Sagan just turned one year old, and this was the first time we had ever left him with someone other than family, so we were naturally a little nervous. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Janessa took great care of Sagan and made him feel right at home. It was clear he had a fantastic time playing with Janessa's dogs and the other dogs she was boarding. When we picked him up the next morning, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable in her care. The biggest sign of how much fun he had came afterward. As soon as he got in the car, he completely crashed from all the excitement and activity. Once we got home, he slept for several hours and seemed incredibly content. Any Golden Retriever owner knows that's usually the sign of a very good day. Janessa was friendly, professional, and gave us confidence that Sagan was in great hands. In fact, we felt so good about the experience that we've already booked her to care for Sagan for two weeks while we travel to China later this summer. We're grateful to have found Janessa and her family and look forward to having Sagan stay with them again. While discussing this at drop off, I discovered that Liz is also a trainer with extensive experience working with special needs. This was immediately apparent in the her interactions with Bexo, as she made sure Bexo was conformable with her before I left. I think we fall in love with almost all of them! I absolutely love dogs! Sadly in October of 2024 my dog of 15 years passed away. We are ready and available to love and support your pup while you are away. It can be stressful having you fur baby go to a new place; rest assured they are in loving and capable hands. We generally only take 2 pets at a time so there is plenty of time and energy to ensure your pet gets all the love, care, exercise and attention they need! “Giovanna did a wonderful job with our dogs. We had never done a rover sitter ( only rover dog walkers), and she was great. She has a safe yard for large or small dogs, Giovanna is very knowledgeable about dogs and had great ideas as to dietary changes. She took care of our 6 pound yorkie and our 60 pound retriever mix. She is awesome.”

“Quang was fantastic! We had a family event that we had to attend in Hong Kong with little notice and needed boarding in a hurry for our pup Chewy. Our usual boarder was out as their own dog was injured. Quang agreed to take Chewy for a week and by all accounts the experience was fantastic. Quang provided daily pictures, videos and updates on Chewy. We are greatly appreciative and hope to board with Quang again!”

“Bryan was a fantastic caregiver to our dog Ghost. He welcomed Ghost into his lovely home that has an enclosed back yard and is adjacent to a park. Each day they went on walks in the park, had engaging playtime in the backyard, and had necessary relaxing time in between. Bryan updated us regularly with photos, videos, and messages about their many activities. Ghost seemed to be very happy and comfortable in Bryan’s care. Ghost is a giant breed so Bryan’s experience training Great Danes was another plus. We will be reaching out to Bryan first for all of our future dog boarding needs.”
