I currently have a beautiful male pit bull boxer mix that loves other dogs as well. My children, ages 4 years and 9 years both love animals and would love to play with your pets! “I am an overprotective veterinary professional/Karen here... so I'm shocked that I found someone I'm so confident saying this about, but... Jennifer could NOT be a better, safer, more reliable, more loving, more careful and cautious pet sitter. My best friend and I were in Olympia for a few days recently for an event, and I needed somewhere for my three beautiful black crazies to be for that day. I'd spoken with some other pet sitters, but wasn't impressed, and I was getting more and more stressed out about it. Luckily, at the 13th hour, someone my daughter works with recommended Jennifer. As soon as we walked into her home, I knew I'd found my "person". Her entire house is set up to be a doggie Disneyland. Her yard is ENORMOUS, fully enclosed, and has natural ground. (Which is great, because I always worry about ACL injuries when dogs are running on concrete or slippery grass.) Within the first 10 minutes of being there, my autistic adult dog relieved herself completely, which she hadn't done throughout the prior three days we were traveling. And then... the most amazing thing of all... she started ZOOMING around the yard! I have had her for five years, and had never seen her like that before. She was like a bullet, flying through the air, unstoppable in her joy and speed. Her puppy brothers struggled to keep up with her, but couldn't. It was one of the most beautiful things I'd ever seen. I felt so, so comfortable leaving my three babies with her. I'd never felt that comfortable with anyone. Beyond that, Jennifer was friendly and incredibly flexible. It's clear she really loves dogs. I told her that if I ever make the 1,000-plus mile trip again, it would be so that my dogs could visit her, and NOT so that I could see my daughter. Joking...? I think not. Thank you, Jennifer! At our meet and greet I’ll ask what their normal routines are and all their likes and dislikes. Please be aware that I may need to leave once a day during the weekdays my spouse works to let my doggo out, and possibly my regular drop ins depending when scheduled. To keep those away times at minimum please book far in advance so I can decline any extra clients. At my home our routine is; wake up, morning potty, enjoy a human-grade breakfast, another potty break, nap in mom's office. Playtime kicks in around noon, followed by post-lunch potty and another nap. We then join mom in her office, demanding attention, before yet another nap until the next break. Potty, Dinner, and Cuddles. Then one last potty before bed. We’re kinda couch potatoes in our home.

My availability is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM–12:00 AM. Weekend availability varies, so please feel free to reach out with your requested dates and times. I do my best to accommodate flexible scheduling whenever possible. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client's home, I treat every animal like a member of my own family. I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, medications, and any special care instructions. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, small reptiles and pet birds. I understand that every animal has its own personality, needs, and comfort level, and I take the time to build trust with each pet. For dogs, I provide plenty of exercise, enrichment, and affection through walks, playtime, and outdoor adventures. For cats, I focus on maintaining a calm environment while providing companionship, play, and routine care. For birds, I ensure fresh food and water, clean living spaces, enrichment, and safe, attentive handling when appropriate. Communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos to give pet parents peace of mind while they're away. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for every pet in my care.

I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors with pet sitting, feeding, walks, playtime, and daily care. About: I’ve taken care of friends, family, and my own dogs for 10+ years. As well as worked at dog daycare & boarding for 2+ years! I’m currently working part-time so I have extra time to care of your little ones! I’m fairly flexible with times and keep your dogs a priority! Lots of snuggles and play time is a necessity for my own, as well as your dogs! Ample amount of time for bathroom breaks and feeding time. I have a huge love for dogs, love meeting, and creating bonds with new ones! :)
