About: I have had animals literally my entire life including dogs, cats, hamsters, rats, birds, fish, and lizards. I currently have 2 dogs-a labradoodle named Axel that loves everyone and everything and a rescue pit mix named Winnie that loves dogs but is afraid of people, as well as 3 cats that live upstairs. Axel is very rambunctious and can get pretty excited at first but eventually mellows out. Winnie LOVES meeting new dogs and will do what I call the "pittie hop". I love animals and I feel that they are a part of the family. I (we) will treat your animal just like my own. If an animal comes to my home someone is almost always home to provide care, snuggles, and treats. I have experience with large breed dogs, specialty foods, older animals, and giving medications. We have a large, fenced yard for the dogs to run around and play. I do require that your pups be UTD on vaccinations and that they have basic obedience training. I do not take dogs in heat just because I have never personally dealt with that before. I look forward to working with you and your animals. One last note, I require a meet and greet with ALL new clients since I do have my own dogs to ensure everyone gets along, you as a pet parents feel comfortable, and the home now smells familiar for the next time your pup comes over. About: The first time I cared for cats was when a family friend went out of town when I was seven. I fell in love, and getting to spend time caring for cats while doing homework became my favorite gig as a teenager. I've had my own cat for close to four years, now. We originally adopted two rescues, but sadly our Pip-Boy had a terrible injury when he was found and it continued to cause him recurring problems until we finally made the impossible decision to put him down just one month before our first child was born in 2024. (I like to say he had to go when he did so he could give her last minute instructions for life.) In the last six months of his life we had medicine to administer that we got VERY good at giving him despite his vetrile hatred of said medicine. I'm comfortable giving medicine orally, including medicine that needs to stay in the cats mouth, and finding creative ways to hide it in food and water. I am also open to learning how to give injected medicine if you're willing to teach me. I love playing with cats who enjoy that kind of human interaction and pretending not to pay any attention to those who prefer to exist in an alternate dimension. 😁

“Our 16-year old part-feral kitty has a reputation among the many people who have known her - on both coasts of the U.S. - for her whole life. While having her own charm, she is touchy and extremely protective of her personal space. With vets, she is virtually un-treatable. So it was with some trepidation that we hired a complete stranger for the first time ever to look after her for over a week. Naomi impressed us with her professionalism and passion for winning over her charges. We gave her some pointers, crossed our fingers, and left the two of them to sort it out. Within only a couple days our cat went from hissing virulently and hiding for hours, to actually tolerating touch and engaging in play in Naomi's presence. We can't be more impressed and delighted. “This is my second booking with Regan. Once for this come over/potty break/hangout; the other for a multi-overnight. My dogs absolutely LOVE when Regan comes over. Charlie loves everyone and likes to talk about it. Lucy is a very reserved but wants to check things out in case she need to hide. When Regan first met them, she came over to get the key. Lucy was like, "hey lady, 'sup?..", took 2 little ear scratches, and walked off (high praise from her). Charlie was like, "HELLO! You smell like friend." Given this response I knew these goobers would be in great hands. After both visits, when we came in, the girls were on the sofa like, "Dang... It's not Regan, just the parents," and promptly returned to sofa-mode. For our overnight, we returned to a nicely tidy house and happy dogs. (Not the case with other sitters.) We are excited to book with Regan again for our next overnight.”

We’ve cared for the smallest of dog breeds (Havanese and Boston Terrier) to the largest of breeds (Labs/retrievers, German shepherds, Belgian malinois, pit bulls, etc) so we’re comfortable with all dogs! My rates reflect the quality of care I provide and are set to ensure my services are worthwhile. That said, I understand the Rover platform can occasionally create confusion, so I’m happy to discuss any unique circumstances you may have. As a freelance graphic designer working from home, I have the flexibility and freedom to dedicate plenty of quality time to caring for pets, whether that be in my home, or at yours. Boarding and Housesitting bookings come with a framed fantasy pet paw-trait of your pet(s). I have two friendly dogs at home who love company and are always up for playtime. They spend a lot of time having fun in our yard, but we also enjoy occasional trips to the local off-leash park. For more adventurous outings, we take longer hikes through the beautiful trails at Illahee and Dickerson, giving them plenty of exercise and exploration.

About: I have taken care of my own pets (two cats and a dog), as well as those of my friends and neighbors since I was a child. I am experienced with reactive and anxious dogs, and am experienced in administering medication. I can take your dog on long walks (5+ miles) and hikes if that’s their thing. I will always give your pets the same care and affection I give my own! My work schedule is extremely flexible. Most of my work obligations are mid-morning, and the rest of my day/evening is free. I walk several miles per day on my own, and would love to bring your dog along with me. I will show your pet the same love and affection I give to my own pets. Your pet’s wellbeing and happiness are my top priority, and I will adjust my services to fit their individual needs.

I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I have a large fully fenced yard and two friendly, well-socialized golden retrievers who enjoy playing in the backyard by a game of chase and/or fetch.
