About: I am new to Rover, but have worked in the Animal Health Industry as a Veterinarian Technician (animal nurse) and outside sales/customer service for the past 30+ years. Along with the background check Rover provides, I also have a Business License and I am Insured/Bonded. Animal care is my only business/job. I have experience with most animals from reptiles to cattle and currently have a little 5 acre hobby farm with a horse, goats, chickens, dog and cat. I have also done fostering in my local community. I am very flexible with days you need pet care. My days are filled with animal care of my own/yours, walking/hiking, gardening and home/property projects. Your pets will be treated with great care while spending time with me. I have a gated 5 acre hobby farm with 1 acre fully fenced area around my home. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails for walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs and will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. There are two large porches for either sunning or shade and I do have air conditioning. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. Please allow enough time for a 1st time meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking. “Leanne was very professional. Before Finn’s overnight, we had a meet and greet. She had a form for his needs and information. Finn has anxious behaviors, so she asked many questions to make sure his stay was comfortable when he stayed. When Finn had his overnight, she sent multiple updates with pictures. She had toys for finn that he loved and he loved relaxing on her couch. It was a home away from home. We’re very grateful it went so well.”

In the other hand, Kai is a medium size old doggy, he gets very excited with new pets but a few minutes later he just ignore them and likes to go back to take long naps on the couch. I have 2 friendly indoor cats, they mostly spend the day sleeping inside the bedroom or playing with the dogs from time to time.

I work from home 4 days a week (tues-fri). I am able to step away when needed for walks/potty breaks. I will follow your directions and pet needs. I have a reliable vehicle to get to your home. I am happy to collect mail, packages, water plants, taking out trash and any other miscellaneous tasks. I am happy to provide status updates and pictures.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals since my first job at the vet at age 16. I’ve grown up caring for dogs, cats and horses. My friends and family rely on me to watch their babies when their out of town and care for them. I hope you can find trust in me with your babies. About: Since I was young, I have always had large breed dogs in the household, Rottweilers and German Shepards, and have always been comfortable with them. While in high-school and college, my fiance and I raised puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, 4 of our 5 puppies finished the program and were matched with people in need. We helped co-raise around 6 additional puppies as well. We also love cats, we have a tabby-calico mix named Teva, a lyxn point siamese named Minnie, and a gray siamese mix named Baby. Pima, one of the puppies that did not complete the program has been with us for 11 years now, and we have loved every moment of it. Unfortunately Pima passed away from cancer, but we do have a new addition to the family! We now have a big boy named Koa, an 80 lb American Rottweiler mix we adopted after he was found roaming Lacey Wa. He was very aggressive and untrained when we adopted him, but now he is the prime example of a model dog with our training! My schedule is very open. My wife is a school teacher so I do prefer to have the weekend off, but weekend visits are fine as well. I do have a fully fenced yard, our cats are indoor only, but one does go outside on a leash because she is adventurous. Very respectful of other's space.

About: Growing up, I've cared for all kinds of animals; millipedes, toads, ferrets, snakes, so many more and of course cats/dogs! About: I am new to Rover, but have worked in the Animal Health Industry as a Veterinarian Technician (animal nurse) and outside sales/customer service for the past 30+ years. Along with the background check Rover provides, I also have a Business License and I am Insured/Bonded. Animal care is my only business/job. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails for walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs and will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. There are two large porches for either sunning or shade and I do have air conditioning. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. Please allow enough time for a 1st time meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking.
