About: I grew up with dogs and cats as a child, and started doing pet care for neighbors as soon as I could. Caring for pets continued through college, getting connected through friends to walk dogs in between classes. When I moved to the PNW, I discovered Rover and have been sitting and walking ever since. The recent gap in my services was from moving down to University Place and then focusing on my own dog, Winston, for the first two years after his adoption. I am only offering walks and drop-ins (no long term or overnight care). My pup Winston will stay at home whenever I am booked for services so that I can give your pet(s) 100% of my attention. I have cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels and have experience with quite a few behavioral concerns as well. I am very comfortable working with pets that struggle with: - leash reactivity - anxiety around people or other animals - medical issues, including those that require medication administration or emergent care - pain and mobility issues due to aging - food sensitivities/diet restrictions I also love working on dog training whether that’s loose leash walking techniques or just having your pup learn or practice tricks as a part of a drop in visit. I know the feeling of leaving your pet with a Rover sitter for the first time, especially when they have a history of medical issues or anxiety, so I always send detailed updates with photos to keep you at ease. I’m so excited to be starting my services again and hope to meet you and your pets soon! I am taking a break from work before beginning a fully remote role as a consultant in a few months, offering me a ton of flexibility to set my own schedule. Once I begin working again, advance notice will make it easier for me to schedule my meetings around Rover bookings. I live in home with my partner in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. I typically refrain from off leash activities, interactions with other dogs/people, or rigorous activities like hiking or running unless I have permission from the owners and repeat experience with the pet.

About: Hi there! I grew up with dogs and for the last nine years, have been a mom to my beloved chiweenie named Fynn. Friends, family members, and clients trust me with their dogs, for both short and long term stays, and I’d love to care for your pup. Fynn is very active, so we do at least two long walks a day. About: Just want to add a note. Because I do not have kids or a dog of my own, I regularly travel to help friends and family in other cities and states. Sometimes with sitting, often with caregiving. If you see my location change or have questions about my availability in a different location, hit me up. I’m flexible unless previously booked. I have owned or cared for dogs my entire life, with the occasional rodent or scaled creature thrown in. Hopefully not at the same time. I’m comfortable with basic wound cleaning as well as administering medication. After a period working in a pet store I’m also more skilled in ear cleaning, breathing treatments, and temperature taking than I’d care to be. I work from home Monday-Friday and as long as i have WiFi, I am flexible to work around your animals schedule. I’m also a bit of a homebody so I’m perfect for all the Covid dogs looking to keep their jobs as a shadow while their parents are out of town. At this time I am unable to care for pets in my home. I live with my niece and her cat can be a little…stabby, for lack of a better word. In your home, I’ll be following your lead. I do tend to go outside with dogs at night, even with fenced yards. I am always wary of bobcats and coyotes looking for water and snacks. I’m also perfectly comfortable with a pile of animals sleeping in bed with me so if that’s what your animals prefer, I’m here for it.

About: I grew up with two wonderful dogs, Ranger and Lucy, and I helped to train them as I got older. I worked at a great doggie daycare for an about a year in 2023-24 and I learned lots of awesome techniques and information about dogs' body language, needs, and other things. I am also equipped to handle medications, whether it be pills, ear/eye drops, or injections. I enjoy being around and training dogs very much, I'd say they're one of the things I am most passionate about! I think that staying with dogs, either overnight or just for the day sounds like a dream! I attend Seattle University during the year (mid September-mid June) but I’m currently home for the summer and I’d love to make a little extra money taking care of your best friend. I work in the evenings Monday-Friday from about 3-7pm. I’m available anytime of day during the weekends and any time other than my specified work hours on weekdays. I mentioned this in my description but I very much enjoy training dogs (although I’m not the most experienced or effective), cuddling or playing with them, whichever they prefer, and am capable of providing medications of multiple kinds to your pets. I can provide potty breaks both during the day and night if needed. I can sleep on a couch or in a bed, either with or without your pet. Personally, my dogs are crate-trained, so I understand not wanting them on couches or beds to sleep or just in general. Although, I would be absolutely overjoyed to have a sweet cuddle buddy to sleep with me. One last thing about safety, at my previous job, I was often alone in a room of up to 50 dogs and am well aware of techniques to break up a fight, although I doubt I will need to do this, I think it’s an important thing to know about the person taking care of your pet.

“Duke and I are so glad we found Kayle! We have booked two stays with her, one being an 11 day stay (with a 3rd one coming up soon!) and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is very attentive to Duke and has treated him like her own since the first night. She is very flexible which is a bonus for me as I am active duty military (100% recommend). We have definitely found our Washington sitter in Kayle and will continue to book with her for as long as she will have us!! You can feel very comfortable and confident in Kayle’s ability to care for your pet. She keeps open communication through the entire stay and gives your fur baby lots of love while you’re away!! ❤️❤️ 🐶”

“Our dog Benny had an exceptional stay with Bailey & Kyle! This was our first time leaving him overnight, but after the meet&greet, we were completely at ease. Bailey & Kyle were attentive and responsive, sending multiple pictures to keep us updated. Their spacious fenced yard was also a HUGE plus, giving Benny plenty of room to play. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!”
“Cami and Jimmy were the best pet sitters we could have asked for! They're experienced and caring, and we really appreciated their great communication / regular updates. This was our first time using Rover for pet sitting, and they put us at ease by addressing all of our questions and concerns. Safety is their #1 priority! They're very experienced with dogs - ours is somewhat reactive, and they not only successfully managed that, but also continued the leash training we've been working on at home.
