“Emily, Patrick, and Conan took wonderful care of our dog Bella while we were out of town. She was a part of their family for her stay, and I received regular updates (and adorable photos!). I would highly recommend trusting this family with your dog. I will be happy to book with them for future trips.”

“Our babies were well attended to and were as calm & contented as the day we dropped them off. Kelly & Karen are great host parents. We look forward to having them sit for us again in the future.”

“Wonderful man! My dog loved him and had a great time. I was nervous leaving my dog with a rover sitter, but Philip kept me updated and sent me pics. I felt at peace knowing Stitch was with someone who truly cared about him.”

“Jessica took great care of our dog, Holly. We received daily updates on how Holly was doing and she made our dog feel at home in a new environment. Jessica demonstrates a lot of patience and compassion for animals and also takes beautiful pictures of her furry guests. We are grateful that we know Holly will be cared for and safe when we are away from home. Thank you Jessica (and Mochi)!”

“My girl had an amazing time with Lisa! I’m so happy to have found someone Trubbs was comfortable with immediately. From the moment we stepped out of the car, Trubbs charged up to the house to greet her with her wiggles and happy dance. Lisa took excellent care of her, providing long and varied walks in the woods (my pup’s absolute fave), plus relaxing time in the yard and sunshine, as well as plenty of snuggles. I felt she really understood my dog’s particular needs and catered to them. I appreciated the regular, detailed updates and WOW WOW WOW the incredible photos. Thank you, Lisa, we can’t wait to see you again soon!”

“Nathan, Thank You! I was uneasy boarding Harry for the first timr and you made me feel at ease. Thank you for the pictures of him playing and for responding to me when I would inquires. I highly recommend you to anyone looking for a home environment for their furry loved one. Best to you and your famiiy over the holidays!”

“Sheena did so well with my two kiddos! Sterling can be a bit of a handful--he has anxiety and special needs (and is a bit of a grumpy old man). I can tell that she followed the most important directions I gave her based on his condition when I picked them up, I am very grateful. 🙂”

“Kathryn and Mark were fantastic! They welcomed our Corgi, Bear, into their home and made him part of their family for the long weekend. They provided such peace-of-mind for us, with regular updates on all the fun they were having. I’m not sure Bear wanted to leave! We will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!”

“Tunyi was calm and wonderful with our dog. She made a special effort to encourage him to eat and sent many pictures and videos each day. Highly recommend!!”

“Ellie was a fantastic host to our husky Pepper. She is extremely attentive and made sure that Pepper got enough daily exercise and also plenty of snuggles during their downtime. We love that Pepper gets along so well with Ellie’s sweet dog Bear. Overall our dog had a great time and would absolutely book with Ellie in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Samm is the best! I am impressed with her dog education. She clearly knows Dog training, how to handle dog behaviors; both positive and negative and is very knowledgeable about dog health. I love that she is honest and open about how Rosey was doing. She doesn’t ‘sugar coat’ the truth. I loved all the photos and videos. Samm was flexible and worked through things that came up that we did not expect. Rosey is looking forward to going back!”

“Carolyn was so amazing! Will definitely be going back to her my pup was so well cared for and I was given constant updates and pics with my dog with a big smile!! Highly recommend!”

“Devan was excellent with Pepper, and was extremely meticulous in his communication. We received constant text and photo updates during his stay and that’s one of the most important qualities when caring for a pet.”

“Andrea was a dream pet sitter for our cat, rabbit, and guinea pig (my kids call her the bunny whisperer). She went above and beyond to ensure their safety and well being, asking for clarifications and noticing behaviors. Our occasionally shy pets clearly sought out her company during the visit, with the bunny even giving her kisses. She clearly adores the animals and addressed each of our pets socially, playing with them and engaging them. Andrea is highly communicative and sent lots of wonderful Rover Cards. She was proactive with our delivered mail and conscientious of our home. We feel so grateful to have found her!”

“Leighton is a wonderful animal-sitter. She is thorough, responsive, on time, and always provides pictures and updates about how our cat is doing. I feel so lucky to have found her and will absolutely be using her for all my future cat-sitting needs!”

“Clive took such great care of our cat, Luna. He was very responsive and thorough in the prep meetings we had prior to care, and clearly has a lot of love in caring for pets. Luna was in a great mood when we returned - she got lots of attention and care. We look forward to working with Clive again.”
About: Hi! My name is Jeanine. I work full‑time as a Fellowship Program Administrator, with four days a week working from home and one day a week in the office. I offer house sitting, drop‑in visits, and dog walking. Because I mainly work from home, I have the flexibility to care for your pets’ needs throughout the day. Though I’m new to Rover, I have close to a decade of experience pet sitting for friends and caring for my own cats. I currently have two cats: a 7‑year‑old tabby I adopted at 7 weeks old, and a 3‑month‑old black kitten I adopted last month. I see pets as family members and believe all animals are part of a vulnerable population that deserves just as much care and respect. My cats are my children! I’m a lover of all animals, and if I had the means to provide excellent care, I’d absolutely have an animal sanctuary. In late November 2025, I lost my 11‑year‑old cat to aggressive GI lymphoma. Caring for him through multiple health conditions gave me invaluable experience. He had asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, a throat tumor that blocked 90% of his airway (which was successfully removed), hip dysplasia (also a successful surgery), and a luxating patella that required an ankle brace. Going through all of this taught me how important it is to be in tune with your animals; recognizing signs of distress or pain, noticing small changes in behavior or routine, respecting boundaries, and staying aware of potential toxins or safety hazards in their environment. I also have experience with: - medication management (pills, liquid meds) - basic wound care (applying ointment, bandages) - shy, anxious, and reactive cats - kittens - dog walking - following routines (feeding schedules, walks, play, downtime) - comfort with senior pets and pets with chronic conditions - knowledge of cat behavior and body language - experience with multi‑pet households - providing frequent photo updates so you always feel connected and reassured Whether they’re shy, silly, senior, or full of zoomies, I’m excited to care for them exactly how they need. And until I can open my dream animal sanctuary, I’m grateful for every pet I get to love and care for. I work full‑time, with four days a week working from home and one day a week in the office. Since I’m home most of the week, pet care fits easily into my daily routine. Depending on your needs, I’m flexible during weekdays. If I’m house sitting, I can provide playtime, walks, feeding, and cuddles throughout the day, as long as it doesn’t overlap with my meetings. If you’re booking dog‑walking only, I’m available early mornings, midday during my lunch break, and after 5pm. My availability is open and flexible on weekends, so I’m happy to accommodate whatever your pets need. Safety and comfort are huge for me. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and I want them to feel completely safe, seen, and cared for while you’re away. I stick to your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, and I’ll always check in with you if anything needs to shift. In your home, I’m big on keeping things clean and cozy. I scoop litter boxes 2+ times a day, wash food bowls after every use, refresh water daily, and keep the space tidy. I’m also super mindful about safety. Food, drinks, plants, hair ties, strings, and any little “oops” hazards get put away so curious paws stay out of trouble. I keep the vibe calm and gentle, and I always let pets come to me on their own terms. No forced interactions. I follow their pace, their comfort level, and their boundaries. I’m extremely careful with doors and entryways, and I’ll never assume it’s okay for any pet to be outdoors unsupervised. And when it comes to cats, I never assume it’s okay for them to be outside under any circumstance. I double‑check (sometimes triple!), and do everything I can to make sure no one sneaks out. For dog walks, I stay alert and aware of our surroundings. I’ll wait for other dogs to pass or cross the street if needed, and I keep treats on hand to encourage positive behavior and make walks fun and rewarding.

“Nicolas is a fantastic cat sitter! I got photos and updates after each visit and my anixous kitty warmed right up to him. My cat had a slight dental emergency while I was away and he kept me updated”

About: I have loved dogs & cats my whole life! My family has had many pets over the years and all my relatives know I’m the guy to go to when they need someone to pet sit! The photos of me are with family pets, especially Sailor, my/my Grandma’s yellow lab. I really enjoy dog and cat sitting and getting to take great care of local pets. Thank you for your consideration, I look forward to hearing from you! I am currently working part time and am looking to make good use of my free time. I have a flexible schedule and often work from home, so commuting and scheduling are easy for me! I read the pet’s personality. The first thing I do is make sure they feel comfortable around me and then I gauge their individual needs.

“Connie was great with my cats- she spent lots of time interacting and playing with them and I came home to two very happy boys! She sent lots of updates and I was happy that she was clearly a cat person as well as liking dogs☺️”

“Simon was such an incredible sitter and was so attentive to my cats’ needs. I was getting consistent updates and lots of pictures, just like I asked! I couldn’t have asked for better care for my cats while I was away, and I will absolutely be rebooking.”

“Tuilly was a treasure! She was very prompt in her daily visits to my cat and also prompt with sending in photos and video updates about her visits. I could tell that my cat was very well cared for and that he enjoyed spending time with Tuilly. She kept Hops's litterbox and food areas tidy and pampered him with pets and treats. I strongly recommend Tuilly as a petsitter and will definitely want her to petsit Hops in the future! Cheers, -Radhika & Hops”

About: I’ve always loved dogs and have had my own Cavapoo (Toby!) since I was 13. I have years of experience walking dogs and dog sitting for families (walking up to 2 dogs at a time). I love to use treat training on walks too! I work ~32hrs a week in retail, so my schedule is relatively flexible — please send me a message to see if I’m available for a dog walk on any day at a specific time. I have a lot of experience with dogsitting and am happy to take great care of your pets and house! My shifts range from 4-8hrs, so I mostly work with families whose pets can be left alone during the day for that amount of time. I enjoy going for walks before/after work too! I’m very responsible with pet sitting and have experience staying at multiple families’ houses to pet sit multiple dogs and cats. I’m used to sticking to a feeding routine and walk schedule, and I’m happy to update you with info/pictures each day!
“Will was fantastic! He provided great updates and asked such thoughtful questions that showed us how well he was taking care of both our cat and our home. We’re grateful to have worked with Will and can’t wait to book him again!”

“Sarah is an amazing Catsitter who took such wonderful care of our three kitties. We got lots of updates and pictures that showed how much fun our cats were having. Sarah really understood the personality of each individual cat which also meant a lot. 10/10 kind person, would absolutely recommend Sarah!”

“Aileen has watched my cat twice now - once as house sitting and once as drop-in visits. My cat was very well taken care of and happy and calm when I came home. Aileen followed all of my care instructions perfectly, and every day she sent me adorable photos and all the updates I needed. For the house sitting, Aileen left my place completely spotless. I'd recommend Aileen without hesitation - she's trustworthy, responsible, the communication was great, and most importantly my cat was well cared for.”

“Dropped Milo for the first time in years with someone he didn’t know, not to mention in an environment he had never been to. Travis greeted us with a smile and took Milo inside to spend the day with him. I received frequent updates (including pics) which made me feel at ease knowing that my fur baby was in good hands. He cared for him like he was his own, he had full reign of all his favorite areas….sofa and on Travis’ lap :). When I came to pick him up he seemed very calm and happy. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them for any of your needs.”

About: Hi! I’ve been around dogs my whole life, starting with a Golden Retriever, a Maltese, and a Bichon growing up. Each one taught me something different about care, patience, and unconditional love. Today, my partner and I share our lives with Mana, our loyal and energetic Blue Heeler. We are a dog loving team who treats every pup like family, whether that means long walks, playtime, or just relaxing together. We know how important it is to feel confident your pet is in caring hands, and we’re here to offer just that. Between the both of us, we have mostly full availability. Plenty of time for play and fun, from morning walks to afternoon check ins or even overnight stays! We live directly across the street from Magnuson dog park which we frequent and have a large 1100+ sq ft condo to play and rest in. Plus our Mana boy is sweet, social and loves having other pups around.
“Brittney and Will were by far one of the best Rovers we’ve used to-date. Our 90-lb Sheppard-Pitbull Theo is a high energy and somewhat nervous dog and they were the perfect match for him. It’s always a stressor leaving our boy in care of somebody else but we were at ease leaving him with Brittney and Will. Brittney kept us updated on Theo very frequently which we loved and you can tell they have such a love for dogs. Thanks you two! Until next time! 😊”

“Annie had doggy friends to play with and came home content and tired and excited to go back the next day. I’m from out of state and pick up and drop off was easy and flexible which was really helpful for us too.”

“I brought TWO dogs to Chunli very last minute. I had my dog and my daughter's dog. Chunli was incredibly sweet to them. She took them on several long walks and my daughter's dog is a RELENTLESS player with balls and Chunli very patiently played with her for way longer than I would have! They each had different feeding instructions and different dog foods and she followed all the instructions to the letter. The dogs were picked up at the end of a long day happy and barely even noticing I was there. I would totally use Chunli again.”

“Talia was able to accommodate a last minute booking and kept us updated of our pup’s settling in to his first visit. She is cheerful and has a natural way with our dog.”

“Elli was fantastic! It was a rigorous schedule - 2 one hour walks a day for three days. She was a huge help when surgery prevented me from walking my dog. She was punctual, professional and great with Fritz. I would not hesitate to book her again!”

“My husband and our lab Sammie walk together every day. While he was away for 2 weeks Anatolii and Svetlana provided great walks which Sammie absolutely loved. She waited at the door for them to arrive, and when they returned she was happy and tired for the rest of the day. They loved Sammie as much as she loved them and sent us wonderful pictures. They are friendly, reliable, always on time. Would definitely recommend and will have them walk with Sammie again.”

I can almost never stop myself wanting to say hi to dogs being walked on the street! I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals and their personalities! Some hobbies that I have are; DIY projects, running, watching anime, and cooking :) I have a very flexible schedule. As of right now I am available everyday including evenings! I currently live in a very safe and pet-friendly community with walking paths nearby. At your residence I will abide by all boundaries and routines you have set in place for your dog/cat and will not have any difficulty doing so.

Late nights are also perfect for me as I’m a bit of a night owl. I mostly just try to make sure the pet is comfortable and not anxious. “Shawn was able to walk my dog at the very last minute when my other walker had to cancel, and it was early evening too which I really appreciated! Not an easy time of day to drop everything and come by, thank you Shawn from me and Shuggie! I had injured my back but I was able to stay home and rest knowing Shug was well taken care of and getting the exercise and fresh air she needed. This worked out well!🐾🥰”

About: I've been pet sitting for over a decade, both dogs and cats. I love animals and enjoy spending time with them! I am good with small and larger animals if they are trained well. I love going on walks and runs, and would love to take a dog along with me :) I'm a recent college graduate who is looking for something to do this summer. I think this would be a lovely job to do! Most days I am free all throughout! I live in a college house that I rent with 10 roommates, so unfortunately, I don't plan on having any animals over to my place. I feel like it would be too anxiety-inducing for them.
“Ana is absolutely wonderful! She’s been so great in making sure my pup Rocco is getting is daily exercise. She’s very friendly, outgoing, professional and does a great job with picture updates! Rocco comes back happy and sleepy every time. 5/5 definitely recommend!!”

“She does a wonderful job, she is polite and respectful, diligent, and professional. She has her boyfriend come help her sometimes and it has caused zero issues or quality issues, he has also been respectful of my property and my dogs. I always get a picture of the walk walk and my puppies are happy. I have two great dogs, but one is a puller and haven’t heard any issues. I couldn’t be more happy.”

“Isabella was so so great with our dog, Benji! She kept us updated on how he was each day and really went the extra mile with making sure Benji was comfortable. Really appreciate the great care and I wouldn’t think twice about leaving my dog with her again ! ❤️”

“Serena and Peter were awesome sitters—super responsive, flexible, and great about sending updates. We will definitely be booking them again to take care of Kobe. Highly recommend them!”

“Wonderful man! My dog loved him and had a great time. I was nervous leaving my dog with a rover sitter, but Philip kept me updated and sent me pics. I felt at peace knowing Stitch was with someone who truly cared about him.”

“Ziyan is a fantastic sitter. Her home is heaven for dogs with a large fenced hard and a dog door that allows GG to go outside whenever she wants. Ziyan was very attentive and kept me informed throughout the day. GG came home happy and tired! I will use her again without hesitation.”

“Brittney took amazing care of our dog Juan. I felt super comfortable being away knowing he was being treated like their own pup. The daily check-ins were great and she made sure he got his medicine with every meal. I’ve already asked Brittney to watch Juan again on our next trip :)”

“Maiko and her family were wonderful. They really made Sadie feel at home and part of their family and I could tell that Sadie loved them and felt so at ease, right from the beginning. Communication was great and I really appreciated seeing pictures and hearing about their adventures. If I could give 6 stars, I would.”

“Another great visit with Joann! She takes such good care of my dog and is aware of each dog's unique needs. My dog loves playing with her dogs and feels at home with her family.”

“Peter was the best dog sitter I could have found for my pup. Luke is 14 yo, so leaving him with someone isn’t always easy. Peter made the whole process incredibly smooth and friendly, and he made Luke feel right at home. He even took him on little adventures with Nova, while being very mindful of Luke’s needs and limits. Not only did he make Luke feel like part of his pack, but he also gave me great peace of mind with daily updates and photos where I could clearly see that Luke (even though he probably missed me) couldn’t have been in better hands. I’m especially grateful to Peter because when my return travel plans got complicated and the schedule didn’t quite line up, he was extremely flexible and helped me so much, making sure Luke got home safe and sound. Without a doubt, he will be my go-to person to take care of Luke the next time I have to travel.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Wendie as our pet sitter! She was incredibly communicative throughout Lucy’s stay, keeping us updated and making us feel completely at ease. Lucy stayed with Wendie over Christmas, and it meant so much to us that she included Lucy in the holiday festivities. Wendie even gifted Lucy a new toy, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch. It was clear from how happy and relaxed Lucy was that she had a great time and was very well cared for. We would absolutely board Lucy with Wendie again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive pet sitter. 🐶🎄”

“Kay was easy to coordinate with and clearly loves animals. I felt great leaving Darryl with her and will happily work with her again! He loved playing with her dogs and appreciated the outdoor space!”
“Sugar had a wonderful time with Margaret and Tony. They took excellent care of her and sent me numerous pictures so that I wouldn't worry. Highly recommended.”
