About: I’m from the Seattle area and I’ve been with Rover since 2018. In 2020 I got married to Micaiah my husband. When we married we added an additional cat to the family that belonged to him. So we have 4 cats. Before Rover I volunteered at PetsMart with Purrfect pals. One day a week I would help with cleaning, playing, and as a team member I helped cats find a furrrever home. My first cat in my life was when I was 8. I have always enjoyed pets and nature. So I decided to combine walking and dogs. Walks in the park or just around the block. I’m looking to be your new regular dog walker. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets!! I’m also a very detail and observant person so walks, sittings, and daycare services would also have a description of how your pet is doing. I chart any different behavior or eating habits along with health concerns. Updates with photos would be a priority. I'd also ask for the dog's vet info and emergency contacts. Have a paw-some day! My schedule is flexible. I usually find clients prefer weekday schedule M-F routine for walks. This is my full time job! My time is your time! I’m very safety cautious. I will keep updates and photos on the pet regularly during the day. I also request the pet’s medical information and their vet clinic. I’m pretty flexiable with scheduling. I try my best to fit in the schedule my clients want for their pets. Only days I need off for two hours are Sunday and Thursday. For security and safety I please ask for NO GUNS OR SUBSTANCES in house. I want to feel safe in the environment same goes for your pets. Thanks! I’m making this a full time job. M-F. I’m flexible with the scheduling. I’m open to picking up and dropping off clients dogs. Dogs will have one of us home with them. I have a fenced yard and five cats. I rescued two which are a mom and her kitten. My three cats are fun to spend my day with as well. I have a senior cat that needs daily meds and I try all I can to keep them happy and healthy.

“Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. About: I have had animal experience since the age of 10. I feel like all animals are family, I hate cruelty to animal I love them as if they were all mine. Their health and behavior are my priority. About: Dogs seem to love me because I love them. We have a lot of fun! I make them feel valued and important. I give them lots of attention and love. Because I'm fair and big on respect, they feel safe loved calm and happy. They really thrive on that Dogs really need to get out run and play. I take them early in the morning and then at dusk. This is important for their mental as well as physical well being. It's the best part of my day. Also I have calm uplifting music playing during the day which aides to a calm relaxed atmosphere and they seem to really enjoy it. I have two dogs that compete and play frisbee and I can teach your dog too. I also like good nutritious treats and make my own. Dogs are God's wonderful complement to mankind. I love them!!!

About: I have had dogs in my home since I was a child and I have brought my kids up with pups, too! I am familiar with dogs of all ages and when your dog is here they will be treated like family. I am also respectful of any training that you have done with your pup and am happy to work with your household rules, too! I am on summer break as a teacher so I am typically home during the day for unlimited potty breaks, walks, love, and attention. Dogs are family and your pup and I will interact all day. About: years full of pet experience , house sitting for my aunts & uncles. capable of giving shots to dogs as i have been doing for a year or two watching my aunts dog that is diabetic & needed an insulin shot every time she ate! i am such an animal lover whether your pet needs physical affection or just someone around to keep company. i am currently a student , i have three long days , i am in school monday, tuesday & wednesday from 9am-7:30pm. if your pet is super low maintenance i can be there in the morning before school & come over after school , but thursday-sunday would be best because i am available throughout the whole days those four days for those higher maintenance pets :) i love showing pets the love & attention that they deserve. from belly scratching , toy playing , i am pretty active even small walks for the dogs says a lot! i am unable to board pets at my own home but anytime you need a sitter around im there for your fur babies!
About: I can’t offer any services after August! I will be moving out for college :) I’ve had dogs of my own since I was a kid. I currently have three dogs, one being a chihuahua puppy, so you can imagine the trouble they all get in. I also petsit for my neighbors two dogs and cat often! I’m currently finishing up high school in my senior year, and I’m enrolled in Running Start at Eastern Washington University, so I have a very flexible schedule. I only have one early class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and two day classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Quality time with pets is so important! Making sure hyper dogs get exercise and enrichment is a basic goal while petsitting. I also water plants, clean up, and feed pets, along with taking them on walks when requested.

About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. Additionally I've been on Rover for years as a teen but my mother owned the account (if you’d like proof of that I can give my mothers account to see my prior experience) but I did all the sitting. Now that I’m an adult in college I plan on continuing it myself. During this summer I am just taking one summer online course and doing some volunteer odd jobs so I am extremely flexible and available. Whenever you prefer at whatever frequency you want I most likely can make it work. While I don’t offer pets in my home I am very familiar with managing pets in others homes. Just tell me what you and the pet is comfortable with and I will follow it. Additionally any messes that may happen I will make sure to clean throughly. My #1 priority is your pet’s health, mental and physical. However the very next priority is your home. When house sitting I’m more than aware of the need to be respectful of the space. I will do my best to leave it just as I found it, or even cleaner.

About: Hello pet parents! My name is Cynthia, and as a pet owner, I understand that as much as we want to bring our pets with us everywhere we go, that's not always possible. Which is why I created Cookie's Companions! ❤️🐕 I have always had a passion for animals! ❤️I grew up fostering pets, and many rescues are frightened. So, I've gotten very good at reading their body language and comforting them when they are upset. I have volunteered with the Humane Society and other rescue programs and I have experience with a variety of animals, both large and small. I am a former medical professional that has experience with veterinary first aid and I am also familiar with multiple dog training techniques. My husband and I run my business full time, so I'm always here when a furry friend is in need, and your little ones will never be left without cuddles! 😁 My husband and I run the business full time, so I am almost always available when a furry friend is in need of comfort while their family is away! At Cookie's Companions, safety always comes first! We try to meet all of our clients prior to the stay to be sure that pets are comfortable, but we do take same day visits on a case by case basis. If I am dropping in, I follow owner instructions carefully and I come with dog treats at the ready to let your little one know that I am a friend! When walking, leashes are always used, and with large dogs I usually have a second leash that hooks to my waist, just as an added security measure. I always use sidewalks and safety crossings as well.
About: Hello, my name is Taijah and I’m 23 years old. I am going to school to pursue a career in nursing. I love all and every type of animal, I have two dogs and cared for many others, some breeds including labs, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, mini pinchers, and more. I have volunteered at many animal shelters in my area like RASKC. I am available pretty much seven days a week any time during the day, I would just need at least a weeks notice for long periods of time. I have a tremendous love for animals and would care and love them as there were my own. I have a lot of patience and understanding with dogs as well as for people. I currently work part time and am in college. However, my availability is pretty flexible to care for me to care for your fur babies. I am able to provide play time, walks if needed and frequent potty breaks. I make sure if your pets are allowed or not allowed outside and proceed accordingly with my care for them while also making sure they are well taken care of
About: I am a 38 year old female veteran who has owned animals most of her life. I am an intuitive, compassionate animal caregiver that knows that animals become a part of our family. I know that choosing someone to take care of them for us can be as important as choosing someone to watch our children. With that said, I will take the utmost care in helping you with your fur friends, as I do my own. Plus, I just love engaging with new animals. My boyfriend, TJ, is also a responsible animal caregiver and is home a lot as he is a working musician here in town, which means we offer a lot of quality time with your furry loved ones. And between the both of us, we ensure that your animal will get great care, human interaction, and so much Love! I only work in the evenings Wednesday through Saturday. Other than that I have no lengthy commitments away from the home. For the evenings I do work, we are still willing to board because I have my boyfriend that lives with me that is also an animal caregiver. Between the two of us, we will make sure to give your furry companion the energy and love that they need. I am also available for house sitting Sunday through Tuesday nights into Wednesday morning. Those are my days off. And for longer if it’s okay for your animals to be at home alone for up to 6 hours on my work nights, or if you are okay with my boyfriend and I sharing the load of coming into the home. His schedule is also very flexible as he is solely a working musician here and town and does 4 hour gigs at most. Either way, I am only accepting bookings where I can absolutely give your animal the time and care that it needs. I promise to evaluate that according to the time and schedule that you are requesting. I have a fenced in yard. With my own fur baby, Gaia, we run, go to dog parks, hike, swim, rollerblade, walk, and play in the yard. She is a high energy creature, so we make sure to partake in a long adventure daily. When taking care of others animals, I am willing to do any of the above activities with them, or simply just spend time with them, if that’s what they require. If I am going to a clients home I will respect your space and am open to your way of raising your fur baby.
About: *** I will be available in Spokane and CDA starting April 10th. Hope to talk to you all soon! I have been a housesitter and petsitter for years. I really enjoy getting to have new pet friends! I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also have done a fair amount of pet massages for dogs and cats (not lizards, though!!) I have an online business, so I usually housesit and work part-time online. This makes it very easy for me to be in a home with pets who need more attention, or dogs that need walked often. I have done all levels of pet care-from simple one hour drop-in visits for cats to feeding and cleaning up for horses and cows (extra fee for that!!) So, I am very versatile with my clients! I also find that I bond easily with pets, and can often connect to shy or nervous cats and dogs by being present, calm and talking to them. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!
About: I am timely, clean, and organized. I am happy to assist in taking care of pets, childcare, or housesitting. I have had pets all my life currently two cats ages 2 and 6 and one dog a 11 year-old Newfoundland. Happy to accommodate any needs you or your pets my have. Please contact me if you request different rates. I work 8-5 with a hour lunch break. I am able to care for your pets on weekends, before and after work and on my lunch break. My partner works remotely and he is a dog lover! So we both could accommodate any needs of walking or checking in on your animals at any time. Happy to drop in to your home or stay the duration of your time away. I am also able to care for your pets at my residence if needed. We have room in the house and a big backyard.

“Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat.
