She had plenty of company with other dogs, so she was able to play all day with her new friends. Valerie had her place set up so she could separate pets if need and allow them some time by themselves. Valerie updated with photos and texts daily and let me know that Lolla was doing well. She also accommodated my late arrival flight so that I could come pick Lolla up as soon as I got home. The best thing about the stay is that my wife and I had peace of mind while being out of town for the first time without Lolla.”

About: Dogs have always been an important part of my life. From a young age, my parents taught me how to raise, train, and care for dogs, including training wilderness search & rescue dogs. Over the years, I've cared for dogs at every stage of life, from energetic young puppies to beloved senior pets. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routines, and needs, and I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while they're away from home. Our own dog, Merlin, gets two walks every day, rain or shine, and we believe every dog deserves that same level of attention and care. I have experience in leash training, potty training and kennel training, as well as basic commands (I.E sit, stay, speak, lay down, roll over etc). I am a full time sitter and I am always home, so your pets will never be alone or in a kennel. I have an open schedule on the weekdays, weekends and I am even available on holidays! I do not currently work which gives me all of the time in the world to play, love on, and cuddle your fur babies! I am flexible on dates, long term and short term, as well as last minute care needed! I have a spacious 3 bedroom townhome with plenty of grassy areas, one dog park in the vicinity, and a short commute to larger parks and dog parks! My significant other has just as much love to give as I do, so your animal will always get enough love & attention! We have two children in the house so please consider that before booking with me! I stay home with my two children so I will be home pretty much all day/night to take care of your fur babies! If I ever have to step out it’s not for long and I always come right back. I follow instructions to a T! If you have any specific instructions please provide them via message or written down. I try to make the experience here for the animal the exact same as it would be at home, so staying on their schedule is key! I am willing to accommodate any requests you may have (crating them, brushing them, bathing them etc). If I’m watching your pet in my home, I appreciate potty trained and polite pets. Baby pets or incontinent pets will get a smaller area to roam for damage control. Our Coton de Tulear is very friendly and loves to play; she also gets the memo when others aren’t as spritely. About: **I do have base access!** I grew up with cats, dogs, hermit crabs, and even mice. 🐭 I work part-time, so I have a lot of flexibility. Know that I have a cat of my own, Bo (8 years), but he does great with other pets. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility and lots of time to care for your furry baby! I’m able to provide plenty of attention, playtime, cuddles, and check-ins throughout the day, so your pet won’t be left feeling lonely while you’re away. I live in a spacious three-bedroom apartment with plenty of safe space for your kitty to explore and get comfortable. For new visitors, I reserve my laundry room/guest bathroom as their own quiet space so they can decompress and adjust to their new environment at their own pace. Once they’re comfortable, there’s a long hallway that’s perfect for zoomies and plenty of room to explore! I also have a third-floor balcony that my own cat absolutely loves. He spends hours watching the hummingbirds fly up to visit him. 🐦 Any visiting kitties will always be closely supervised if they spend time on the balcony with me. I know every cat adjusts differently, so I’m happy to give them as much space, attention, or company as they need to feel safe and at home. 🐱
About: I’ve fostered dogs with the company Animal pad in San Diego, I adopted one of those dogs and I volunteer for the Kitsap humane society. I’m recently out of the Navy and about to start school. Looking for short term income where I can have a flexible schedule on the new journey in my life. About: I've been around animals all my life! From as small as a mouse to as big as a horse, I love spending my time with animals. I have experience with training dogs (not certified), and love going down animal behavioral rabbit holes (pun intended). About: While working as a pet groomer we had several pets be left overnight for boarding to which I had to tend to all animals who were left. So I’m already very accustomed to the whole pet boarding regiment and a professional level. I work an overnight schedule to which I’m able to set my own hours or leave at a moments notice should anything occur. I live in Bremerton and work in Bainbridge so I travel through all those cities. I have a big fenced in front and back yard on a lake property in a peaceful cul-de-sac. I’m happy to crate train a pet if need be. I’m also happy to groom your pet if need be.
