“I am an overprotective veterinary professional/Karen here... so I'm shocked that I found someone I'm so confident saying this about, but... Jennifer could NOT be a better, safer, more reliable, more loving, more careful and cautious pet sitter. My best friend and I were in Olympia for a few days recently for an event, and I needed somewhere for my three beautiful black crazies to be for that day. I'd spoken with some other pet sitters, but wasn't impressed, and I was getting more and more stressed out about it. Luckily, at the 13th hour, someone my daughter works with recommended Jennifer. As soon as we walked into her home, I knew I'd found my "person". Her entire house is set up to be a doggie Disneyland. Her yard is ENORMOUS, fully enclosed, and has natural ground. (Which is great, because I always worry about ACL injuries when dogs are running on concrete or slippery grass.) Within the first 10 minutes of being there, my autistic adult dog relieved herself completely, which she hadn't done throughout the prior three days we were traveling. And then... the most amazing thing of all... she started ZOOMING around the yard! I have had her for five years, and had never seen her like that before. She was like a bullet, flying through the air, unstoppable in her joy and speed. Her puppy brothers struggled to keep up with her, but couldn't. It was one of the most beautiful things I'd ever seen. I felt so, so comfortable leaving my three babies with her. I'd never felt that comfortable with anyone. Beyond that, Jennifer was friendly and incredibly flexible. It's clear she really loves dogs. I told her that if I ever make the 1,000-plus mile trip again, it would be so that my dogs could visit her, and NOT so that I could see my daughter. Joking...? I think not. Thank you, Jennifer! I began by walking dogs at a local humane society, then on to becoming a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. I absolutely love dog sitting and I have the skills to administer medications. Currently I facilitate small enriched dog play groups during the day and in the evening I provide private dog training. I am just as comfortable working with giant breeds as I am with the tiniest. While sitting for your pup I can take them for walks, go to a dog park, and go for hikes. I will send you pictures of your pup daily and keep you updated. I run a doggy adventure day camp that your dog can join in while boarding. I hike daily M-F with all the pups in my care. We frequent the local forest as well as I fenced sniff spots. While in my home you can rest assured knowing that your dog is being spoiled, loved, and supervised. My yard is fenced in which makes potty breaks easy! All dogs are kept in separate areas while eating and dogs are pups are kept separate if I have to go run an errand.

We take the time to understand your pet’s environment, routines, and needs—whether it’s a quiet walk through the neighborhood or special instructions for your home while you’re away. We’re respectful of your space and treat your home with care and professionalism. You can count on us to follow your instructions closely, lock up securely, and maintain a clean, safe environment for your pets. During walks, we stick to routes your dog is familiar with (unless instructed otherwise) and always keep them leashed and under control. We’re alert to potential hazards like traffic, other dogs, or wildlife and will adjust as needed to keep your pet safe and calm. Communication is key—we’ll keep you updated and will always reach out if anything seems off or needs attention.

About: I love dogs and all Animals, I also have animal and human CPR training. I am in a great dog loving area. I enjoy dogs of all sizes and ages and have the flexibility to provide and care for any dog. I have a self trained therapy dog, Athena, who loves loves to play and run, as well as cuddle...on occasion. I am willing to do whatever it takes to meet the needs of your puppy, from a simple walk to, to a drop in visit, or making my home feel like a second home to your dog or puppy. I have a enough space for the pups to play and rest together or separately, I also have plenty of room for a create if needed.
