About: Hi there! Im used to watching other people's pets and usually am requested to do such on base or off base. I also volunteered often for the humane society and owned several dogs myself. Military has made it more difficult to own a dog so taking care other dogs is a bit easier. I do this for fun and to help others (: Ill never increase price and if you need work things out we can discuss it. My schedule is usually rather free most days now. If you let me know in advance I can happily give you my schedule which usually consist of appointments. There's a huge fenced yard in the back and the house is always cooled. They're no kids here either. I certainly would welcome a house tour if you feel inclined to.

About: For four years, I provided dependable care for my friend’s cat and bunny while she attended college in another city. I made sure they were fed on schedule, refreshed their water daily, cleaned litter boxes and living areas, monitored their health and behavior, gave them affection and attention, and ensured they felt safe and comfortable. I have taken care of animals ever since I started college and did it almost monthly for two years. I can do daily check ups after 4:15pm from Monday through Friday. I can do full day pet sitting on Saturday and Sunday when needed. I’m a person who’s job is to make sure everyone is safe and without doubt I will bring that when pet sitting. Safety is priority.

About: My first job was a at a doggy daycare/ boarding facility but I have been pet sitting since I was 12. I’ve worked with puppies all the way through seniors receiving cancer treatment. I have a playful golden retriever who adores all animals big and small. I have experience bathing and giving insulin to cats too. I volunteered at a rescue ranch for a number of years and have experience with livestock. I personally have ducks, chickens, reptiles and a senior cat as companions for my golden. I am currently working 3 days a week for a tax office and am unavailable from January to April. On my off days I hike and take my golden to the river. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.

I know the area well and my neighborhood is very dog friendly and safe for walking. I have experience taking care of animals with anxiety and that are recovering from surgery. Currently on a job search so I’m not sure of my daily schedule in the future, but I won’t be working more than 8 hours at a time and most likely only 30 hours a week. For house sitting and boarding, I will at home as much as possible, with the exception of running necessary errands. About: My first job was a at a doggy daycare/ boarding facility but I have been pet sitting since I was 12. I’ve worked with puppies all the way through seniors receiving cancer treatment. I have a playful golden retriever who adores all animals big and small. I have experience bathing and giving insulin to cats too. I volunteered at a rescue ranch for a number of years and have experience with livestock. I personally have ducks, chickens, reptiles and a senior cat as companions for my golden. I am currently working 3 days a week for a tax office and am unavailable from January to April. On my off days I hike and take my golden to the river. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.

I really enjoy getting to have new pet friends! I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also have done a fair amount of pet massages for dogs and cats (not lizards, though!!) I have an online business, so I usually housesit and work part-time online. This makes it very easy for me to be in a home with pets who need more attention, or dogs that need walked often. I have done all levels of pet care-from simple one hour drop-in visits for cats to feeding and cleaning up for horses and cows (extra fee for that!!) So, I am very versatile with my clients! I also find that I bond easily with pets, and can often connect to shy or nervous cats and dogs by being present, calm and talking to them. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!

About: Hi there! Im used to watching other people's pets and usually am requested to do such on base or off base. I also volunteered often for the humane society and owned several dogs myself. Military has made it more difficult to own a dog so taking care other dogs is a bit easier. I do this for fun and to help others (: Ill never increase price and if you need work things out we can discuss it. My schedule is usually rather free most days now. If you let me know in advance I can happily give you my schedule which usually consist of appointments. There's a huge fenced yard in the back and the house is always cooled. They're no kids here either. I certainly would welcome a house tour if you feel inclined to.
