I’m an avid hiker and have been lucky to share many trails with amazing “trail dogs” over the years. I am currently going to school to be a vet technician and I volunteer at the animal shelter in the cat and dog rooms. I have experience handling all different types and sizes of dogs. “Highly recommend. They have a beautiful home with a nice, spacious backyard. Marianne and Josh are kind and have a lot of experience with dogs. With two sweet dogs of their own, my dog had built in companions while I was away. They are warm, welcoming, and sent lots of cute/funny pics & updates. Your dogs will be loved open arms. So grateful my dog could spend the holiday with such a thoughtful, warm, and fun family! Thank you so much for loving Chai!”

“I couldn’t possibly speak more highly of my experience with Darby and all of the effort, extra care, patience, and attention she put into caring for my brand new 1.5 year old husky rescue dog. Not only did she help me urgently but she took the time to ask me appropriate questions and listen to anything I felt was important regarding the dogs behavioral needs and flaws. From being a picky eater, mostly untrained, hyper, suffering from separation anxiety, and needing guidance to play with other dogs Darby was prepared, knowledgeable, and kind handling it all. She sent great updates with pictures included during our stay that helped bring a sense of relief to our first time using extended stay on Rover. We will be seeking out Darby’s services again in the near future for my two adult GSD mixes because I have full confidence and trust in her abilities. Finding good hearted genuine people can be quite difficult and I am so thankful we met!”
