During our meet and greet, she asked several great questions that impressed me, such as where each cat generally gets their wet food, so she could keep their routine as cloae to normal as she could. She dropped in daily and made sure everything was full and the litter boxes emptied. She also took care of making sure my old man got his thyroid pills and sent lots of pictures so I didn't miss them quite as much as normal. About: I have recently moved from Nashville to Bellingham area. I have fostered over 60 dogs with Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue. As a school bus driver, I work 6-10 AM, then have few hours break and go back to my afternoon drive 2-6 PM. To ensure proper care for your animals, I like to book clients no further than a 30 min drive from Sedro Woolley. Please take this into consideration when considering me as your sitter for your pets! :) I have owned cats, large dogs (100 + lbs), and horses over the years, so I'm well-versed in handling a variety of pet needs. I am comfortable around animals and can stand my ground with them. I enjoy large breeds and, having two 150Lbs + dogs before I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of them! I am available for short and long term stays in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Dogs, cats, horses, turtles and fish - all welcomed and loved! I work as a school bus driver, so I leave the house early in the morning for few hours, then have 2-4 hrs off and then drive the kids home in the afternoon, usually 2-6 pm. Due to my husband being in the military. At the kennel I administered medication, thoroughly cleaned animal messes and we even walked dogs everyday! We also did doggy daycare! About: I love animals!! I have a 9 year old golden doodle and she loves new friends! We are very active so your pet will get plenty of play time and exercise with us. I am home frequently and can accommodate dogs of many needs. I have used rover many times myself and I aim to provide the same high-quality love and care that my dog has received. Dogs can expect to have lots of walks and play time. I love to take them to new trails and parks. They’re allowed on furniture to get extra cozy and have free roam of my dog-friendly home. :) Please let me know your animals exercise, feeding, sleeping, and cuddling routine so we can make them feel as at home as possible! I currently work part time and I am in school where I do most of my studies from home. I take frequent walks around the neighborhood and love to explore places in nature with the dogs as well. I spend lots of time at home, ensuring your pet has the time and attention they deserve. I love taking care of animals and treating them like they are my own babies! Our days consist of a long morning walk, lots of play time with toys we provide inside and out in our backyard. I never leave them alone in the yard and make sure doors are locked properly when exiting. Yummy foods are never left out because I know they can be sneaky counter surfers! If your pet needs extra energy expenditure, we will spend more time out at the dog park until they’re properly tired out. I love to watch them play!!

“Absolutely outstanding boarding experience—Rachel is our go-to for our German Shepherd! We’ve boarded Bella with Rachel multiple times now, and every stay has been perfect. As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation. We feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. We’ve already booked our next few trips with Rachel because we honestly can’t imagine anyone else taking care of Bella.
