to meet your needs. It’s about your dog and there experience and I want them to have a good experience if it’s either staying over or walking them. I love animals. My own dog is 9 years old and we have very energetic cats. The dogs who I’ll walk or stay over need to be okay with cats. Thank you for reading. I’m currently unemployed. I’m always home.
