About: I’ve had dogs since I was ten years old and love getting to know them. I will be their calm and confident leader. Safety is my top priority (with fun being close behind) I will tailor each visit to the individual pet depending on their needs and personality. I run with my dog Daisy 4-6 miles a day and would love to adventure with yours! I can’t wait to meet you and your pet! Beginning in the Fall I will be available every Wednesday & Thursday morning for walks/jogs. As of now I am available for boardings anytime. For walks and jogs I am currently available at various times throughout the week. We are diligent about keeping our doors shut for our pets safety. About: Training my two aussie shepherd girls is a passion of mine, we herd sheep a couple times a week. I am proud to say I can keep up with them, although raising an aussie puppy is not for the faint of heart! They deserve adventures so I take them to new places with new smells and I would be happy to help your pup experience the world in a new way too! If you're not comfortable with that, they are safe in my home too 💚 Pet care is a full-time job and I treat it as such. Fur babies in my home get enrichment via toys, puzzles, treats and exercise- happy to train your doggo under 90lbs to use our treadmill! About: I have spent most of my life around dogs. As an only child my siblings were two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. As an adult I have always had at least one dog in the house and more often than not two. They are my babies, my best friends and my companions. I am currently a high school teacher which allows me to have the summer free to spend with my critters as well as yours. I am almost always available at least until August. About: Pet CPR and First Aid certified. I'm also a certified college graduate for vet assistant as of November 2025! I've taken care of pets in my home ever since I was about 9 years old. We had cats and dogs while I was growing up and it was part of my daily routine to care for those animals. I looked after my parent's dogs whenever they went on vacation or when they needed an evening out. I have also watched a coworkers dog who needed daily meds while she was on vacation. As of today, I own a Golden Retriever who I trained from the moment I got him at 4 months old. He was a handful at first since his previous owner didn't have the time for him. But with much patience and positive reinforcement, he's a Golden boy! He is one of the friendliest dogs you will ever meet and impresses everyone with how well behaved he is! I am pretty good at reading dogs and knowing what they must be thinking or feeling. I observe them and see if there is any change to their behavior that I should ever be concerned about as well. Dogs and cats are family, as such they should be treated that way! I am pretty open for availability for when you need me. I have also worked at veterinary offices and love almost every part of it :) I am currently doing online courses for school at skagit valley college and have an open schedule to help out with any type of animal care :) I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs would love and hardwood floors inside my house for when they are inside. As a school bus driver, I work 6-10 AM, then have few hours break and go back to my afternoon drive 2-6 PM. To ensure proper care for animals, I like to book clients no further than a 30 min drive from Sedro Woolley. Please take this into consideration when looking at a sitter for your pets! The school year ends June 12th and I am available until mid-July. Afterwards, I am taking time off for my own motorcycle travels (this time to Colorado) and then spend August in Europe :) I have owned cats, large dogs (100 + lbs), and horses over the years, so I'm well-versed in handling a variety of pet needs. I am comfortable around animals and can stand my ground with them. I enjoy large breeds and, having two 150Lbs + dogs before I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of them! I am available for short and long term stays in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Dogs, cats, horses, turtles and fish - all welcomed and loved! I work as a school bus driver, so I leave the house early in the morning for few hours, then have 2-4 hrs off and then drive the kids home in the afternoon, usually 2-6 pm. I will follow the directions you give me, be it giving medication to your pets, putting it in the crate at night or when away and any other rules that you may have.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. As the daughter of two veterinarians, I grew up working in a veterinary clinic. More recently, I worked in a dog boarding facility, so I am comfortable caring for animals of all behavior types and physical conditions.
