“My honey and I have been using Ms. Dollys services to watch our two naughty 75 pound plus babies for a few months now. I think we have boarded our dogs a total 4 times with her. She’s always super accommodating and willing for emergency stay overs if your 4 hour drive from Oregon turns into 8 hours (life saver). Ms. Dolly handles my helicopter dog mom ways and assures me “ I got this” ( she really does) Our babies LOVE Ms. Dolly and even know her by name. They get some serious zooms when we leash up by the door and mention dolly town. Upon first arriving a few months ago I was so happy to see she has a full on kennel set up, rubber washable mats, large and heated areas to run and play on icky days. Toys, leashes you name it. We even forgot our food one time, no worries dolly had a back up that matched the very specific sweet potato and salmon diet we had going. It’s like having a family member watch your dogs but the family member is also super professional and also operates a full puppy bizniz. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a secondary form, shots, vet, food routine, emergency contact ect. Ms. dolly is seriously a pro. Drop off is always super emotional for us but Ms. Dolly always sends pics and videos. It seems like she hangs out with our dogs all day by how much play time they actually get. They even did a bonfire and hung out with our pups the way we would do in our backyard. Your dogs are family and it shows. Ms. Dolly has a full backyard where your dogs can run and play and party all night if they wanted. This is a serious plus for our very energetic pitbull and spaz German Sheppard. I would never choose another boarder. Thank you Ms. Dolly, we love you! - Brandon, Katy, Ghost and Ranger.”

“Danica had a very comfortable and caring time with Nik and Jharna. They were attentive and considerate of her special needs. Danica is a 14 y/o Labrador rescue that has recently lost most of the use of her back legs. She requires assistance to go up a few steps and up onto the couch. Nik and Jharna created an environment around their couch that allowed Danica to easily and safely move on and off the couch on her own. This was Danica’s first time away from me for more than a day (7) so I initially was very worried that my old gal would become sad and depressed in my absence, on the contrary! She was happy, rested and glowing when I saw her. I’m very grateful to Nik and Jharna for providing a loving and safe environment for my sweet pea. I highly recommend these lovely folks and will definitely use again.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember. When I was born, my parents already had two Dobermans, and after they passed, we welcomed a Weimaraner into our family — and later, his son. Around the age of 18, I adopted a Dachshund, followed a few years later by a lovable Pitbull. My mom also took in a rescue from the street, so our home was always full of wagging tails and happy paws. In 2021, I moved to Canada and made the hard decision to leave my elderly Dachshund with my mom. He was deeply bonded with her and already in his senior years, and I knew it was the best choice for his comfort and happiness. Now, after a few years of settling in, I’ve decided it’s time to welcome a dog into my home again — and that’s how Akira, my miniature Dachshund, came into my life. I work from home full-time, which means I’m able to give pets in my care plenty of attention, companionship, and consistent routines throughout the day. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments and understand how unique each pup can be. Whether it’s playtime, quiet cuddles, or long walks, I truly love spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe and loved. I work from home, so I’m with my dog Akira all day. We take breaks throughout the day for playtime, cuddles, and fresh air. It’s easy for me to fit in extra feedings, or whatever your dog might need. “We arranged Susan H. to look after our 7-year old Havanese Roxy for 5 weeks while we had to make an international trip to Nepal. Roxy had never been without one of us (either myself or my wife Sharon) with her ever, during her entire life. At home, Roxy is very communicative, and well-trained to pee and poop outside, and rarely had accidents inside the house. Apparently, Roxy had a difficult time adjusting at Susan's house. It could have been the new environment and/or smells of other dogs that had been there previously. I think Roxy was also very distressed at not being at home and also that both of us had left her (or not knowing that we were ever coming back). Susan was very patient with Roxy, showed her a lot of love, and communicated regularly with us via messaging about Roxy's adjustment, issues, and progress. We were most appreciative. In the end, after 5 weeks when we picked up Roxy, Susan told us that Roxy had become like a family member in her household. When asked if she would again care for Roxy in the future (if/when we needed), Susan's answer was, "yes, indeed". I cannot recommend Susan more highly. She did a 5-star job looking after our little girl.”

About: Hi I'm Katie! Also known as that British lady! I have owned dogs my entire life, usually always two at a time. I currently have one of my own after losing three elderly dogs in the last few years. I now only have Ernie a chihuahua cross i rescued from Kansas in 2017. I've had experience with various breeds and fostered ex racer greyhounds for a while in the U.K. I also have two indoor/outdoor cats I rescued as kittens from local feral cat litters. I finish work for the Summer in June and can offer drop in services up to three times a day for dogs, cats and smaller furries if you live in the local area, Maple Falls etc. These can be whilst you’re at work to give your beloved pet a potty break or they can be for longer stretches of time while you vacation so you can feel secure your dogs are in their own home safe and comfortable. I can also board dogs in my own home from all over Whatcom county if they are dog/cat/responsible kid friendly. I have a fenced in yard and a very dog friendly house! I finish work for the summer in June and have a lot of availability for both walks, drop ins and boarding! From June 12th my schedule really opens up! I have a fenced yard and a dog friendly home. I have two dog friendly cats who are indoor and outdoor and tolerated living with four dogs and two kids. Dogs are allowed on my sofa and bed but only if you allow that at home… I don’t want to create bad habits!

I have a German Shepard named hunter who is 12 years old and a little pug named Finn. About: I grew up with dogs and love them! I can handle feedings, walks, play time, and so on. I can do pet meds on a case by case basis. I work full-time, and primarily remote. If local, I can do morning, midday, or/and evening check-ins and walks. I can do overnight care in pet’s home, if hypoallergenic dog :) If I have access to wifi to work remotely, I’m also happy to stay there during the day to let your pup out. I can easily put dogs on leash/harness for walks and clean up after your dog. I can follow specific instructions for your dog and your home!

The amount of physical activity that was provided to Goose and the other dogs that were there was completly mind blowing. I have NEVER left my dog with anyone other then Doggie Day care building up for our trip to be away. “My honey and I have been using Ms. Dollys services to watch our two naughty 75 pound plus babies for a few months now. I think we have boarded our dogs a total 4 times with her. She’s always super accommodating and willing for emergency stay overs if your 4 hour drive from Oregon turns into 8 hours (life saver). Ms. Dolly handles my helicopter dog mom ways and assures me “ I got this” ( she really does) Our babies LOVE Ms. Dolly and even know her by name. They get some serious zooms when we leash up by the door and mention dolly town. Upon first arriving a few months ago I was so happy to see she has a full on kennel set up, rubber washable mats, large and heated areas to run and play on icky days. Toys, leashes you name it. We even forgot our food one time, no worries dolly had a back up that matched the very specific sweet potato and salmon diet we had going. It’s like having a family member watch your dogs but the family member is also super professional and also operates a full puppy bizniz. Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a secondary form, shots, vet, food routine, emergency contact ect. Ms. dolly is seriously a pro. Drop off is always super emotional for us but Ms. Dolly always sends pics and videos. It seems like she hangs out with our dogs all day by how much play time they actually get. They even did a bonfire and hung out with our pups the way we would do in our backyard. Your dogs are family and it shows. Ms. Dolly has a full backyard where your dogs can run and play and party all night if they wanted. This is a serious plus for our very energetic pitbull and spaz German Sheppard. I would never choose another boarder. Thank you Ms. Dolly, we love you! - Brandon, Katy, Ghost and Ranger.”

“Danica had a very comfortable and caring time with Nik and Jharna. They were attentive and considerate of her special needs. Danica is a 14 y/o Labrador rescue that has recently lost most of the use of her back legs. She requires assistance to go up a few steps and up onto the couch. Nik and Jharna created an environment around their couch that allowed Danica to easily and safely move on and off the couch on her own. This was Danica’s first time away from me for more than a day (7) so I initially was very worried that my old gal would become sad and depressed in my absence, on the contrary! She was happy, rested and glowing when I saw her. I’m very grateful to Nik and Jharna for providing a loving and safe environment for my sweet pea. I highly recommend these lovely folks and will definitely use again.”
“Leslie was wonderful with my 4 year old lab mix, Scarlett. My dog can be a little shy at first, but a couple of day care visits before my fishing trip seemed to help her become comfortable quickly. Scarlett seemed to have a great time. Playing and dogging with her new friends. She also formed quite the bond with Leslie! She was ecstatic to see her when we ran into each other at the dog parl! Leslie sent daily pictures. I couldn't be more pleased with Leslie's care for Scarlett.”
